Absolute best experience buying a car! Three years ago I came to Fred Beans with barely any credit or down payment. They were able to work with me and get me into a brand new Focus. Now, they were able to upgrade my Focus to a brand new Escape at a great price! The staff was professional, friendly and personable. Sam, my salesman, was the whole reason I chose Fred Beans again. I will continue to refer people here!!!

We explained what we could afford and what we wanted she new right away the car that we needed
She got the keys but first she popped the hood showed us she had nothing to hide

This was absolutely terrible. The British manager got extremely snappy and annoyed with me. Hung up several times when they refused to give me a courtesy car for THEIR MISTAKE. Will never bring my car here again. If I could give negative stars I would. Also, somehow got white paint on the interior of my Black mustang. Interesting, as they were simply replace my starter. They also had turned all my vents different directions (as stupid as this seems, it was obviously out of spite) and reset my dash settings. Save yourself a headache. They treat your car like garbage, and can t do a proper job. At least I got an apology from a customer service rep, but never from the Wanker that went off on me. Until I receive condolences from him, this place will forever be trash to me.

Vast inventory! I was looking for a lightly used Edge with certain amenities. All the ones I found online were at Fred Beans. My family went in to test drive with Mohamed and hours later came out with our dream car. It was that fast. Mohamed really helped us work out our options and feel comfortable making the decision then and there without pressure. Everyone was very accommodating and knowledgeable. The only hiccups were the financing they offered, I was going to go with 60 months and no extended warranty for my budget and they advised me to lower my payment by going to 72 months and get the warranty because I had the freedom to pay it off early to avoid the added interest. That wasn t true. I can t pay off early without paying all the extra interest. I also had a few quirks on the edge that they convinced me was normal and it didn t set right with me. It ended up months later that I was right and they found a fix, but it was after I had to buy a new battery as a result of the quirk. So the net is I do like them and great inventory but be aware and diligent with questions.

Just bought a fusion and I'm so happy with the car. This is the second car I've bought from these guys and Mohamed T. made the whole process stress free. Never pushed me to buy anything or tried to sell me something I wasn't interested in. I bought a 2016 focus st and traded in my 2005 chevy impala. A day later I realized I had made a mistake in trading in my impala. I went back and offered to buy it back $500 more than what I got for trade in. They came back with a price $1000 higher than the trade in value, and I was ready to pay it, but since I had come back so soon, they changed my contract and GALE me my impala back. I will definetly be buying my next car here!!!

Speaking to my personal experience, it was great. I ll say this, David McNabb the sales manager was the friendliest that I ve come across in quite some time . Dave Vrencur handled my sale. Dave is down to earth and professional. Not forward or pushy. I had went to another dealership where I know the general manage, but they could not come close to the price that I got on my 2019 Mustang from Fred Beans. They did not waste my time. The sale was professional and prompt. Finance did not push me to buy added services or warranties that I did not want. They went the xtra mile to check on all available incentives, like my lease trade assist which saved me 1k. A great dealership experience for me.

Great experience start to finish. All sales staff I encounter courteous, friendly and responsive. I particularly appreciated Joy Smith. She put me at ease patiently and knowledgeably answering all my questions as they came in the order they came. Given it took five years for me to choose a wallpaper color, it is a considerable testimony to the salesmanship of Michael Reese that I selected and purchased a vehicle in less than an hour. With Mr. Reese there were no requests too odd and no hesitation to respond to my every question. He easily addressed any hiccups. Mr. Reese made my buying experience a treat rather than a trial. I would like to thank him for a calming experience at a very difficult time. The corporation has a valued asset in Mr. Reese. I feel he did not sell me a vehicle but allowed me to purchase a car. Should I ever need a car again, I'll look first for Mr. Reese at Fred Beans, West Chester.

Fred Beans of West Chester is the most outstanding car dealership I have ever dealt with. My husband and I are so pleased with this dealership that we have purchased 5 ford explorer's from them.
Their service department is so far above any others I have encountered in helping with any problems I have had with my cars. They are always willing to help and go above and beyond what is required.
The dealership, including the service department is always clean and the people who work here are professional and courteous when dealing with the customers. The way they run the service department with teams is especially good. Your car is taken care of by the same technicians and they get to know your car inside and out.
I can't say enough about Fred Beans of West Chester.
I have recently moved to the Pocono Mountains and I really don't want the Ford Dealer up here even touching my car. I guess I've been spoiled by the best.

I bought a car from here and only had it since the 28th of January. I am having issues with the suspsion. Took it to them and still wasn't resolved. A Q cert car shpuld not be having the issue I am having. I just want it fixed. The car is not giving me an enjoyable experience and I am starting to feel the same about the service.

Worst car experience ever. Failure from every Department. I have bought and sold and helped many friends and family buy cars and this was by far the most deceptive, crooked and incompetent dealership I have ever dealt with. Was deceived by a Ford Pre-owned Certified ad for a 2011 Truck Ad. Contacted dealership through link. Made appointment for next day. confirmed that morning. Arrived to find truck had dead battery, flat tires (7 lbs PSI) leaves in back bed. Sales person jumped car but said service department was unable to fill tires? so had to drive car to local WaWa AND FILL TIRES MYSELF. Test drive without tag. Paint had many small scratches, drill holes interior, bumper cracked and held together with visible exterior screw, under carriage heavily rusted ( looked almost flood damaged), clear coat on chrome trim pealing and paint pealing under sides. +++ issues. Was presented an original window sticker in French! Found out later inflated gas mileage ( Canada uses Imperial Gallons?) When researched later English Verizon It says not intended for sale or registration in US. Made an offer but never received counter offer only attitude from sales person about how high payments can I afford. Finance officer tried to sell me extended warranty but never gave me figures on final sale price including what ever add on ( Dealer prep, location fess, what ever else they make up.) went to show sales manager car and it was gone! He then told me this vehicle is to old for ford Certification and does not qualify and 7 year 100,000 is from original date of manufacture (9/2010). This is just highlights of my visit.

I meet fellow owners and their workers from their area regularly at meetings and Seminars, Work with a large group of Amish and Mennonites that live in Lancaster county, my Niece and her family and friends all live in and around Media. Actively in the market for 2 Cars. Do they know their target ares?
Every other time i have visited a Dealership whether I bought a car or not i have received follow up courtesy call, sometimes from manager, asking about my visit. Dead silence.
Do your homework, remember sales people are likable by nature but not necessarily have your best interest. and be ready to get outside financing.

I am prefacing this review with the fact that I have visited 12 dealerships in the past month and I have never left one more frustrated and disappointed. After a couple of days and many attempts to get in touch with two different sales reps via email, I was finally able to get in touch with a different sales rep over the phone. I alerted the sales rep that I would be coming in at noon and she said that was good for her. Upon arriving, she was working with another customer, but gave me the keys to the car to take a look at. She then asked us to have a seat in the waiting area while she continued to work with another customer. During that time, she assured me that this would not take long because "this gentleman owes $21,000 on his vehicle and his car is worth half of that and he's not going to be able to get out of it". I found this to be incredibly unprofessional and made me lose her trust immediately. She continued to work with both of us simultaneously. I was clearly not a prioritized customer. After almost 90 minutes of waiting, I was presented with an offer that was not even comparable to what I receiving at other dealers and a trade-in value that was insulting compared to the offers I had received recently. As a result of the poor customer service and lack of professionalism, I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

My experience with fred beans of west chester started back in summer of 2014. My brother bought a 2006 f250. Long story short, they sold him a truck with blown head gaskets. It continued last october when i.bought my 2007 explorer from the same dealer. The car was great for the first week or so but almost exactly after a week, i noticed my transmission wouldnt shift into gear at all. I called the dealer up to see what was up and see if somehow it was covered. Needless to say, i was past the 3 day return period and that was it. They knowingly sold me a car with a blown transmission for full price... $11000. And there was nothing they could do. They robbed me of my money and thats all that mattered to them. I will never buy from.any fred beans, and will never refer anyone to a fred beans dealership

It was a good experience and he spent time with me to work out a set of terms that would be acceptable and simple for both of us. He was friendly and respectable the entire time. I didn't feel pressured or rushed, and he was prepared with the vehicle ready for me to test. I would definitely do business with him again.

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from a Fred Bean dealership. We were as pleased with the experience this time as we were the first time. Hopefully this car will serve us as well as the first one did! The people we encountered were exceptional. Al Ubaldini sold this car to us . I wish I could give them zero stars. My 2013 Ford Fiesta has been in for service three times in a month because it stops accelerating for 30 seconds at a time. They seem to think nothing is wrong and my car is completely drivable. And good luck trying to talk to a manager! He s sick , about the sales manager. He doesn t come in much, about the general manager. What a joke!

I found Fred Beans of West Chester was very easy experience. I bought a used Ford Fusion. Al Ubaldini was my Sales Consultant who was very nice and easy to understand. Showed me the car I wanted. He show me all the options or buttons in the car, explaining them so I could understand. Explained the details of buying the car. He know he would be in training when I was to sign the papers so he made sure to introduce the two people who I would be dealing with.
Everyone with whom I deal with made everything easy and wanted to make sure I understood everything. They went over the car again.
I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Even my daughter thought is was a nice place to do business.

I really like the fact. That, me as just another customer out of hundreds. I felt like I was a priority in the own ways. Quickly responsed to my question and my additional concern. To the situation and made it there priority. I was satisfied with the results and payment through the service plan. I was pleased with my auto green team in contacting the the warranty claim and repairin my vehicle in the time it was done.
