Never experienced such a bad service. Received an email the day before our booked Louvre visit stating that we have to reschedule, we said its not OK for us and want a refund. After long conversation and negotiation we agreed to go at the time which was convinient for THEM and guess what - we went the next day 9 in the morning and we could not enter. They simply forgot to reschedule, had to go again in the afternoon.1 of 3 days in Paris wasted because of their moronic service. What a lovely concept - you can never reschedule but they can do it anytime. Not to mention how hard it is to reach them by phone, email reply time is also useless. Classic tourist trap.
