We recently attended the Il Divo concert and found the sound system DEPLORABLE!! At times we had to cover our ears the sound was so loud. You couldn't even decipher the harmony in their voices. Tickets weren't inexpensive and we traveled from AZ. So very disappoing.
We have attended many of the Il Divo concerts and have NEVER had such a poor experience.
In addition, doors opened an hour prior to the performance, but the auditorium didn't open until later. There were 1600 folks crammed into the lobby. No room to move or walk. Thank God the fire alarm didn't go off or people would have been trampled. An enexcusable situation at best.
I will NEVER attend another concert at the Fox.

Great place for entertainment! The seating is not the best in comparison to Harkins. The seat cushions are made out of fabric, but the whole seating arrangement is good. It allows for a good viewing experience.

We have been here a couple of times. It's a beautiful venue and it is well maintained.

Excellent acoustics, good views, great concert venue!

Went to see the ballet of "Cinderella". Performance by a local company and it was wonderful.

Nice small venue. Old school theater seats...very tight seating, not very comfy, but good leg room.

My son loved seeing Paw Patrol here a few weeks ago! The venue is absolutely stunning and the staff was great

Went to see Master Chef Jr...seats in Mezzanine didn't allow us to see video screen very well but the stage was visble.

I was there for a company event, the whole staff was friendly, polite and had their best smiles for everyone there... we were able to watch the fight that night there as well.

Attended for Kathleen Madigan. Beautiful 1929 venue. All employees were polite and friendly. Tasty $$ mixed drinks.

Great venue close to home. No need to fight traffic going out to see shows in LA or the OC. Nice clean theatre. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Free parking nearby.

The theater was just amazing. Most of my review will be about how my girlfriend surprised me with tickets to my favorite comedian during a trip to visit her for New Year's. The lines to get in were very short, staff was friendly and helpful, and the acoustics were amazing. Multiple bathrooms as well! The handrails in the center of the aisle were great because we got to watch people ram their privates into them when they got up during the show.

Even the cheap seats are in the splash zone here. The downside, the aisles are very small. Quality performances always.

Took my Mom to see Jersey Boys. The facility is beautiful. The staff is amazing. My Mom needs a walker to get around and one of the workers noticed there were going to be stairs that my Mom would not be able to make it up. She upgraded our seats at no additional cost to a lower level with no stairs to accommodate us. Thank you so much Linda!

Nice place, staff is not super helpful. I'm a nursing mother who needed to pump while I was there. I asked if they had any private rooms but they didn't, I had to sit in the lobby area down stairs.

Five stars for the venue. The Fox in Riverside is one beautiful venue. A few years ago there was Broadway In Riverside (Nederlander) and I have fond memories of the shows that were brought in. I hope there are still Broadway style shows touring through there..one really can't tell from that tacky web site that they have unless I am looking at the wrong one. No excitement on the site about whatever they are bringing in-I did see several listed but to bring people in there needs to be a splash of full bodied color and some terrific photos....BLAND. . A beautiful venue that cost a city a fortune needs and deserves better.

Beautiful venue, comfortable seats, great sound even in the "cheap seats" friendly staff, easy parking. My only complaint is that they allow hoards of patrons to get up and down during a performance. It may have been a crowd with a lack of knowledge of theater etiquette, but they should have been instructed to only walk back to their seats in between acts. It was very distracting to have 7 or 8 people walking to their seats during the show, causing people to not be able see what was happening on stage. It was a constant problem throughout the show, not just at the beginning with late arrivals.

I really like this place, it's not to big. You don't have to walk far to the restrooms.

With this historic theater, fox performing arts is one of a kind. The brilliant mexican style theater is one theater you should put on your must do list.

Great local theater! They offer many entertainment options. Great family shows and great adult / date night options. Accessible seating.

12/10/2017 Goo Goo Dolls concert, first time to Fox Theatre. The second picture is my view from center of row O on the balcony before the show. First picture was my horrible view when the show started thanks to the group in front of me. There was NO reason to stand. Everyone has a great view while sitting, even from the balcony. They stood the whole hour and many people on the balcony had to move chairs. Would the ushers PLEASE make sure people stay seated during the show?? I'm glad I didn't pay more for the other seats because a lot of people moved to the $45 seats when they paid for the $35 seats. They have a bar too so I was also trying to hear over the drunk people yelling. If you want to party with the drunk jerks then the balcony is for you. But sit somewhere else if you want to enjoy the show.

Relevant Chruch meets there on Sunday mornings. At 9:30 & 11:30. Had a great time.

Fun seeing old movies there. Hope they do more cult films and/or grindhouse/exploitation stuff in the future.

Here's a HUGE tip; there's a bar on the second floor. Don't stand in the long line at the downstairs bar, when you first go on. Go upstairs!

Great theatre. A lot of seats available for the audience to sit in. And a great stage to be filled with actors and or comedians. They have restrooms inside the Fox theatre and they also sell drinks such as soda and alcoholic beverages. And lastly, they also sell popcorn for those who like popcorn with their entertainment. i like the venue but i purchased a groupon to take my employees to the show and they cancelled my tickets the day before the show. When i checked online there were over 100 tickets available for purchase.

Great space, friendly staff. Be ready to be wand for security and look into you bag. The theatre has refreshment you can purchase and bring into theatre as well as two set of restroom for convenience. The seats are a bit tight if your hips are big.

Cozy, old theater, great sound. Seats are close together. Riverside Food Lab is an excellent place to eat, next to theater

Venue was fine. They need to do some renovations, as it's quite old. Placing signage out front would let people know which line they should be in (buying tix, picking up tix, etc.) Instead they have several irritated people who just yell at everyone, which doesn't create the most favorable impression.

The cell phone policy is beyond extreme. My date was confronted by an usher as we sat in our seats more than 20 minutes before the performance started. My date was not taking photos or video, nor was she talking on or texting on her phone. Nonetheless, the usher said it would be her one and only warning...next time we'd be asked to leave without a refund. I had paid more than $450 for two tix in the 4th row to see Tom Segura.

Performance was incredible, but the theater operation feels second-rate. C'mon Fox PAC, some simple signage and a friendlier support team would go a LONG way.

My first time here was ruined by an over zealous security person checking bags. I understand the pepper spray could not go in but to treat my wife like a criminal when I returned from the car. Wife and my daughters waited only 10 feet from this individual and when I returned and we went to enter the security person proceeded to go through my wife's purse like she had never seen her before. Mind you she stayed within her sight and saw me take the mace back to the car. My wife felt profiled be the only African Americans in line and not seeing any other patrons be subjected to this scrutiny. My wife was left in tears. Not sure we will ever return here again.

Great venue & a fantastic performance. Loved the celebration of music contestants.

My church has it's worship experiences at the Fox now. We are Relevant Church. Sunday mornings at 10 am! The experience is EPIC! Best place to have the house of God in. Thanks Fox theater!

It is good excellent prices it needs more organization

Great venue! I don't think there's a bad seat in the house. The seats are very comfortable and there's always an intermission which is nice. They have bars on each floor and bathrooms. I've seen several shows here... And everyone of them has been great.

Staff was unresponsive and dismissive of the fact that men were walking through girls dressing room while girls were changing.
