I came to Fox because of the reviews I saw when I was looking for a GMC dealership to consider buying a new truck. I had done a lot of research and was sure I knew what I wanted. We met Keith when we walked in the door and that began a series of conversations that started us down the road to getting what we needed in a truck to tow a fifth wheel. I was very specific in what I wanted, but found out that the drivetrain I thought I wanted was not available in a 2500 truck. Keith helped me understand, in a very no pressure way, that the Duramax diesel was a much better fit for what I needed and in the long run, was a better option, both financially, and operationally. (That has already turned out to be the right decision) He also worked very hard to get everything else I wanted in spite of a very difficult supply challenged market of diesel trucks. He was very patient and became more of a friend than just a "sales guy". With his help, we got a truck that has far exceeded our expectations. We are completely blown away and in love with it already. The truck is drop dead gorgeous and is almost embarrassing the attention it commands already in just the couple of short trips we have taken so far. This is a great dealership with good people and we will be back, no question. Thx Keith and Fox Buick for a great experience.
