The hotel was OK, with very attentive staff. However, I strongly urge you not to Valet your car. They scratched the side of my car and were very quick to deny any responsibility. After spending a weekend there and shelling out 2.5k they seemed to change their tone when I found the scratch. Disappointing! They did offer me a "free" bottle of water though.......

We do stay-cations here with the kids all the time. Great for a long weekend when you can't leave for a real vacation. Plus the wife will be happy with all the high end stores just 2 min walk from the hotel.

Conveniently located in central part of downtown Toronto. Awesome food, great atmosphere and fantastic service.

Only valet parking is available ($50/night) but other convenient alternatives are also available. Green P across the street ($20/night) and the Bay 2 blocks away ($6/night during weekends)

Beautiful, elegant, and luxurious hotel. The staff are always there via in person or just a text message away and they are very attentive to their guests needs. The spa on the 9th floor was amazing. They had a eucalyptus steam room and with a nice lounge area where you can relax in your cozy robe. The spa provides you the shower sandals to wearand also a fleece lined robe to keep you warm and cozy. Excellent area to alleviate your stress and enjoy the quietness in the bustling city. Amazing hotel with courteous staff.

My wife and I spent Christmas Eve at the Four Seas...

My wife and I spent Christmas Eve at the Four Seasons to celebrate our wedding Anniversary and from the time we got out of the car all the staff made us feel special and congratulated us even before we got in the door. The room was wonderful. Thank you for making our stay special. My only critic would be that the room service food was not up to my expectations. My wife s skin is very sensitive too and the hotel had very hard water which irritated her skin. Not unusual in a big city but some hotels user water softeners which help in these situations. Overall though this was a wonderful stay and we will be back for sure. Thank you all the staff for making our stay so special.

It is my first time staying at the new Four Seasons Toronto. We previously stayed at the original one.
I have to say the original was nicer as it paid attention to details.
The hotel greets you with plenty of service trying hard to ensure you are completely happy and it is a tastefully decorated hotel although nothing spectacular - kind of cold.
After a long journey we had to wait for around half an hour after the check in time of 3? I am unsure about restaurants but I only saw a bar style and cafe. We will check this out tomorrow. The pool was chlorine (thought it might be salt water) not great for your health or skin. The house coats are not soft. They feel like a low quality towel that has been bleached and thrown in the dryer without softner. The towels the same. The beds were small. It is the details....There were 2 sugars in a complementary coffee station. I know this sounds petty but it drives me crazy when I have to make a list of all of the things I need especially after waiting. Likewise one little shampoo and conditioner etc for 3 people. So I had to request several little things. I feel if you are in a 5 star hotel you should not have to do this.
I am blessed and feel gratitude for being able to stay in a beautiful hotel but I was disappointed. The original Four Seasons in T.O. was not like this. It felt plush.
So yes it is a nice hotel and the service is great but not what I usually experience at a 5 star beyond that.

This is a beautiful hotel and totally deserving of a 5 star rating. I came for a business trip and Four Seasons made my stay so comfortable and as stress-free as possible. The rooms are spacious and so well-maintained multiple times a day. The service is absolutely incredible and truly makes you have a memorable experience. I left my room for a meeting after unpacking and I realized I didn't have toothpaste and mouthwash. When I went back up to my room, it was sitting on the bathroom counter, everything was tidied up in plain sight, cable management was done on my phone charging cables, and even small things like body lotion and makeup wipes (and more) were laid out for me.

The attention to detail is phenomenal and I can't imagine anything more this hotel could have done for me. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Four Seasons Toronto!

Return visit to the spa. Very relaxing and highly customer focused staff. Very convenient location, near the major subway lines. Inside of the hotel is gorgeous. Note the pool is small and shared with hotel guests, so it was not relaxing on a Saturday afternoon but the steam room and other facilities on the spa were tranquil.

Beautiful hotel. Contemporary and modern in design and layout. It is located very close to many shopping areas. We found the rooms to be well equipped with a Nespresso machine and the cleaning staff leave you toothpaste and cable ties (to organize your charging cables).

A French restaurant is located on premises (2nd floor) and where we had breakfast and brunch. The food was very good, however we neglected to get photos.

The 19 dollar hot dog was very disappointing...to the point of being offensive. How do you think you can serve that hot dog cut in half, with nothing special about it, and keep a straight face when you charge that. It's insulting

Unbelievable. The staff are great. Management on the other hand or whoever is in charge are not. Based on observing how staff are treated during my stay I was not happy. I'm grateful for the great service. But it would be even better to see staff treated better around customers. It's disgusting that such a high end hotel have such arrogant higher ups who don't acknowledge the value of their employees.

My Boss Stays there all the time! My review is not even because I stayed. My boss stays here all the time-he loves the service at Four Seasons-but he left his wedding ring in the room this morning and Chris from the lost and found office was so efficient. He called me back within 15 minutes, housekeeping was honest-they found the wedding ring and the ring is being overnighted. Chris even called me back with the tracking number-that is awesome service! Thank you housekeeping! Thank you Chris! And thank you Four Seasons for keeping a happy marriage happy! LOL!

THIS IS LONG BUT ONLY BECAUSE OF SO MANY ISSUES:

THIS IS LONG BUT ONLY BECAUSE OF SO MANY ISSUES:
Although the property is nice, the service is not up to the caliber of a five star hotel. On check in we noticed the sofa was quite stained. It was cleaned.
Our car was either lost or not called up at all twice. We were told they were confused between two cars, but we called them by their ticket number and neither car showed up when called! (not the wrong one).
My wife asked for the hotel car and was gruffly told it was only for guests. This was after our second night stay and she told them we are guests and why not ask for a room number rather than admonish her that it is only for guests. They also only take you one way and don t return to the hotel-I have never heard of such a thing in a 5 star!
We are also repeatedly asked if we are checking in or staying at the hotel when returning our car. The hotel ticket is in the car window! Once we were even asked if we paid for parking!
We looked over our bill our second last day and found breakfast charges. Our Amex reservation clearly states daily breakfast for two people per room, but the girl on the desk argued that it was only 3 breakfasts and not four. I argued we are four people but she said it was only for adults. I asked if our 16 year old (who eats adult breakfasts) was 18 then by your logic it would be allowed but since she is not an adult it wasn t? I asked for a manager who after a too much back and forth corrected the bill. The next day, on checkout, we were charged again for one breakfast! This time the girl on the counter AND the manager on duty argued with me that the entry made by the desk person shows only 3 adult breakfasts. I told them it was wrong and was corrected the previous day but they still argued about it. Finally, they got the manager I spoke with and corrected it AGAIN. I asked why it wasn t properly noted on our file from the previous day and got no response.
We endured nothing but aggravation and terrible service. They just don t have their act together and after relaying my story to some friends, one said the chain is not what it used to be from their personal opinion.
These types of things don t happen at the other five star chains we frequent. A lot more training and fine tuning is required in my opinion.
