This is the best hotel to stay at in Toronto. The rooms are not only beautiful but they re a little piece of heaven. Every staff member you meet from when you walk in the front door is there to make sure you have Tempe best experience of your time spent there. Every time I asked a question about something they would spend the time to find out if they didn t know and get back to me with the answers or details I was looking for. The food, drinks, bed, spa, swimming pool are all the best In the city.

I visited the Four Seasons Spa with a few girlfriends seeking luxurious relaxation and I was not disappointed. The top notch customer service, excellent luxurious facility and hands down the best auroma therapy massage I have ever had! Whether you're relaxing in the hot tubs, sauna or lounge area you can guarantee your senses will be indulged and your body and mind relaxed. A must visit!

I tried the spa section and it was pretty great, although we had a gift card so we likely walked away with an even better feeling than normal. The mens and womens change rooms each have their own selection of relaxation chairs, lounge-style chairs, steam room, tea and fused water, and a few snacks that get replenished. The steam room was particularly excellent. The massage series are quite an experience and the staff are super friendly and do a great job. The only peeve is that you have to walk out the change room in front of the main lobby area in order to access the family pools.

Went for brunch - we had a complaint about the food served to us. They apologized. And proceeded to charge the full amount, even though the food was sub par. The hotel is stunningly beautiful, the location prime.

Spa-only review: fantastic facilities, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great for relaxing and unwinding in the heart of the city. One small critique is that there is no other coed space other than the pool area.

We had a great experience at the Four Seasons Toro...

We had a great experience at the Four Seasons Toronto. Arrival was chaotic as there were a lot of cars backed up for valet, but once we got through , we were greeted very nicely by the valet who arranged our bags to be brought to our room. Check in was lack lustre and kind of expected an intro of the hotel and amenities. Arrived at the room and since we specified when we were arriving, was hoping the lights in the room would be on (like ritz or shangri la does) but not a huge deal. The room was beautifully kept and was sparklingly clean. There were a lot of little things about the room that made it extra nice. Like having the shower drain in the corner of the shower instead of the middle where you need to stand on it. Or my cell phone cable being wrapped up by housekeeping in a four seasons tie up. Little things make the difference. I will say all the staff (with the exception of the restaurant hostesses) were very very friendly and accommodating, and most of all I would say very professional. The restaurant onsite was .... OK. We expected a bit better but was still good. Breakfast was our first experience which almost had us canceling our dinner reservations for that night if it wasn t bad weather. Hostess greeted us rudely and acknowledged people behind us, before us. We asked for our dinner reservations to be confirmed, and she said she would seat us and come back and let us know. She never did. The food at breakfast was cold, and the French toast was undercooked heavily. Had to ask three times for my coffee to be refilled. They finally came over as we were getting up to leave to refill. Dinner was much much better.
Hostess was still unfriendly. But the service and food for dinner was impeccable. We enjoyed the dinner very much and would certainly return for it. Never again for breakfast - $140 for a cold breakfast that s supposed to be hot. The pool on site is beautiful and very relaxing. There was a very disgusting grime build up on the hot tub that had us leave the area immediately however. Cleaning in this area is poor , unlike the rest of the hotel which is spotless. Check out was easy and the car was waiting for us when we came down. Valets were friendly. Only comment is that I have never used an upscale hotel valet that didn t offer me water or coffee upon departure. This was a bit disappointing as I just expect a bit more from a place like this.
With all that said. It s still 5*. It was a great stay with some things to work on. Biggest complaint by far is your restaurant hostesses. It doesn t take much effort to be pleasant or nice.

This hotel was very nice and clean. The decor throughout the hotel as well as the rooms is very modern and elegant. The staff were great-I did find any request made to room service took a bit of a long time and sometimes they would arrive later than the time they gave you to have your food delivered by. The food, however was pretty good although on the two occasions we ordered breakfast,by the time it got to us things were a little bit cold. They do have an iPad in the room that you can use for all of your requests (room service, concierge, housekeeping, dining reservations, etc.) which is nice and convenient. Overall we had a nice stay and would definitely stay again!

We stayed at the Four Seasons Toronto a few times. Each visit we had a great time. Always enjoyed the luxurious and pampering spa. Cafe Boloud is also great.

Superior rooms + superior services = happy customers

Attended the Four Seasons Hotel for a wedding. The whole experience was excellent. From cocktail hour to the beatifully draped Vinci room where the ceremony and reception took place, to the food and can't forget to mention the drinks. The staff were very pleasant and ensured the guests were pleased. I would definitely recommend this space for anyone planning a tastefully done wedding.

This was certainly not a five star hotel experience. Recently stayed here with my wife for a company holiday party and had several issues with our stay. We had security bang on our door several times with noise complaints (we had four people in our room and were having casual conversation at 9pm (no music or alcohol). Wanting to be courteous we had the other folks leave. Another 10 minutes later when we were just having a conversation the two of us in our bathroom getting ready for bed we had security slam on our door a third time complaining of noise again. I don t think it s a ludicrous request to have a conversation in a hotel room with your spouse and we were extremely displeased with this experience. The hotel also CHARGED (not put a hold) on the credit card of EVERY SINGLE person that was staying at the hotel for the dinner party and said they would refund everyone. I ve never had a negative experience with the other hotels of the sort in the area and am extremely disappointed.

The staff here is nice and courteous. The hotel is beautiful and the food is amazing. Located in the heart of Yorkville, this hotel is a convenient walk away from high end stores for shopping and amazing restaurants! The Valet service was amazing as I needed to keep my laptop for about an hour then dropped it in my car for me so I could go to the gala!

One of our favourite downtown Toronto stays! The employees are always so helpful, efficient and friendly. The actual hotel itself is beautiful and full of several amenities. Everything smells amazing and is so clean! They are also very careful with COVID-19 for those whom may be concerned.

We love their in room dining menu so much! The chicken wrap is something special! The pool and balconies connected to the pool are amazing! Would 100% recommend staying here to everyone!

Went to Cafe Bouloud with my mom for lunch. It was a pleasant experience with great staff. I had the burger and mom just had an appetizer. Good food and came out quickly. Also had some bread on the table while we waited - it was OK but not great. Relatively lively place for lunch - it usually fills up much more in the evenings.

Never stayed in the hotel as a guest but I went to the spa. I had a massage and use of the amenities (steam room and pool) very nice atmosphere quiet and relaxing. And the staff is extremely professional and helpful. The RMT was excellent. A bit on the pricey side but I would recommend as a treat or a gift to someone you really love . No hesitation!
