Excellent spot for a quiet working lunch. Great food, spectacular service

The spa is great. The service, ambiance and overall experience is great.

Had Sunday brunch at Cafe Boulud. Wonderful relaxed dining experience with great food. Welcoming atmosphere for families with small children. Service is top notch as usual.

Beautiful rooms and great location next to shops and restaurants. The service is outstanding.

Loved the get away stay. Food was good, the bar in the lobby has musical performance on the weekend. parking can be an issue but they offer valet. it is nice to take a walk in Yorkville area although it is pretty cold now. I noticed they recently renovated their lobby area, which makes it look much smaller and crowded now.

Went to the hotel bar for a work event during TIFF. Nice bar with attentive staff. The patio is a nice break when the area gets really busy!

The service was excellent, the rooms were perfect, I really have no complaints.

I went for a massage, the staff was very friendly and helpful, amazing service and is the best massage I have so far.

Great spa, big and spacious. Got a massage from the RMT Daniel and he was great. Spa gives you access to whirlpool and swimming pool. Also had steam rooms

I was very disappointed by the service offered by greeting staff and support staff. Massage service was excellent however they don't speak to our experience. We arrived behind our appointment time after a storm caused our driver to be delayed, and ended up waiting in the waiting area to lose additional time, while front desk did not send us a tour as they pretend to do, nor send a waiting staff member to guide is through the maze of poorly marked hallways and doors. Half our time was spent searching out how the change rooms work. The flip flops were still wet. Dirty towels aren't picked up. Showers smelled bad like a manky locker room. Checkout staff were useless. We already had a 15% discount given to all guests for a month, and they offered us 10% more for our lack of service, but claimed they offered us 25%, after the disappointing service on the day after our wedding (communicated in advance to have our service ready). We were shocked that a premium hotel would stand for a lower level of service than a standard massage clinic. Clearly there are wide ranging financial issues and training issues at Four Seasons Hotels in Toronto, and lack of quality staff. Recommend you avoid the hotel, as service is no longer an action, more of a catch phrase.

Went for winterlicious dinner at Cafe Boulud on Tuesday Night. Food was very delicious and well prepared/presented. Service was great from reception/coat check all through to the end with billing and payment. Restaurant has a retro-clubby style vibe to it. Dinner was packed, would recommend reserving in advance. All in all experience was as expected from a high end restaurant/hotel as this.

Very nice venue for wedding services. Even provided validated valet parking for a venue tour.

Very elegant hotel in Yorkville area. The food is delicious, definitely worth having events at this location.

Amazing service as always. Had breakfast wit Sara Railey and was reminiscing about what an amazing job she did coordinating our wedding at the four seasons. If you plan on having a wedding here ask for her!!!

Simply the best hotel in Toronto. They are always so friendly, and they go over and above on everything.

I downloaded their app on my Android phone, and when I was only 10 minutes away I had an idea to get champagne and strawberries to surprise my wife. I asked in the app, and they got it done (and in style) before we arrived.

They also checked in with me during our stay over the app to see if they could do anything else. It didn't interrupt, but I noticed during the evening. Great job on it, and quite easily my favorite hotel in Toronto.

The best hotel in the whole city! Everything about it will blow you away: the location, the service, the rooms- they're all fabulous! This was the most decadent hotel experience, I can't wait to go back sometime!

I parked here when I was stuck for parking and could not find another place. I was shocked when I found out that the rates were the same as other places, and they parked the car for me. SOLD!! Also I walked through the lobby and it was so beautiful. Best parking experience I have ever had.

Nice, clean, Big updated rooms. Breakfast was delicious. Service to our room was fast and courteous. The only downside was only 1 sink in the washroom that had room for 2 sinks and no usb plugs near the bed.

Went to D Bar on a Thursday night. Had a blast. Great music, drinks and crowd!

The deep tissue massage and spa experience at the four seasons was lovely.

Dbar is a cozy place for coffee and drinks. A bit expensive place but it's worth the seclusion and comfortable seating area.

Great food and fantastic facility for a corporate meeting.

I love this hotel .Although I live in the city, sometimes my husband and I check in during special occasions like our anniversary to stay overnight and enjoy the spa. Every time we would have stayed here they have always made us feel extremely welcome.

Large, bright rooms with a great view over the city of Toronto. Friendly, reliable staff. Great atmosphere in the bar. Located in the pretty area of Yorkville. Near 2 underground stations.

Excellent customer service. Great location. Spa was wonderful even while under reconstruction. Highly recommend staying here.

Spa day. Clean friendly. Went to eat after and saw the lunch menu posted but ends up they were only serving dinner. They made what we saw on lunch menu but said that we shouldn't ask for that exception again because they wont do it again the next time. Is this how you treat a customer...making them feel like we owe them something? For the unapologetic prices they charge they should either do the favour willingly or apologize for not being able to do it. Then the served me a wine that was misrepresented by the waiter. When I questioned him about it there was no apology either just an offer for me to buy another wine. Isadora Sharp should be ashamed or maybe Daniel Balud

Banquet hall was big and spacious. Washroom is excellent!

Always an incredible time there. Service is always fast and with a smile. Everytime I go there is a good time and they change something. Very classy place for both business and fun

It's the four season's.... Exactly what you'd expect.

Headed to the spa on a Sunday afternoon and had a very relaxing time. Complimentary snacks and tea, plus the COMFIEST robes. Definitely recommend the deluxe Mani and pedi and would come back again for a full body hot stone massage. The sauna could have used a bit more essential oil but otherwise it was great!

I came to the Four Seasons for a marketing event and was blown away. From the time I walked through the door, I was taken care of even thought I wasn't a paying guest.

Food was good....beautiful place $700.00 a night for regular room. Nice bar.

I went to Four Seasons for a massage in the spa. It was wonderful. Great atmosphere, super helpful and polite staff, pool and balcony area is well maintained and relaxing. The shower, change rooms, waiting room, steam room, and massage areas are all high quality and clean. Definitely get a massage here.
