Love this hotel! Far better than the old Olympic building location.
Wonderful hotel. Clean. Great amenities. Soaking tub. Rain showers. Nescafe in room. Beds are very comfortable. Professional staff. I highly recommend.
EDIT: The Manager of this FS did reach out and we had a productive conversation about the concerns detailed from our stay. I appreciate he took the time and effort to hear and understand our experience. We'll give this property another chance since we love staying at Four Seasons and believe they'll be able to do better next time.
SIGH... Our visit was disappointing. I am a big fan of the Four Seasons chain, they are always my first pick when traveling. This hotel is the most disappointing visit I've ever experienced with the brand. Traveling is a challenge right now, and this property fell short. Their Covid response is fine and on par with other locations; unfortunately at the expense of the usual Four Seasons experience. There were quite a few little things that just added up to an overall letdown.
Pros: FS has the best response to Covid overall. This was the 2nd FS we've stayed at since the start of the pandemic and their protocols and execution are impressive. I feel very safe staying at FS. Staff overall still very welcoming and professional.
Cons: food and beverage here were surprisingly bad. F & B are crucial when traveling during the pandemic and this property fell way short. One of the most expensive FS in the US... which makes the sub-par experience more frustrating.
We'll try other hotels in Seattle before considering visiting this property again.
Great view of the Puget sound and closed to pike market. Definitely a great hotel to stay if you're looking for a view and want to be in the heart of downtown.
Attended a wedding here and the venue was beautiful. The staff was welcoming and helpful.
I was only in one of the event halls, but the venue was really nice.
Another great venue for another TOMMYSOUND audio experience!
Had a wonderful time - hotel was beautiful - staff was available when needed - parking easily available. Great experience.
Best hotel in downtown Seattle. Not even really a contest.
Probably the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in in my life. After the weekend I think it cause mental trauma to leave.
Pampered... outdoor pool and sun in Seattle. Perfect getaway!
This hotel is very nice place to checked in. I love the pool and the rooms and bathrooms are large. very accessible place too.
I absolutely LOVE this place, as does my youngest son! Service, service, service! The staff is amazing and friendly. The food is amazing! There is a reason we always stay at Four Seasons, always perfectly and beautiful persistent! I absolutely love the fact that it's within a very close walking distance of Pike Place Fish Market, a must see while is Seattle!
It's a great hotel and it is very nice. But our car got broken into while it was in the valet parking garage and there was t even anything in it.
Best customer service. Best room service. I ve stayed at 7 different Four Seasons properties and this one is at the top.
A good representative of the high level of service and quality for which the Four Seasons group is renowned.
Always Seattle's most elagant example of old world charm and class. Beautifully decorated for the holidays. The Georgian room makes you feel like you're back in time. Always a must see during the holiday.
Its a in a very central location, and the resturant is busy with the non resident crowd in the evenings.
Generally staff are great but staff at the resturant are average at best, to being poor.
Ordering seems to take an age and this is even when the restuarant is relatively quiet such as breakfast time. My breakfast order was incorrect and when I pointed this out, they stated they would correct it, but no one returned, which was very poor service.
For a five star premiere hotel which is far more expensive than other comparisons in the city, I expected more.
I would give it 3.5 stars if I could.
First class hotel:. Accommodations, location, service, dining all hard to beat
Half hotel half residence, the Four Season is perfectly located next to Pike Place Market in the heart of downtown Seattle. Upon arrival you will be greeted and will likely need to valet the car if you are planning to stay overnight.
The rooms are large and chic, the bathroom almost as large as the main room. Comfortable bed and a desk to work at, the Four Seasons makes your stay feel as though you are at home. The bathroom features a separate closed area for the toilet, as also the same with the shower. A large soaking tub is also available with a TV built into the mirror.
Unfortunately no coffee maker or space in the mini-fridge for you to brunch and chill your own refreshments. There is also a Target 2 blocks away should you need of any snacks or drinks.
Coffee, tea and hot cocoa was served in the lobby by the elevator.
We had a couples massage at the spa. They took great care of us for the night. Robes and slippers are provided right away with access to the steam rooms up until our massage. Both masseuse were perfect. After we headed down the restaurant for drinks and dinner. Tasty, seared salmon and crispy brussel sprouts.
The Four Seasons Hotel is in the heart of downtown Seattle, only a couple of blocks from Pike Place Market, the Seattle Art Museum and the Seattle Aquarium. There are plenty of stores nearby, and quick access by foot to the waterfront.
The food was extremely overpriced and the wait staff was over attentive to the point of nuisance.
Went with the family and had a very pleasant stay. The front desk staff (not concierge) were excellent. Our kids loved the welcome packs and individual bathrobes. Welcoming ambience, short duration at elevators, lovely views, functional 24-hour gym, and an accessible car drop-off service. Will definitely repeat the experience.
My company rented a ballroom for a meeting. Staff was very courteous and the space was nice.
Love going to the Four Seasons for dinner and drinks. Great hotel and great restaurant! The view is beautiful on a sunny day and the food is always great. Plus their wine list is excellent. We'll be back!
Went to Goldfinch Tavern for Thanksgiving dinner. Really nice menu. The waitstaff we're great.
The staff is super sweet and very attentive. The food at the restaurant is also delicious. The rooms are great super close to everything.
Nice hotel in a great location. Parking can be a pain
Great restaurant. Friendly staff. Amazing views. Rooms were nice. And in the city with time of stuff to do right outside
Beautiful hotel, well maintained, gorgeous restrooms
Fantastic Dungeness Benedict at the 4 seasons, considering the $50 buffet next time!
I went there to use the restroom, and was very impressed with staff, and the setup with the restrooms.
Excellent choice! Nice rooms, amenities, and friendly staff. Visit the pool and steam room to help unwind from your travel or work day.
Excellent location, great gym and spa, great pool area. Enjoyed my time here.
Staff were really helpful and friendly, atmosphere was upscale, good attention to detail, beautiful location
Fantastic brunch with excellent food service. Their servers are very friendly and great.
Had a great lunch at Goldfinch, great burger and fries.
Very nice atmosphere, drinks were excellent, service was excellent. Didn't have a bad experience at all.
One of the best hotel at this location. Architecture was beautiful. I liked the decor. Great atmosphere. I liked the view from my window of room . I enjoyed the spa. Bar section was amazing.
Per habit dropped in for coffee after lunch in Pike Place and shopping in De Laurenti's, and we had made the right decision. Impeccable service, great ambience and delicious snacks. Will go again.
Gorgeous rooms, many with a view of the Puget Sound. And it's right on the water. Attended an event in the ballroom and it was huge. Kind attentive staff. If you can afford it, you can't go wrong here
$800.- a night to look at a public storage. Have at it. You get a free cup of coffee in the morning tho after you paid $55.- for overnight parking.
Beautifully appointed lobby with access to Fran's Chocolates, at the south end of Pike Place Market
Ate at goldfinch tavern. Tasty, not too pricey considering how touristy the area is.
The food was fine. The service was good. But to park there for lunch it was $17 for valet. That brought my somewhat overpriced soup and salad at $17 to $34 total. I wouldn't do it again.
Was there for a quick drink at restaurant. Drink was good but pricey.
We had a great stay, and they were fantastic with our 9 year old. If he has fun, we have fun! They couldn't have been nicer to him.
The chocolate shop associated with the hotel is great. Their sipping chocolate is a must try. Cant say much about the rooms as I am a peasant who cannot afford such luxury
comfy, clean. always my only choice when I go to Seattle
This hotel is beautiful. The views are spectacular! The location is walking distance to pike place market, shopping, and the waterfront.
Great service and hotel and the location is perfect for exploring pike st area. Can walk to nearby restaurants
The Four Seasons is hands down the best place to stay in Seattle. The service and staff are so helpful and will bend over backward to meet any need of the hotel patrons.
