Expected a little more in the way of customer service from a Four Seasons. Mattress was horrible. House keeping was not consistent - some threw away trash and brought clean glasses while others did not. The view of the bay and the bathroom in our room almost made up for the mattress and lackluster service.

I was the guest of a frequent visitor to the Four Seasons, and was treated with utmost warmth and attention during my stay. The amenities were superb. A rain shower with a hose head too! The bathtub was a treat as well. I didn't get a chance to use it, but it was extra long and deep, perfect for extra indulgence or, for a large guy like me, an actual bath! Staff was highly personal and developed real connections with frequent guests. Very impressive.

Service us pretty much impeccable and the rooms are fantastic. The only reason I don't rate it a full 5 stars is I don't like that it isn't standard to have a microwave and fridge in your room. You have to request them.

The venue was the perfect setting for the wedding we attended. The skies cleared up and we were left with a beautiful sunset. The food and service were top notch. I had a few hqppy hour drinks before at the goldfinch Tavern which were delicious.

Incredible service, really friendly staff, giant bathroom, and fantastic location. I m giving it a 4 star because I felt it was a little dated, and didn t have that twang of something special that I expected. (Personality, available spa, etc) Besides the tv in the bathroom mirror!

Sunday brunch at the Four Seasons is a lovely experience. There's a heavy focus on seafood on the buffet, but when taking the entree menu into account there are plenty of traditional options as well. If you aren't a drinker the brunch price is a bit steep (it includes unlimited mimosas) but they have no problem with your party being a mix of buffet and off-the-menu.

They really made us feel at ease. Especially during this time when you want to feel safe. The room was beautiful! And although were weren't able to use the pool, our room window was right there, super gorgeous at night. In room dining was perfect. This mini break was really what we needed, even though it was a staycay. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Four Seasons hotel. The huge and newly remodeled suite with new furniture, located on the corner with a great view of the hotel entrance street, and a great view of the bay. The quality of the food in the restaurant was excellent.
A very pleasant experience staying here.

The service was excellent all around. From the moment I dropped of the car, the experience was positive. The concierge and the front desk staff were well prepared. The room is very modern and comfprtable.

Was not a guest but came in for Sunday brunch before the Seahawks game. Unfortunately the food took way too long, service was slow, and the selection left a lot to be desired. I expect more from the Four Seasons as a frequent traveler myself.

Very enjoyable stay. Staff was more than attentive, making sure everything was just right. The spa was excellent. Great location for walks and restaurants. Just a block from Pike Place market and across the street from the Seattle Art Museum.

Enjoyed Thanksgiving Brunch at the Goldfinch Tavern. The service was very good, and there were a variety of desserts on the sweets table. Only complaint, is that I would have appreciated two crab cakes as part of the entre.

Excellent, exclusive, elite hotel in downtown Seattle; ocean bay view; central location close to the famous Pike Place Market, shopping, excellent restaurants & shops. Although many people walking the streets, beware of homeless drug addicts roaming freely in downtown due to the legalization of marijuana, "tent cities" and local meth/heroin epidemic that city officials have allowed to spiral out control. Awesome hotel, beautiful city but be careful walking the streets.

It's always a treat staying at a hotel like the Four Seasons. Thankfully I get to enjoy the perks through business. The rooftop pool and the amazing staff are just a few things enjoyed at this hotel. Everytime you walk through the lobby the staff checks on you and a lot of them remember your first name. It is amazing and so nice to feel like royalty now and again. Food is phenomenal.
