Got to the lobby bar for a drink. Visiting downtown Seattle and decided to check it out. The bartenders are dry and not hospitable at all. One of the bartenders was training the other. And none of them was paying attention to me. I got finally my drink and the napkins are wet. The bartenders are supposed to smile, be all energetic and wow the Clients, look forward to serving each drink with finesse. Instead, they refused to serve me drinks thinking I am too opinionated and was expressing my dissatisfaction about the service to one of the bartenders. It was very humiliating. The bartenders made me feel like I am a second class citizen. I am in the hotel business where we worship our clients and guests. Disappointed in Four Seasons Seattle. Service sucks and the employees at the bar as well.

It was very elegant. I was treated wonderfully & I loved the room. Overall, my stay was splendid.

The lobby was a bit small. The hotel is located nearby the Pike place market, very much within walking distance! It is also within walking distance to the Ferris wheel by the aquarium.

Parking is expensive. Would not have a meeting there for that reason alone.

Elegent, and great staff that try to keep up their fine hotel rating! Modern architecture sitting atop Pike Place Market and Elliott Bay. I bet the private residences upstairs are spectacular!

I was recently there for a wedding as the hair and makeup artist for the bride and her bridal party. The staff were amazing and very accommodating to all our needs- makeup setup chairs and table, etc. Nice to have them pay attention to small needs.

I'm glad that Goldfinch Tavern is set up in this hotel, it was a pleasant experience entering and being greeted, and they have a wonderful waiting area.

Though very dark in the bar, it fit well with the ambiance. Everyone was courteous, and service was great.

Came here to visit Art Restaurant & Lounge. Great food as one would expect from the Four Seasons. the view and surrounding area "near SAM" was perfect for a night out. Nice treat was complimentary parking for dinner guests.

Extremely classy hotel with excellent service. The attached restaurant to Simply to die for but the real reason to go is that the friends chocolates is attached to the hotel and serves the best orange confit. We had hot chocolate and ordered several chocolate packages to go for our friends when we got home. Definitely stop by when you're around.

Had a wonderful time staying at this centrally-located Four Seasons. Hope to use the pool next time I visit it looks awesome. Top notch big screen TV & quality one would expect from The Four Seasons.

Great place, great service except that room service was pretty slow and messed up our order but overall was a great stay

Excellent hotel, very well located. Attentive staff, always happy. Efficient concierge. Huge room with excellent layout. Very good view. He only sins for breakfast, weak and very expensive.

You expect nothing but the best when you stay at a Four Seasons. This was exactly that.

A great location with amazing views of the bay. When I checked in I was a little early and my room wasn't quite ready. I met a friend at the bar and very shortly after I received a text that my room was ready. When I got to my room my luggage was already waiting for me.

Very large room and an amazing bathroom. Tv built into the mirror. Separate tub from shower. But always the most amazing thing about these hotels is the bed. Wow!

Now one little amazing service note which again is the reason you pay for this level of service. I was in a meeting and grabbed my glass of Diet Coke. It slipped out of my hand and went all over the desk, chair and unfortunately my suit jacket. The guy immediately asked me if he could get my jacket taken care of. Another gentleman brought me a new chair and about 3 hours later he brought my jacket back from the dry cleaners clean and pressed. He didn t ask my name or my room number. Just did it because the opportunity to wow was there. That s just great service.

Food came out late and undercooked. Great place to see celebrities though

Amazing hotel! Absolutely beautiful and First-rate service! Everyday we returned to our room, I was blown away by attention to detail the room-keepers had performed. The kids, too, were pampered by staff! Fantastic job, Four Seasons Seattle!

We recently stayed at this hotel. Aside from the room fee they do charge $54 plus tax for parking for a regular sized car and they charge $75 per night incentive deposit. Which they refund 4-5 days after you check out.

Very good service. If you have any requests or questions, it's worth asking. They probably have a complimentary solution.

We enjoyed all aspects of our stay...the suite, restaurant and bar, and the donut wall with assorted hot beverages in the afternoon. Professional staff from Valet to front desk.

The food in room service last time I was there wasn't even good. Seemed liked some worthless effort of broccoli heated in the microwave. Aweful. With try the Solon and massage therapist and keep you posted. Nice location thou.

Perfect location for a private party. Superb service and I appreciate the attention to details. Our guests were completely impressed and delighted!

Location is amazing with a view of the ocean and the pool area. Staff are very nice and helpful with directions. There was no room in the mini bar for our leftovers which was unfortunate. The rooms are very nice with a very large bathroom and tub.

Always classy and way over priced. Plus they add their own tips. So watch out.

The pool with a view of the sea is really too good to describe as the meals at the Goldfinch restaurant are really good. The only judgment is the quantity of meals that is very low to say the least.
Perhaps my judgment is altered by the fact that I am Italian but it is a hotel that I would recommend

The service here is outstanding, and you can't beat the location for view, shopping & convenience. Cozy lobby fireplace and complimentary afternoon chocolate fondu bar welcome you from a chilly walk around the market.
Rooms are nice but unremarkable, and don't have a coffee machine. The mattress in our room could use an upgrade, or at least a flip over, as it felt more like sleeping in a hammock.

Over and beyond customer service, very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Every time I step foot in four seasons Seattle it's an experience.

Absolutely amazing hotel. The rooftop pool is incredible and the view can t be beat. The rooms are spacious with a very homey feeling. The staff is always attentive and kind. The location can t be beat, steps away from the pier and right in the heart of downtown with amazing shops and restaurants all around. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

Downtown Seattle four seasons was the best hotel experience ever for my vanguard mutual fund event. The staff was supportive, and on point.

Nicely decorated spaces for a wedding. Tasting for the reception was a great experience with Gerald the coordinator. He is thoughtful and has very good taste. The event hall and conference rooms have excellent unique views of the sound and the Ferris wheel

The customer service is fantastic, and the location is the best of any hote as it is centered in between everything in Seattle. The rooms are decent, for the price I would expect more luxury from the layout. However the hotel grounds make up for it
