Excellent location, amazing view, convenient parking and great customer service. Loved it!
A great stay in Korea town and steps away from a lot of restaurants. I personally only interacted with the Valet, and they were all really nice.
I travel a LOT for business. This is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Can't wait to go back.
Perfect place to stay both for business and tourism
Very sophisticated, nicr Aston Martin parked right outside
Comfortable and luxurious rooms. Very spacious. Excellent service and convenient location.
The location is perfect for visitors wanting to experience the famous Seattle attractions like Pike Place Market, Space Needle, walking along piers etc. Views from the lobby and room are spectacular. The lobby isn t as impressive as some others I ve seen but it s likely due to space limitations and not budget. Goldfinch Tavern does a great job with food, but the brunch could offer some better value for the money. Service is absolutely wonderful and the staff do a great job taking care of the guest. I love that almost all requests were taken care of through texting. I would stay again if given the chance. Pricey but you certainly get all the benefits for what you re paying.
Visited the Goldfinch Tavern for restaurant week. Atmosphere was nice, service was great, food was pretty good but the portions were quite small for the price. 13 bucks for a kids burger (slider size) and fries. Been to a few other Ethan Stowell restaurants and Tavolata does pasta better. Overall good experience, but value is a bit lacking.
It was amazing love the heated outdoor pool and view. Amazing service and the bed was so comfortable!
It was a good experience I like how you are treated as a client
I did not stay at the hotel, however I went to the golden Finch restaurant. It was very a nice, upscale, and tasteful experience.
Four seasons is located in the heart of downtown Seattle, right next to the market and waterfront. The hotel service and rooms are exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Very good atmosphere, beautiful hotel, great HH with delicious apps and tasty drinks. Pike Place ales are featured.
I visited the Four Seasons in Seattle to hear saxophonist Chris Mitchell preform. I felt the hotel to be quite luxurious and a good venue for the performance.
The food was good and the atmosphere was pretty neat. the layout made it a bit confusing to leave, but that may just be because it was late
Great hotel. Service was friendly and warm. The facilities clean fresh and modern.
Great location. Highly recommended.
Phenomenal at every little detail with a focus on making every aspect of your stay as wonderful as possible.
Goldfinch Tavern is awesome. Cher Joe is amazing and Art makes the best cocktails
Possibly the best service experience we've had anywhere. Simply mentioned that we thought the wine sampler suggestions were excellent & when we got in back there was a complimentary bottle of the one we liked best; chilled and waiting for us. Car service was top notch, staff were all friendly. More of a high-end boutique hotel experience.
Meh. The prices do not correlate to the room quality. Felt like a tiny room with IKEA quality furniture, even though we had a bay view at nearly $800 /night. So not worth it
Room was beautiful and spacious. I just wish there was another restuarant in the hotel to choose from and I wish the fruit infused water was available for longer hours.
I stayed on the fourth floor and the view was amazing. Very comfortable beds, a deep tub, and clean.
Nice location. Great view. It was easy to find where I needed to go.
Your neighbors can see directly into your room so you have to keep the curtains closed and therefore not enjoy the view you pay for. Absolutely not worth the cost. The room was nothing special either - very basic.
With my hospitality I'd like to work here. The level of kindness vet genuine
Immaculate venue with excellent service and very professional staff.
Good but not usual great 4S experience. Shangri La Vancouver was far nicer larger rooms much nicer baths and Jean Georges! Even better priced. Definitely back to Shangrila next trip!
The four seasons hotel was amazing. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They location was perfect for what we had planned for the weekend.
Aesthetically appealing, the rooms are well kept and the staff is extremely helpful.
they hold their service to the expectation that comes with the name
Great atmosphere at the bar as well as an awesome view for the sunset.
Great ambiance in the bar/lounge. Slightly slow service.
The fries were superb and went great with my wine. Service was excellent as usual.
We have stayed in many Four Season hotels, but this one was nothing more than a 3 stars hotel. Our room was not ready until 4 pm, we had to wait for 1.5 to get into our room.
The lobby toilet did not have cover seat.
Great concert experience. Be prepares for overpriced drinks.
Customer Service at the front Desk wasn't to open about telling me about their business. Told me to go online. Instead of wanting to answer my questions
But other that young man. It was amazing will be returning.
The convenient location of Seattle's Four Seasons is an asset to both business
$700/night+ rooms should cost $200. Small, old, out of date technology. Bed is comfortable and staff are nice, but the hotel has zero character, terrible views for the price, and dated rooms. Two elevators for 10 floors, so there is always a wait. This Four Seasons delivers a Holiday Inn quality room/experience for 5x the price. Similar to Four Seasons Sydney in that respect, which is the worst hotel in entire FS portfolio. Strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you want to waste money. Apparently this is the only "5 star hotel" in Washington State, which makes sense, as they do not have to try hard due to lack of competition.
What an excellent location. We loved our room that overlooks the water and Big Wheel. The furnishings are modern and so comfortable and the staff is amazing.
Great hotel with nice rooms and restaurant/bar. Fantastic views.
Wonderful place to stay in the heart of it. Goldfinch Tavern is also worth a look with great drinks, appetizers and ambiance.
The doOrman was a little snary but the rest of the staff was great.
attended an art auction there hosted by ParkWest Galleries. Service was good
Y'know what, we didn't stay overnight, but spent the whole day at the spa for a couples massage. The massage rooms were nice and the change rooms were clean!
My wife and I stay here when we want to get away locally. Great service and amazing staff.
Great spot and terrific views. Quintessential Seattle.
After being diagnosed with endocarditis and given less than 8 weeks to live I went to make a call my family in front of this hotel. The security guard literally without even looking to see who I was comes flying out the front doors demanding me off the property like a wild animal. I could understand maybe if I looked homeless. But I'm dressed cleanly and was clearly trying to make a call. To be treated as badly as this I hope the news gets ahold of this and seems you dry. I couldn't even call anyone of my family members in another state to let them know what's going on. If something would've happened between then and the time it took me to get far enough away so I wouldn't be on your property (since he wouldn't tell me if I could use a sidewalk near there) i could've easily lost consciousness and passed without them knowing any wiser. All because your security was being arrogant and abusing his power. I'm taking this to the fullest extent if it's the last thing I do. People are getting way out of hand with the professionalism when they think someone might be homeless. For the record I'm not homeless so this makes it even more disrespectful.
Location is great with a fantastic view of the great wheel abd waterfront. The room we stayed in was ok. Bathroom was very spacious, bed was comfortable, and service was great. Room service is a bit pricey but well worth it.
Simply the best! Great location and impeccable service.
The banquet area had a killer view and the food was better than I was expecting.
Location wasnt the best, room was good but could of been better, service was really goos
It was very nice and the service was exemplary, both in catering the event and in parking/getting settled in
Visiting Seattle is so easy and relaxing while staying here. Right next door to the famous Pike's Place market and great views of the city and the bay. The staff are exceptional, friendly, and welcoming. The amenities are top notch, the restaurant had amazing food; just every little special touch makes us feel great. From a glasses cloth left by housekeeping next to my wife's glasses to the cup of hot cider when we checked in, I couldn't ask for more. Can't wait to stay again.
Amazing food at Goldfinch. I was at the Four Seasons for a Seattle Youth Symphony Orchestra fundraiser recently, and the service was impeccable and the food super yummy. I've never visited the spa personally but I have many friends who have and I hear it's fantastic. You just can't go wrong with the Four Seasons.
Highly recommend staying here. The lobby is a big pleaser for the atmosphere and great food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. I experienced all of them.
He was not inside, he is outside looking at the view of the sea.
Stopped in to the Four Seasons to dine at Goldfinch restaurant and had an excellent experience. Sat in a booth in the bar which was nice and quiet with amazing views of the sound. Definitely a great spot for food and ambiance for those seeking to escape the downtown atmosphere before they with continue on with your night. It's a bit pricey but you're paying for more than just the food.
Excellent service, great venue, extremely clean and classy.
I only went for a meal in the restaurant. I give this venue 4 stars. The wait staff is very friendly and service is excellent. The atmosphere is posh but not over the top. The food is good but not extraordinary. The fire adds a cheerey touch as well as has seating to warm by. Overall, a lovely place for a meal and I'm sure an elegant stay. Paul McCartney stayed there when he was in seattle if that's any indication.
Hotel was fantastic. Especially loved the rain simulated shower head.
Our massage was exceptional and the spa staff were friendly and accommodating.
Room was ok but shower wasn't clean and backed up. I was too tired to raise a fuss about it. Room seemed a bit overpriced but checkin was simple enough. I slept well. Overall not my favorite Seattle Hotel especially for the price.
Was here for an event. The hotel was lovely and beautifully decorated.
Hotel is nice, people are nice. A little disappointed with my first steak breakfast
