Attended a wedding a wedding here but did not stay overnight in the hotel. The staff was Al very friendly and always ready to help. The ballroom is really nice and offers wonderful views of the sound ND ferris wheel. The restrooms were very clean, as was everything there.

Staff was not prompt in helping us and it was generally confusing where we were allowed to be to get a drink, were told we could just go in and sit from one person and then told by another we had to see the hostess.

Attended a yoga event hosted by the hotel. They were very accommodating. The event was located near the pool/fitness area which had great views of Elliott Bay and was recently renovated.

Slowest service bar ever. We waited 20 minutes, they served us water, but no one came to ask if we wanted a drink. So we walked out. Nice place to come for a break, but not what I expect from a bar.

This place is absolutely awesome! My wife and I have stayed only twice, but both times proved to be well beyond our expectations. Great service and awesome views! The rooms are very spacious and luxurious. I highly recommend a stay.

Excellent service and accommodations. Rooms are spacious and well thought out with lots of charging ports, TV options including Chromecast, and beautiful bathroom shower and soaking tub. The bar was also lovely.

Horrible experience!! I went for waxing and the lady was so painful! When I made the appointment, the spa receptionist told me she has 13yrs or so of experience, she is wonderful and doesn't hurt. I've been to other 4 season spas and have gotten waxing done and was amazing! I thought it would be the same since it's a chain. Boy I was wrong! Megan was so painful! I had to keep telling her to press the skin hard down after waxing. I didn't feel like she cared and was more like it's just a job!
Best was, when the front staff knew I was unhappy and still asked if I wanted to leave gratuity, really?!?' In the shower rooms, I even found hair on a towel and another one had a small dead bug on it! I don't feel this spa is up to the mark. I am very upset with my experience and will definitely will not recommend this place for spa services nor return here.

I travel a lot, which means I get the opportunity to experience varying levels of quality when staying at a hotel. The name, "Four Seasons" should evoke an impression of high quality, and in Seattle they validate all the great things you expect from Four Seasons.

For this particular hotel, they delivered above my already high expectations. My wife and I stayed here in 2012 and 2013 both times it was the highlight of the year for us.

The Seattle Four Seasons is located in a prime location a block away form Pike Place Market with views overlooking the bay. Every aspect of the property runs smoothly which allows employees to provide exceptional service.
The staff are very warm and welcoming. Almost all of them greet you with a smile and a hello whether its the person cleaning your room or the door man.

The spa treatment for my wife's birthday was special. The massage room had views overlooking the bay and everything was top notch.

The best way to describe how much we loved the Seattle Four Seasons (or any hotel) is to ask yourself, "am I looking forward to checking out or do I want to delay checking out as long as possible?" At the Seattle Four Seasons we didn't want to check out or leave. They practically had to escort us off the property :D

Can't wait to go back we might plan a trip to Seattle JUST to stay here again.

This place is beautiful and the staff are extremely courteous. It would be 5 stars if 1 elevator wasnt broken. There is a line waiting to go up and down. Still, despite that the team is GREAT!!!

Staff very helpful. Beds super comfy. Pool & jacuzzi overlooking viaduct, ferris wheel, and Puget Sound is heated & nicely appointed Poolside service during summer months is very accommodating. Ping pong table too!

Every person who works in the lobby of this hotel needs equity training. They need to learn how to refer to people as guests instead of ladies or gentleman because it can feel really gross when people consistently can t read your gender identity and therefore panic and switch which honorific they use. As well, each time i had a question i was treated with disdain as if i couldn t possibly be staying there. Do better.

The best hotel in Seattle by far, professional staff, great location near almost everything.
I would recommend this hotel for its rich definition, upscale service and level, delicious eating, close to most attractions.

Stopped in for happy hour drinks but were not very impressed, we had a table with a view of construction site and the drink selection was poor. Also I ordered a beer and they gave me a tiny little glass. Not a very happy hour.

I often stay here for work and this time I planned my visit based on my last visit. As a new working mom I had a shipment delivered to the hotel to store my pumped milk. I called in advance and let the concierge know he can open the package and asked him to freeze the included freezer packs. Long story short, after multiple attemps, I did not have frozen ice packs and it risked compromising the integrity of the milk for my baby. Additionally, the concierge threw away the included mailing slip which had a FedEx account number prewritten on it for me. Everything was fine in the end but it definitely caused me way more trouble and time consuming than it should have and made my visit more stressful than it needed to be. Aside from the concierge issues with my package and failure to follow my care instructions, the rooms and other services were great!

Went to the bar and restaurant for late night drinks. Was pleasantly surprised to find a wide selection of oysters and great small plates. The drinks are stellar as you would imagine. Beautiful atmosphere and vibe. Perfect for people-watching. The couches in front of the fireplace outside the bar might even be more enjoyable than bar seating. Highly recommend for fun (if pricey) drinks out destination.

We visited this place to check out the design and also as a possible accommodation next time we are in town. Staff are friendly and they didn't gave us any funny looks. I will consider staying here next time.
