Where to start with this hotel. No casino so no smell. The staff makes you feel like the most important person in the world. The rooms are pristine, roomy and elegant. And the pool... the pool staff and service while lounging is the best.

Fantastic stay. Hotel is kept in great condition, amazing in-room views of the strip available. Staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond. A wonderful sanctuary within the madness of Vegas. Will definitely stay again!

Really lovely hotel with excellent customer service! It's a bit far from the strip if you are there on vacation and want to be able to wander drunkenly from casino to hotel, but perfect for business trips.

They need to build a separate Four Seasons Hotel instead of this being inside of Mandalay Bay. The rooms are not that great, but the 3 stars are all for the amazing staff other than the front desk. If you book this hotel with a standard room the front desk people try to convince you to upgrade to a better room for more money, which I though was sleazy. All of the rooms should be great. We had to change rooms and pay $50 dollars extra a night, which we didn't appreciate. Very small rooms. Very basic. We had to ask for a pillow top for the uncomfortable mattress. The room service price for breakfast was outrageous for just a few items of food. The food place in the small afterthought lobby was hardly open ( urging customers to order room service), and smelled pungent when you waited a long time to check in. It almost made me want to vomit. The staff said they were going to change all that, but it was there when we were there. When we were checking out, they asked if we were likely to come back and we said no. They just need to make a separate, classy Four Seasons to keep the reputation of all of the other ones, like the original one in Toronto, Canada.

I had a wonderful time at the Ocean Paradise Hotel in Cox's Bazar. Every staff member I interacted with was attentive and created a wonderful experience! Enjoyed the Fitness Center, pool and extra special care they provided. Can't wait to return again!

There are no words which can do this hotel and it's staff justice. Everything about our stay made us forget that we were in Las Vegas. It's an oasis inside of the hustle and bustle of the strip. The restaurants are 5 star from Charlie Palmers Steakhouse to Veranda, we never had a single poor plate served to us. The maid service was exceptional and Kimberly at the concierge saved the day arranging transportation for our party of 9 in under 20 minutes.

Friend and I were staying for business and the staff was very unprofessional the hotel charged us for services we never used and mistook us for other obnoxious guest that were staying there as well. We have a team of over well 300 people and they literally just lost all of our business never staying here again.

I very rarely complete ratings for anything. However, I understand now why people have such a high opinion of Four Seasons properties. The service was BEYOND expected. Every individual working for the property was smiling and helpful (but not annoying helpful). We are still talking about the cocktails at Press and the omelets we had at Veranda. Superb quality all around. Best. Stay. Ever. Thank you!

Wanted to say a special thank you to Tony in Security - I left my iPod in the room by accident and he went out of his way to get it back to me as fast as possible. It's the little things that count and he was absolutely fantastic to deal with. Thank you!

The rooms, service, and hotel itself are all first class. Just, in the spirit of Vegas hotels, this one is only connected to a casino and doesn't technically have its own...else it would be 5 stars.

While the hotel is extremely clean and modern, I had a bad experience with the housekeeping services at the Four Seasons in Las Vegas. Housekeeping never came to our room on our first full day during the day (no, we did not have the do not disturb tag on the door). We were gone all day at the pool (which is awesome!) and when we returned to the room around 4pm they had never visited the room. We had dinner reservations in the hotel at 7pm (at Charlie Palmer Steakhouse which was delicious) so we got ready for dinner and went downstairs around 6:30pm, hoping that housekeeping would come by the room for turn down service and to freshen up (new towels, water bottles, etc.) since they hadn't earlier in the day. After dinner, around 9pm we returned to our room to find that it still hadn't been visited by housekeeping. At which point I became quite upset and called the front desk to ask them to send housekeeping to our room. I was promised they would come to the room. We left to go to a show and the casino, when we returned to our room at 1am, housekeeping STILL hadn't visited the room. At which point, I called the front desk again complaining about this lack of service. They offered to bring me water and fresh towels which was appreciated. When you spend the money to stay at a 5 star hotel I expected 5 star service and I was extremely disappointed with the lack of service at this Four Seasons.

Upscale, confortable, quiet top-quality hotel on the top floors of the Mandalay Bay tower. The view towards the strip is amazing, you have access to a private pool and also Mandalay Bay wave pool and artificial beach.

Very great service, nice and huge rooms and bathroom. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is more quiet as you avoid the noisy casinos. They offer club car for guests to drop you near by. Use the tram to transit to nearby hotels and to access the strip.

Simply the best hotel chain on the planet !! -Yes, they make the rare mistakes, but those who give the Las Vegas Four Seasons anything less than four stars are obviously either pedantic fault-finders, or have unrealistic expectations. Excellent meals, room service and facilities, and all far, far better than anything else Las Vegas has to offer - including their gambling free zone. On the other hand if you want slot machines, blackjack, and third rate service - try Caesars Palace !!!

I recently stayed at the Four Season's in Las Vegas and I absolutely loved this hotel. I was with my husband and two children and as far as a family hotel, this was it! It was quiet, the staff were very helpful, courteous, and attentive. There were never any long line-ups or having to wait for anything. I spoke with a customer service rep named Lesley, who helped me book our stay and was so helpful and friendly. We had a fabulous view, which was great since this was our first time. The beds were comfortable, the personalization was fantastic, right down to our children's names written on the tub and child-size bathrobes for them. The kiddies had popcorn, chips and fruit waiting for them in the room, which was such a bonus as we got in late and were quite tired and hungry. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to family and friends and I look forward to staying there again!

Well it's a little after midnight and our room is 85 degrees. Front desk sent up a fan. Thanks. Not much sleep tonight. I expected better.

Edit to add:
Just editing my review. Despite the "response from owner" below, I never got a return call from Austin Price despite calling 3 times and leaving 2 voicemail messages. I truly expected better follow-up service from a Four Seasons hotel. I understand that room ACs fail from time to time. What matters is how the situation is handled. The responsiveness in this case has been quite poor. We'll stay elsewhere on future visits to LV.
