All the staff was really helpful. Family friendly hotel with crib, diaper trash, and neat soaps/slippers for your little one. Attached to Mandalay Bay so you can enjoy those perks too. Tram service available from Mandalay to Excalibur, which saves 15 minutes walk if you want to go to the Las Vegas Strip. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons for a conference for three nights. Everything was excellent, including staff, concierge department, food and accommodations. Everyone at the event expressed how surprisingly good the food was. With it's prime location next to Mandalay Bay, it's up to you if you want to go to their casino and shops. Otherwise, the quiet of the Four Seasons is welcome after a night on the town.

The Veranda Restaurant located inside the 4 Seasons Hotel was beautiful. Amazing cuisine to choose from, a great atmosphere to enjoy, wether inside for a traditional couple setting, at the bar itself, or outside next to wonderful water and suite features. You will love the experience with the friendly and warm staff who embody the true Art of Hospitality and Friendship

I work here all the time as a freelancer. I love the AV staff and Banquet staff. The Four Seasons is one of my favorite properties on the strip. I wish more events would be held here, but I can understand that size can be a constraint for the bigger shows.

We stayed at the Four Seasons for a company Christmas party and really enjoyed our stay. The room was cleaned multiple times per day, the staff was very attentive, and the view was great. The catered meal in the ballroom was delicious also.

Great experience here on our honeymoon, amazing service and atmosphere. The pool is excellent. More of a relaxed feel than some of the others in vegas. Would definitely stay here again when i go back to vegas.

This was the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at. Gorgeous room with an amazing view. Had a very reasonable upgrade to a suite as it was a special occasion. Wonderful customer service. An oasis of calm amongst the noise and mayhem of the Strip. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making this a truly memorable time.

Best hotel in Vegas if you're looking for some peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. With that being said it's still close enough to hop onto the strip if you want to hit the town. The service is always FANTASTIC, and the employees are always very warm and personable. I've had interactions at 2pm and 2am and the team here never ceases to impress me with their friendliness. The rooms are nicely appointed and the bathrooms are huge. Truly a great option for a hotel while in Vegas.

This hotel was amazing. It was quiet (with the exception of Thursday night when there was a concert on the Mandalay Bay Beach) and very elegant. The Lobster Fried Rice at Charlie Palmers (Restaurant in the hotel) was amazing.

Average, over-priced for what you get (i.e paid full resort fee even though swimming pool is closed etc). Other resorts charge about half the resort fee during winter months. Furthermore, you can get just as quality of a suite at other hotels for half the price. However, had a good stay, nice room, beautiful view and quit.

The check-in speed alone makes it worth considering this property when visiting Las Vegas. However, they also have the most comfortable beds on the Strip, and the cleanest, most stress-free space to be. A welcome oasis amid the hectic nature of Las Vegas.

Four Seasons has spacious rooms with bird's eye view of the Strip. Thoughtfully provides lots of options for charging mobile devices with USB ports on the TV console and outlets in the night stand lamp. Many dining options in close proximity. It's also connected to nearby Mandalay Bay and Luxor hotels (and couple others), so no need to step outside in the 100F heat.

This is by far the best hotel I ever even been to in Vegas. The staff are very polite and make you feel like a valued guest. There is no casino so you do not have to smell musty casino air but go through a door and you are in the Mandalay bay. The rooms are beautiful and the bedding is a as soft as clouds.

Loved Loved Loved this hotel. On the edge of the city close to the airport. I had a Las Vegas strip view room which was stunning by day and by night. Gorgeous lavish room. Very spacious, very comfortable. You feel simply at ease at this hotel. There is no casinos or gambling but they are the top floors of the Madalay bay hotel which means you can use their services but other hotel guests cannot use the FS services are access the hotel from the MB side.
Spa was incredible. Staff were very helpful and polite. Staff over all were very professional. Its like an oasis of calm in the Las Vegas.

Was in the hotel to dine at Charlie Palmer Steak. The food was exceptional including my thick cut, bone-in pork chop (an amazing 2 1/2" thick) which literally melted in my mouth. My wife had their generous and equally mouth-watering fillet. The twice baked potato is a meal within itself. Only quibble is that the space lacks intimacy and feels like sitting in a big hallway.

Gorgeous rooms in a fancy building. I'm only giving it four stars because you have to walk a long, long ways to get meals - into the Mandalay Bay casino of which this is a part. And because the staff consistently treat you like a potential problem to be solved instead of like an old friend. They seem stressed.

I was very impressed with this hotel. This is a quiet, cozy place away from all the crazy in Vegas. There is a quick entry into Mandalay Bay if you like the crazy :) The service here is outstanding! You get iced water by the pool and popsicles were given out and banana nut muffins in the hour or so time period I laid out by the pool. Every single employee is trained to be respectful and friendly, great job to all the employees. Some of my favorite things was the no smoking and the breakfast, I can finally say that a restaurant makes a great breakfast like I do at home. The omelette with avocado, bacon, tomatoes and scallions was superb! The chicken and waffles were great too. Very moist, flavorful chicken and the waffles tasted like an omelette in a way. There made with sourdough bread and eggs amongst other things. Overall very satisfied!!

The Four Seasons sits on top of Mandalay Bay. It's a quiet alternative for those who don't want to be in the mix.

The pool is very chill, but only a few steps away from the action at Mandalay Bay. From the elevators you can take a quick left to enter the Mandalay hotel and casino.

The rooms are comfy, service was very good and the noise levels were non-existent. Would stay here again.

Great place for us to stay during my conference.

Great place for us to stay during my conference.
The staff was superb and very accommodating and helpful especially Claudia at concierge.
The guest rooms are on the top floors of the adjoining Mandalay Bay towers. Four Seasons gives the privacy of a resort plus quick access to the adjoining Mandalay Casino and shows.
My only criticism is the low water pressure in our shower (rm 36217) and the Matrix brand machines in the gym. The elliptical machine from Matrix is not very ergodynamic. Free weights are scarce just like any other hotel gym.

The Four Seasons never disappoints. From the friendly staff to the high quality of the food, drink and facilities, The Four Seasons is top notch. This was a business trip but we also love to stay at the Four Seasons with our kids.

Here on business and family joined me. Overall best family hotel but we did have a few issues. Internet was down way too long and the food was not the quality you would expect from this hotel. Lunch and dinner not worth the price but breakfast was great.

Service was excellent. Hope they up their game because it is such a great brand.

Four Seasons Hotel is next to Mandalay Bay and it's a beautiful hotel throughout. I was there for a wedding reception on the 38th floor and the room was stunning. The place was incredibly clean and the staff was extremely helpful when trying to get around. I didn't realize this hotel was there. I would certainly stay here when I'm in Vegas next time. The hotel lobby has a warm ambiance that is inviting.

This hotel is the definition of quality and top-notch hotels. The one thing I do not like is a fact there are no external Entertainment going on at the hotel. The bar closes ridiculously early at 10 p.m. in Las Vegas. I guess they are trying to maintain a certain class, but when your business man and you are trying to entertain guests and the bartender tells you you're going to have to go elsewhere, you start questioning the quality and knowledge of this hotel. I had to turn around and go to a neighboring hotel just to be able to buy some of my clients a few cocktails and get them some appetizers, all because a Las Vegas bar closes at 10 p.m. I probably spent an extra 5 to $600 on cocktails alone and this barn missed out! The hotel itself is very nice do not expect anything for free, they charge for everything from Wi-Fi to...

The only reason that I was here was because my girlfriend was in town and she had a room but I was able to spend the day with her in a couple of the shops and we had lunch at the veranda I absolutely loved it!such great service it's really easy to forget that you are on the Las Vegas strip because there is no casino or anything like that
But I did see my friends room I didn't sleep in her bed but everything that I did see about the hotel was very very nice
My parents were there just last week
She said it was nice but they have stayed there twice before
Will you do anything you have to get your parking validated otherwise they are just going to charge you through the roof
