I recently refinanced my home through First United Bank with Stacy Kastner. I am very pleased with the service and attention I received through them. The process of gathering all of the needed information and forms was so much easier with Stacy there to walk me through things. Stacy and the staff were very knowledgeable and directed me in exactly what forms and information I needed to complete the process. I will definitely be recommending Stacy and first United Bank to friends and family who are going through the same process.

Great working with Shyla and team, we have worked with her and First United on a few occasions and they have always been professional and done a great job. Enjoyed working with them and appreciate how easy they made the process.

Stacy Kastner did a wonderful job with our loan. She kept us updated on status, ensured the right folks were moving the process along, intervened when problems arose and answered any questions we had.

Do not use this for mortgage services----horrible bank with poor service. I did a refinance and was assure and have emails from bank telling me to forgo that month payment. I confirmed and have email from them to do so---then i get a alert from my credit system they put late payment on my account----they eventually fixed--Okay accident happen----now it happened again and again they said we are sorry and are retracting their error--how is it they can continually make same errors at my expense---I have apology letter from first incident and now this issue is effecting a refinance on a auto loan i had started--------anyone know a good attorney that handles these types of errors that cost customers money on bank errors

I have been a customer with First United for years. This was the first time I used them for a home mortgage. Shyla was great! She was very helpful. The process was quick and easy. Thank you !

Worst United Bank truly is a horrible place. I close my account with them because their debit cards were trash that kept leaving me high and dry. Then they say I owe 110 bucks but won't tell me how, I did a debt verification letter and they ignored it. I gave them proof, they ignored it. They keep harassing me and now I'm getting a lawyer. Don't bank here unless you're as big of a crook as the people that started it.

We're changing banks immediately.

We didn't sign up with this bank. They bought our bank and it's been nothing but a pain in the backside since.

1) They wanted to hold my payroll checks for 3 days. I could understand if I worked for Shmuckatellii's Roofing Co. but I don't. I work for a Fortune 100 company.

2) They have the bad habit of putting limits on things that our old bank never limited. Since they haven't bothered to update our account agreement, I don't see how this is legal. We have had no notice that policies would be changing so we never find out about it until we run into it.

3) When #2 happens, there's generally a way of it... for a fee.

4) Their website sucks rocks. Their app isn't that much better.

5) They have an issue with processing the same transaction more than once. Give the hubby some money to pay bills and instead of 1 transfer, they do it twice.

6) When #5 happens, they want to argue about the overdraft fees for the overdraft that they caused.

7) Then the funds aren't credited back to the correct account in a timely fashion either. I had to call and complain about that before they fixed it.

We just closed on our construction loan with Shyla. We had a great experience! I will be using her and First United Bank in the future.

Have done business with first United for around 25 to 30 yrs . I started with Paul bass who has moved on up North ,then I finished out with bill elliot. Bill Elliott has been a great asset to my family and I. He has now moved on to do other things with out a alarm clock . Thank you so much bill Elliott for our adventures over the years. I have moved on from the main bank but still with 1st United. Just a different branch . Thank you 1st United for the opportunity to do buisness with you.

Amazing customer service!! Best bank around for sure!! You can tell the front line staff is knowledge and cares about the success of every transaction. The bank as a whole reflects well the values they promote. Rare these days. We love FUB!

Sasan Vaughan was extremely helpful and patient with us, she answered any questions or concerns we had, i would defenetly recommend everyone to go get your house loan here with these amazing people at first united thanks again susan for helping us fulfil our dream in becoming home owners .

Too many times have my deposits at the atm not show up in my account. I have to take my receipt to the main branch to PROVE I made the deposit that was missing. This happens way too much. Poor service.

Brooke Fields was exceptional in the process of my home buying well with the many questions I had, she was never an unprofessional. She made the process extremely easy on my end although I know she made many calls on my behalf. Her skills showed daily and her bubbly personality was always a delight! the loan process to purchase a house was so easy and fast I didn't have to wonder for days, also I didn't have to make special trips almost all the paperwork was handle through the computer and e-sign easy and stress free not having to take off from work! email and internet was all I needed!!

I had the privilege of having a great experience with refinancing my mortgage at First United bank in Durant ok this week. Shyla Whitlock and Susan Vaughn were the loan team. Both were kind,professional,and knowledgeable about the refinance program. I would definitely recommend First United.

Susan goes above and beyond to ensure that I get the home I want. When it doesn't seem possible Susan makes it happen. She helped me get a 600% return on my last investment and helped me secure a home with over $200,000 equity. While others wanted me to bring $120,000 to the table to close, Susan let me walk away from the table with a check for $1500 on top of paying off $60,000 in debt. That's about a $190,000 margin over the nearest mortgage competitor. Well done!
