Absolutely love this hotel!! It is a little further from the action of the strip , it however makes up for that by the service! If you like to gamble there is gambling just downstairs at the Mandalay Bay. Great places to drink, eat and even a club! Highly suggest!!!

Epic! Great room. Great pools. Great service. Attached to Mandalay Bay so you can get the excitement and bustle or a quieter more suitable for family experience. Close to the airport on the south end of the strip..

All Four Seasons are at the top. And also in this case, we are there. Nice all, pool area, common areas with restaurants and bars. One can avail the facilities of the nearby Mandala, with a huge pool and its airing on a fake beach that seems real. It is attached to the airport and a bit 'far from call it "center", but there is a convenient monorail subway that connects you quickly. Unlike other Las Vegas hotels it is not flashy, but very elegant in certain areas. The interesting thing is that it is connected, via internal casino, the Delano Hotel, Luxor and Excalibur, in a fun walk inside and full of curiosity and sights to see.

There is literally nothing negative to report. From the Tim we walked in without touching our bags to the time we walked out, again not touching the bags, every staff member, front desk, bellman, valet, housekeeping were very courteous smiled and spoke with me. All knew my name, down to the doormen. Beds were awesome and the rooms very quiet. Didn't hear a sound even though it was new years. Would highly recommend and we will be staying again!

I decided to do a quick last minute 24 hour solo get away. Luckily I was able to check in earlier than normal. The front desk staff were very helpful, professional and accommodating. I also enjoyed excellent service from the pool side staff. As for the restaurant. Not so much. Hence the 4 stars. Overall I had a great stay.

the staff was the stand out, wow, checking in, friendly, valet was helpful and friendly, the bar staff was great, restaurant staff friendly. i felt like they all wanted to be there and liked their jobs. the room was a typical room but the beds were really comfortable and the pillows too. i slept great. no noise from outside the room. bathroom was large, nice tub, seperate shower and the toilet is in its own closet. nice ammenities and great towels. i was staying on someone elses dime so not sure of the rates. a coworker of mine said that is where she stays when in Vegas cause she loves the spa and pool. food wa sgreat in the restaurant, but it was catered for an event. bar has giant muffins for breakfast. yum. the Four Seasons is attached to The Mandalay Bay resort.

I came to the spa to purchase a specific brand of skin care products. The staff I spoke to on the phone and interacted with in person provided flawlessly perfect customer service and went out of their way to help me.

Rooms were nice though a bit dated. The bed as always is nice and the pillows from Phoenix down are sublime. It's also nice that they have a pool area seprate feom the masses staying at Mandalay Bay. It's also nice that have a way to check in and make it to your room while bypassing the smoke filled cesspool that is the casino floor. The WiFi is fast and free as well.

Amazing, Amazing place to stay in Las Vegas. The entire staff there is amazing and the rooms are exquisite! We had a room overlooking the strip., so worth staying on that side of the hotel especially at night. Room service is the best we ever had! Private pool area with pool side service. It is pricey to stay there but if you can I 100% recommend it. Concierge will have their hotel car and driver take you where you need to go in record time. Wanted to dine at Charlie Palmer Steakhouse in the hotel but ran out of time, it is highly rated as well. Would stay here every time!

Almost there. 5th four seasons that we've stayed at. All I wanted was a quiet room. I was able to sleep but it still was a bit noisy (37th floor). The temp didn't get over 72 degrees in our room even while set at the max temp of 80. We were cold all night. The spaghetti in room service was not very good. The staff however, were excellent, friendly, and accommodating. The rooms were VERY nice. Fix the AC and double the windows for sound proofing and I'd be thrilled.

Beautiful non gambling hotel with professional staff who made sure my accommodation was of the highest quality. I want to thank the staff at the front desk, they were extremely friendly. The lady who checked me in at arrival went above and beyond to ensure that I had a wonderful stay. I was able to upgrade to a bigger room. The check-in process was seamless, I had a nice suite, I was on the top floor.

The room is nice, but not spectacular. It doesn't stand out in any measurable way. There seems to be a night club or music venue below our hotel room. It's 8:30 in the evening and we can hear music to the extent that it's an annoying disruption. The employees, on the other hand, provide exceptional customer service.
The location of the hotel is at the very far South end of the Strip which is a disadvantage for guests wanting to explore various parts of the Strip.

The Four Seasons is located atop the Mandalay Bay ...

The Four Seasons is located atop the Mandalay Bay and is certainly among one of the classiest hotels in Las Vegas, but failed to really dazzle me. Here's my overall summary.

Check in - Check in was a little time consuming and seemed to take a while, considering it was not very busy. However, she was very polite and after asking for an upgrade and offering a $20 tip, she did provide me one and returned the tip.

The rooms - The room was very standard and clean, and a good size thanks to our upgrade but was not exceptional in any regard. What really made the room was the view. Make sure to ask for a STRIP VIEW!

The premises - The premises was classy, with marble floors and some shops. Again, nothing really stood out to me and it was pretty quiet with not a lot of activity. Definitely geared to older couples, not people in their 20s.

The Pool - The pool area was quite nice with a very VIP service feel. Attendants were on hand with mist spray bottles, sunscreen and cool cloths. They had pool dining by menu. It was expensive and decent food. Nothing sensational.

The restaurant - The restaurant was decent, but again, nothing that really overwhelmed me. We chose to eat in the outside patio which is called the Verandah and the lighting was very nice. The food was not very pleasing because the seafood pot I ordered was WAY over zested with lemon and all I could really taste was that sour, citrusy flavour. I couldn't even finish it. I thought that was kind of unprofessional for a 5 star chef. My favourite part of the meal was a small cream based soup that was sent out at the beginning of the meal, compliments of the chef.

The spa - Although I didn't have the chance to visit the spa, I did walk in and the attendants there were very kind and helpful and did convince me to buy some Morrocan oil hair products which I liked.

Service - Service at the hotel is definitely the highlight. Everyone is very kind and helpful. the staff were very attentive and brought things that were needed to the room.

The service at this hotel is out of this world! My husband and I recently spent 4 nights here and every single employee at that facility went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. From getting upgraded because we were celebrating our 1 year anniversary to putting a Four Seasons microfiber cloth under a pair of glasses that I left on the nightstand, we were continuously impressed! If you want a relaxing Vegas experience, stay here! It is seriously heaven.

Definitely one of the best places to stay in Las Vegas. The place is always super clean and it s quieter than most hotels. It s a nice escape and you just walk through a door and you are in Mandalay Bay again and you get the Las Vegas feel very quickly. The rooms are really nice too, recently renovated and the service is at a higher level too.

Excellent luxury hotel away from the hustle and bustle of las vegas however it is next to the mandalay casino and in the free tram you arrive in 10 minutes to the center or there is the house car mercedes benz s500 willing to take you for free where you go the pool is what maximum service the best cabins are the best do not hesitate to rent one for the day the two restaurants are the most expensive but if you ask the cut of the day that includes dessert main course salad dessert and unlimited wine for 58 dollars is not expensive and on the veranda the italian taste entry strong dessert and unlimited wine for 59 dollars and the suit with a view to the strip the best the unsurpassed service do not doubt the best of las vegas

Lovely hotel. Stayed just two nights in 2015. Staff was gracious enough to upgrade us. Had a lovely stay. The suites are the very definition of luxury. While some would actually like this, but to us, it would have been better if it was not a part of the Mandalay Bay. The only thing to watch out for is that finding the parking is not the easiest if you are driving. But all-in-all, stupendous.

I am a frequent business/leisure traveler and Four Seasons hotels are always my first choice. Very comfortable, great service, home away from home. Lots of much more affordable, comfortable, high quality hotels in Las Vegas but for me, Four Seasons is well worth the premium.
