While the hotel is extremely clean and modern, I had a bad experience with the housekeeping services at the Four Seasons in Las Vegas. Housekeeping never came to our room on our first full day during the day (no, we did not have the do not disturb tag on the door). We were gone all day at the pool (which is awesome!) and when we returned to the room around 4pm they had never visited the room. We had dinner reservations in the hotel at 7pm (at Charlie Palmer Steakhouse which was delicious) so we got ready for dinner and went downstairs around 6:30pm, hoping that housekeeping would come by the room for turn down service and to freshen up (new towels, water bottles, etc.) since they hadn't earlier in the day. After dinner, around 9pm we returned to our room to find that it still hadn't been visited by housekeeping. At which point I became quite upset and called the front desk to ask them to send housekeeping to our room. I was promised they would come to the room. We left to go to a show and the casino, when we returned to our room at 1am, housekeeping STILL hadn't visited the room. At which point, I called the front desk again complaining about this lack of service. They offered to bring me water and fresh towels which was appreciated. When you spend the money to stay at a 5 star hotel I expected 5 star service and I was extremely disappointed with the lack of service at this Four Seasons.
