This was a great hotel very clean and staff was very nice. Indoor pool was great especially because it was raining our visit. The one issue I had was that we did not receive breakfast with our room because we booked through a service. But very nice with a cafe and Starbucks inside.
This is a prime lodging facility - once you get there! The only negative thing I would dare mention is navigating the Frontage road of I-17 & a very busy east-west major road. It is not well lit & not posted very well. Other than that, I would certainly have given this clean, spacious, safety conscious, friendly, informative lodging facility 5 stars.
I loved this hotel the first night. The staff was so friendly and the bartender was FANTASTIC! Tonight was a different story. We are with a soccer team this weekend like many people staying here for a tournament. To save money we ordered pizza for our girls after our last evening game (which as delayed due to a storm). Our children were eating pizza In the lobby and the parents were enjoying beverages from the bar. Suddenly the hotel staff came along and kicked everyone out of the large lobby and tv space where people were watching football. They said 9pm was quiet time and everyone had to leave and go to their rooms. What? 9pm on a Saturday night? The kids can t even finish dinner after a night game? They kicked every single person out and said we could go to our rooms. We were in shock. Never again!!! Rude staff and rude manager.
2 years later my car is still not fixed by them correctly I have gone back three times to get my front door realigned and all three times they just rigot and it does not stay shut when I came to pick up my car the first time all five guys who were working on my car were drunk and they were all fired immediately so at least I can say the owner Peter did the right thing about that and he promises me that when I bring the car back in when I have a day off then we'll have my door fixed correctly and my hood aligned correctly once this is done I will put a new review out if it's done correctly with five stars

Although am older building, the Hotels interiors and facades have all been updated nicely. The rooms are well appointed and they have indoor AND outdoor pools. Front desk staff was very easy to work with. This location is perfect for someone whose looking for easy access to the freeways and main roads, but also wishes to have the comfort and relative safety of having it's entrance and sign overtly noticeable. Seemed to mostly be guests who were in town on business, rather than vacationers or drive-thru stop off types.

When I arrived, I was told that my reservation was for 3 days ago, which it wasn't, and they wouldn't have any room for me for tonight but we would have one for tomorrow. But, for tonight, I could go to another hotel to which I said OK because I was exhausted and it was late in the day. The person at the front desk was VERY rude and when I tried to explain to her the situation, she wouldn't listen and would say AAAND. So she sent me to Comfort Inn down the street, that was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed at. Next day I came back and the lady at the front desk could have not been nicer, (I think her name was Nora) gave a me room and everything was great until the morning when I tried to take a shower. The shower faucet was not working and I could not take a shower and no I didn't tell anybody as I was busy and the day got away from me. I am a titanium member and have stayed in so many Marriott properties, this would be on the bottom of my list by far.
Absolutely enjoyed my nights here. They are clean and the best are extremely comfortable. The pool was nice and so is the breakfast they serve.
Fantastic amenities, and an overall fantastic staff and experience. Then indoor pool was great, and the rooms were clean and we'll taken care of. Ample parking (even for large or oversized vehicles), free laundry detergent and dryer sheets, and great food. Will no doubt make Four Points here and elsewhere a top choice when it comes to hotels.
Great stay. Comfortable beds. The kids loved both pools and the smell of the hotel is AMAZING!
This hotel is very dated and does not deserve to be a Four Points. The room was clean but unremarkable. Common areas look ancient aside from the front desk area. The TV in my room didn t work at all. The front desk staff also did not ask me how my stay was upon checkout... I am always blown away if they don t ask this. It sounds minor, but it truly shows that you don t care about what kind of business you re running.
Little older of a hotel but Very nice especially for the price. Very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly & kind to both us and our animals.

I called ahead of time to make sure I could check in with out the primary person being there.. because I was coming from the other side of town..they said ok no problem. I get here and they said my name wasn't on the list, sio I had the primary person call and they said ok no problem.. I tried to continue with the check in and they said well the third party didn't add you so we called and they added me.. they said ok no problem. After a hour later they asked for the card for the payment and still was denied. Even though the payment has gone through...So now 2 hours later I'm here sleeping in the parking lot waiting to check in until 8 pm when my girlfriend arrives..
Great older hotel. Indoor pool. Super soft pillows. Bed was a little tough. Clean rooms. The room faced the pool courtyard which was full of soccer kids, it was incredibly loud when the door was open and you could barely hear them with it closed. So perfect noise dampening rooms.

Other than the unreliable internet and slightly unhelpful front desk staff it's a great family hotel. Service in the restaurant was fantastic.
Very dissatisfied paid upon arrival plus deposit, they returned my money then tried to charge me 3-5 days later which caused my account to go negative thinking they werealready paid......spoke to upper management asking her why did i get charged a week later all she could say is...its the process...I'm very disappointed...they just lost a loyal customer over $23

The property amenities are good, the property is a little dated, but the service has been excellent.
Nice atmosphere. I found the carpets NEED shampooing or replacing. The entrance matts NEED vacumming more often. Thanks for wheel chair availability. Thanks for being at that place. Maybe vents to take the smell of liquor and alcohol out of the air upon entrance.
Avoid! This location is completely run down. The carpets in the atrium, halls and rooms are filthy! None of the ice machines on the first floor were working so we were directed to the bartender to give us ice. We were unable to use the indoor pool, as it was freezing (mind you - it's 115 degrees in Phoenix right now), and we had to actually ask someone to clean the outdoor pool to be able to swim. The parking lot is sketchy! No guard patrols the grounds.There are "park at your own risk" signs everywhere. AVOID!!!
The pools where awsome, that's about it! There was dirty cat litter dumped right outside the back door along with cigar buts and ashes. Inside the room where spider webs above the window and a nasty cat litter scoop under the sink. We wenter looking for ice and couldn't find an ice machine that worked
I had to take my daughter to the Phoenix children's hospital and wanted to treat her to an inside pool as a treat. After leaving and almost a week later the hotel overdrafted my account. They said there was a broken mirror in the room. We did not break anything! I am an honest person and if I broke anything I would have reported it and payed for it! I am extremely disappointed and I will never stay there again or any of the hotel affiliated with them!!!
I was there for a dinner detective theater. We had a great time. The good was good. The show was good. We enjoyed it.
Dated hotel in a sketchy neighborhood but the Sheraton name makes it okay I guess....

Room was clean and smelled nice, even for a pet-friendly hotel. Only bad thing is that the hotel is right off a main road/intersection, so it's pretty loud at night. The room provides ear plugs.

This hotel is right next to a busy highway so the room is very noisy. The hotel is outdated and dirty. A lot of time there is only one staff at the front desk. One family in our group, their car got broken into and GPS got stolen the first night staying there. The police said the area is not very safe. When that family confronted the hotel managers, they were told there is a sign in the parking lot saying parking at your own peril so the hotel is not responsible for the incident. The staff is not very friendly or helpful. This hotel is way below our expectation with the Sheraton name brand and the price tag. We do not recommend this hotel.
Very clean smelling! Indoor pool in the center of the hotel, sheets are clean, towels are clean, rooms over look the pool some have sliding glass doors to see the pool.... Comfortable beds, flat screen TV very nice
ADDING THIS EDIT ,,; I WENT FROM 5-2 STARS I GOT MY CREDIT CARD BILL AND THEY HAD CHARGED ME FOR A WEEKEND I WASN'T THERE I CONTACTED THEM NICELY I WAS TOLD ON TUESDAY THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD CO LET THEM KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON WELL BY SATURDAY I STILL HADN'T HEARD ANYTHING I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD CO TO SEE IF THEY HAD TAKEN CARE OF AN ALMOST $200 MISTAKE ON THEIR END I GUESS I WAS DREAMING THAT THEY HAD TAKEN CARE OF BUSINESS ON THEIR END NO WAY!!! MY CREDIT CARD CO CAN DEAL WITH THEM I TRIED MY SUGGESTIONS ARE SAVE RECEIPTS I ONLY USED MY CARD IN CASE I WANTED TO ORDER ROOM SERVICE ETC. I PAID CASH FOR EVERYTHING AT CHECK OUT PLEASE CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS SAVE RECIEPTS !!!!! Always have been treated sell by all the staff everytime I've stayed here. They go above and beyond their way to make sure I'm comfortable,,even put a refrigerator in my room upon asking, great room service,,,front desk people are always so kind and helpful. Rooms always very clean. Highly recommend even has an indoor pool and jacuzzi plus the usual outdoor pool and jacuzzi
I like that most rooms have double queen beds and most if not all rooms have sliding glass doors leading to a balcony with a view. Both indoor and outdoor pools have a jacuzzi. There is a coffee bar and restaurant that serves a nice breakfast and much more. Don't be put off by the view from the outside or the parking that's admittedly terrible. It does get much better on the inside.
This Hotel is FABULOUS from the great guest services to the wonderful view from every room of the beautiful indoor pool area!

I visited the Four Points hotel for an overnight stay, and stayed in one of their regular rooms (not a suite), with two queen beds. Overall, I was very satisfied with the quality of the room, and the accommodations/amenities met all of my needs during my trip. When I first arrived at the hotel, I was a bit apprehensive about whether or not I would be comfortable during my stay. The lobby/main rooms of the hotel felt steamy and musty due to the indoor pool, and I didn't like the layout of the hotel as a whole, but overall, my room was updated and very comfortable. I would stay here again if I needed to stay in the area again and if the rates were fair.
I booked this hotel for $76 online... say what??? No freaking way?!?!?!?! This hotel looke like they would nomally cost over $200 but I think it was $178 walk in. The rooms where excellent!!! I don't think there was a crum in the room. There are 2 pools... oh ya that RIGHT!!!! One indoor and one out door and the out door pool was a good temp for night swimming (we didn't try the indoor pool but it looks very nice). Oh and the front desk people where very nice, very good service. The only thing i would have to say is that the location is easy to find but if you get one of the room close to the freeway it is a bit noisy but they do provide ear plugs which is good service but no a problem for heavy sleepers like me. Oh, also there is no free breakfast but we knew that coming in. There is a buffet though but $12 a perso. Well there you have, I would definitely stay there again and God Bless, Jesus loves you my peeps.

I have visited the Four Points a couple of times but only to drop off for DoorDash or Postmates. Although I have never been a guest there, the concierge and employees I ve encountered are always more than willing to help me find the correct room or point me in the right direction.
Attended a 4 day conference there. Service was excellent.
The indoor pool closed early, then the outdoor pool closed.
I stayed here Oct 1st 2017 over night first room my sheets were not all the way dry and the a.c. didn't work so I went down and told them they switched me rooms next room a.c. didn't work either then they have me some starbucks drinks which was cool but my baby was hot all night I asked for a fan they never took it up I had to down and ask for it they had a security hard take it up to me which he was really rude he said this isn't my job I don't work here I'm just a guard which I understand but still the way he said it and acted I don't think I will ever stay here again even though I use to love the place.
Parking lot isn't well lit. Kind of scary right next to I-17

Nice facility but it is dated a little bit older. The banquet staff and bar staff were very good and very accommodating. Tammy my bartender made me a really good margarita. I would recommend that if you stay here you did not get a hotel room that faces towards the freeway it is very loud. Their pools look very clean although I did not have the time to take advantage of it this time.
Stayed here visiting my daughter in Phoenix. Got it through Priceline deal. Super reasonable rate. although the place appears to be old it is mostly well kept.. The indoor pool in the main Atrium is really neat. They also have an outside heated pool nice.

The staff that cleans the rooms most definitely takes pride in their jobs.. The attention to detail in all the little things was amazing!
I only had 2 complaints the shower didn't drain and the carpet ( although very clean looking) was a little sticky in spots.
