Very dissatisfied paid upon arrival plus deposit, they returned my money then tried to charge me 3-5 days later which caused my account to go negative thinking they werealready paid......spoke to upper management asking her why did i get charged a week later all she could say is...its the process...I'm very disappointed...they just lost a loyal customer over $23
