It's a nice hotel. But not what I expected from a Sheraton?

Cannot even begin to explain how upset I am after staying in this hotel this week. I will start by saying that my problems are not with the staff. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My problem is the fact that my room, both beds and now my dog has fleas. I know for a fact we did not bring them, as my dog was just given a preventative was from my groomer. I am so disappointed with the lack of cleaning and care that is going on in that hotel. Stay far away!

It was awesome. Crazy cool design for a hotel. Only downside is there is no breakfast.

Clean place well kept very unique in design from the indoor pool to the courtyard to the city views at night from your balcony

The rooms were super clean and smelled good. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had our own private balcony, overlooking the indoor pool. The shower had a really nice, large, cascading shower head and a dispenser for soap, shampoo and conditioner on the wall. The also offered cable with some movie channels. I will definitely be staying there again.

Ive stayed here numerous times and never had a problem. This time I booked my room on Priceline. When I arrived there were no 2 beds available , no roll away beds available. When we got to the room we noticed the shower turns on when the bath tub is on, the toilet ran all night long, the outlets were not working and there was some sort of slab leak, our floor was soaking wet by the bed and the door. I did tell the front desk regarding the issues . I was not happy with the stay here this time. Hopefully things change for the future.

I went in to ask about their pet policy. The front desk clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Excellent property with mature gardens and foliage provide relaxing escape from the heat. My dogs and I loved this spot.

Good location on I-17 near Metro Center. Comfortable room, beautiful indoor pool and hot tub. Only negative was that room didn't have a refrigerator. Facing the pool, it was a little loud at 9 pm.

Very nice rooms, incredibly comfortable beds indoor pool that's very refreshing. Staff was very upbeat, professional and attentive even at a late hour at check in.

Room is fine however air conditioning working when it was raining n cold. Called but maintenance had left brought addl blankets. Offered free breakfast for inconvenience.

Old poorly designed hotel with very low ceilings in places. Poorly designed bathroom with a slow drain (literally bathing and showering simultaneously. When it is this bad, How does it go unnoticed). Rooms with Balconies are on inner side of building, so your balcony is indoors. What's the point? Just make the rooms bigger.

A nice hotel, I like the staff here. The restaurant not so much.

I have always liked the smell of an Olympic pool or a spa at a high end resort that reveals the body of water that you're about to see as you enter the establishment. This hotel has that she know that reminds me of a clean sanitized environment. This Sheraton has been around for quite a while and has proven to be one of Sheratons traditionally established hotels in the US. Personally, I feel safe and at easy when I stay there. I wish there continental breakfast was good as some other hotels but they have a few options if you have a few dollars.front desk and customer service have been delightful there always a friendly smiling very accomodating personalities. I'll be back.

I celebrated my daughter's second birthday there last week and I must say I am very satisfied with the services the hotel staff provided. Must mention the name of Max and Angelina who were very soft and polite. They were a great host for our guests and we all loved them. They were very helpful with everything. I will surely recommend this hotel to anyone who has plans for parties. The cleanliness, ambience everything is just awesome. A big thumbs up for the hotel.

Four points by Sheraton is a pretty good place to stay. Everything was good.

More urban setting, plenty of entertainment nearby.

Will barge in your room. Will call you nasty names behind your back and treat you disrespectfully just because they made a mistake with a room card. This is the absolutely one of the worst experience I have encountered in Arizona.

Comfortable! Beds are extra comfy, pool and jacuzzi are clean. Location is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very happy with my stay!

Have very little negative to say. Room was small. Electric wheelchair chair did not fit in glass elevator. Other than that we were very happy. Inside pool was neat. Outside pool was large. Could use some updates but was clean and hospitable.

I will not stay here again. The staff were very friendly and they did a great job cleaning our room each day. However, the hotel has a strong chlorine smell throughout and the entire hotel is very old and outdated. It served our purpose of having a place to sleep but theres nothing special about it. There were also hardly any guests there; The parking lot is massive but it was empty. If you are just needing a room to sleep then this place is fine but dont expect anything else. They have a great staff but the owners need to revamp this place or it will go out of business. Surprising this is a Sheraton.

The staff makes it all amazing! Great hospitality and service from checkin to the restaurant and Starbucks! I was personally greeted every time I walked by the front desk. I would recommend an outdoor facing room if you are sensitive to the smell of the chemicals from the indoor pool, but they were very accommodating to this request. Others have mentioned concerns, but my room had a mini fridge and well working bathrooms. Nothing seemed too outdated, in fact the bathroom was very nice with a rainfall showerhead. The bed was one of the most comfortable I ve had in a hotel!

We ate at the Spice Restraunt because we had a coupon. The service was pretty poor, but The door was great. We all had breakfast. 4 Adults and 3 children. 1 waitress seemed to be trying to do it all. She was very nice but needs help for sure.

The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely-decorated. The staff were friendly and attentive! The nearby bar had good food and drinks and the prices were worth. I will stay here again!

Wonderful room. Very clean, comfortable, and courteous staff

Very disappointed. Stay last night 5/13/17 with my wife and 3 year old. Got woke up in the middle of the night 12:30 by water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. Got moved to another room but wasn't easy getting my 3 year old to back to sleep. Was told that that my room would be discounted for the inconvenience. By morning, went to have breakfast very poor service. Was asked if we wanted coffee and we said yes. 30 minutes later half way through our breakfast we had to go ask somebody if the could serve us some coffee even though four waitresses were serving others. At check out time took my keys to front desk and was told sorry, there is nothing they could do because I prepaid. I just said WOW. I prepaid for my stay so there is nothing you can do. Come to find out that I got double charged for the deposit they charge your card. The rooms are not worth $80-$100 a night. I will not return. Very poor service.

Make sure to check in vehicle it can get robbed seen someone's vehicle wheels get jacked and staff did nothing to help said it's private property not there problem

Everything was good. Hotel is a bit dated but no complaints. Includes complimentary business centre. Happy hour at the bar from 6 to 8 pm. Large parking area.

Beautiful place that keeps you in mind. Staff was excellent and very attentive. Food was delicious and hot where needed to be...and cold where needed to be.

Really cold for Arizona, thank goodness for the indoor pool! Rooms were clean, and the rate was perfect! This place turned a HORRIBLE trip into a great one! Thank you!!

Nice hotel. They have 2 pools which help, but still a lot of people in each. Nice workout area. Beds are super comfortable.

The place is very old, the toilets are the low type with a long flush lots of water usage... The pool looked dirty or maybe stained, ick. I wouldn't stay here again.

Made a reservation and they would not let me use my debit card they said that it had to be a major credit card or bank card......well I told the lady that it was a bank card and she said that they still couldn't use it......worse experience ever!!!!

I was visiting an out of state friend. Pool and hot tub was amazing. Rooms are beautiful. And staff was very courteous.

Not a bad location. Right off the highway. The beds are a bit too hard and the pillows too soft, in my opinion. But nice people and good customer service.

Rooms clean. Professional staff. If I had one complaint it would be the security staff (VetSec) at this location. The are about as friendly as a hungry shark smelling blood in the water.

120am and I still can't get to sleep. Could it be the hot rooms? Or maybe the uncomfortable beds? Or possibly these over stuffed pillows? I wanna say with all these uncomfortable things the heat is whats getting to me. My room is 80 degrees, but the A/C is set to 65 and nothing. I have to have my balcony door open. I asked for a cold room and was put into a roo. Hotter then hell. I know the two hotels down the street have working A/Cs in their rooms. I know where ill be going. Especially since I have to come to Phoenix for 2 nights a week for the next 6 months. Four points in not for me.

Came here to get one relaxing night went down to the indoor pool and their was throw up by the step and in the water was disgusted. Went back up stairs and stayed in my room until check out. Staff at front desk was very nice. Bed was comfy just wasn't happy about the pool situation.

First time in Phoenix. The staff was friendly and conducted business very quickly and proficiently. Pet friendly and all luxury. I recommend this place for anyone that s looking for a place that is pet friendly and clean.

We decided to stay here last minute, and even though the price differed from what Google had described, we have zero complaints. Comfy beds, pet friendly, and outstanding people who work there. Will definitely be back again next time we're in Phoenix
