I stayed here Oct 1st 2017 over night first room my sheets were not all the way dry and the a.c. didn't work so I went down and told them they switched me rooms next room a.c. didn't work either then they have me some starbucks drinks which was cool but my baby was hot all night I asked for a fan they never took it up I had to down and ask for it they had a security hard take it up to me which he was really rude he said this isn't my job I don't work here I'm just a guard which I understand but still the way he said it and acted I don't think I will ever stay here again even though I use to love the place.
