Recently renewed bedrooms, great staff, nice pool area. We loved it

I was there for a business luncheon. The food was better than usual luncheon fare. The cheesecake was the best part of the meal. The staff was friendly and attentive. I would recommend this venue for a gathering.

I am shocked. I usually choose the most expensive thinking better but wow! 1st room chipped caulk, stained carpet, and then ROACHES. They moved me to another room, haven't saw a roach but the room is still outdated!

It was a good experience. We were in the conference room. The temperature was inconsistent. A funny thing happened with the sound system. But it was a good venue.

The staff is great, they are very professional they go over an beyond for the guest.

Was afraid to venture out. Beer is cold, that is good.

Spent 2 nights at this resort , it is clean, and has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. Scott was our bartender both days and provided amazing service , very friendly and had great drink recommendations! I recommend to come visit him to enjoy a few cocktails and to stay the night at this beautiful hotel !

Very nice staff. But if you miss the first round of housecleaning, don't expect your room to get taken care of...

Great service at the bar, great specials, was there on a Wednesday and was a great place to relax after a hard day of work

Good size room, nice amenities, great staff, a shuttle that takes you to alot of places. I just wish there was a complimentary breakfast.

I went to meet clients that were in town. The staff was helpful.

Checked in about an hour ago. The rooms are cramped no microwave no fridge no bags in garbage cans used soap in the shower and a dirty toilet. If I hadn't just drove 7 hours to get here I'd leave now. Guess it'll be in the morning. Would not have expected this here

The hotel it's dated, definitely need some renovations, however the food was good, great breakfast staff very friendly I enjoyed my stay.

Went for a meeting and thee the conference rooms were in excellent condition. Bathroom and Lobby were all very nice as well. I only encountered one employee, but he was very courteous.

They always have taken great care of me each time. They truly make you feel like VIP and recognize their members with the status. Room and hotel are great and better then you d expect for four points

The room was clean and nice. The breakfast buffet was not complimentary but was worth the price.

Clean!! Very good staff- friendly, helpful. Didn't have the breakfast. Comfortable bed. Close to I-10 but it's a bit of a drive to stores and downtown. Pretty grounds and pet friendly. Will stay again.

The room was very clean. The wait staff in the bar left a little to be desired, they were a little unprofessional.

The hotel was located in downtown near the capital. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The staff is very amicable and accomadating. Overall a very relaxing and fun hotel experience.

Group checking in was such a struggle. Room keys didn't work, people didn't have rooms,others were assigned wrong rooms ..... Iron barely works, fridge cost extra to have at your room, room AC is faulty, hot water is not really hot, room is a bit on the tiny side. They do have a nice pool and hot tub, nice views, pillows are amazing and blankets and sheets are very soft, breakfast is great, staff is extremely friendly, gym is adequate for basic workouts, lobby looks great, location is close to everything and complementary bikes are a nice bonus. Walls are thin though, and the bathroom doesn't have a vent fan. In summary, it's a pretty average experience.

Not the quietest hotel because your outerwall is floor to ceiling windows. Beautiful view & very comfortable room.

We were here over New Year's. They updated me to a king bed and a view of the downtown area. Was able to watch the fireworks from our room. Bartender was great and very personal.

A very nice hotel. Modern, clean, the restaurant and bar were very nice and they even let you lounge by the pool with your food.

Ok to start, I had reservations at the Four Points but something called "Central" screwed up and canceled my reservations. I don't know how "central" could cancel my reservation cause it very clearly states. Check-in Saturday, February 13, 2016, Check-out Sunday February 14, 2016 on the manifest that I booked in January.BUT I GOT CANCELED none the less.So there I am, angry, with my 15 yr old., my 5 yr old, and several bags a bit tired from the days event. So the young manager "Justin" got me a room at the Courtyard Tally, cause apparently Four Points was overbooked and could not honor my reservation and therefore out-sourced me and my kids. It was 9:30pm! You see I had to travel for my teen's soccer tournament. It was a 3 day holiday, being President's day was Monday, but the real kicker was that Valentine's Day was that Sunday. So that's what you do on the 3 day weekend of love..you go to your kid's soccer tournament, in the armpit of Florida, where all the hotels are booked up.(well the nice ones) So COURTYARD Marriott Tallahassee CAPITAL took me in and that is where I stayed. Totally recommend Courtyard over this one. I HATED the experience I had with Four Points and that is why I gave them 1 star. I hated the way the manager tried to spin words and blame the system, and in all reality probably gave my room up to one of his "bros" in hopes that I was a no show. BUT I also have to say Thank you "Justin" for finding me another room, at a different hotel. AND for not charging me as a no show ?!? which seemed odd that you think that was a nice thing to do considering YOU canceled me.

Awesome ,awesome,awesome from management to housekeeping the whole damn outfit is ran with perfection and 100 in mind of customer 1st next time I'm in tally visiting family (from Michigan)4 points will be my 1st stop .

The location of this hotel was great and very close to many attractions. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The machine to make the key card was down when we arrived and we had to wait a while in the lobby, but we received free breakfast vouchers for the wait. The room was clean and comfortable, but I found it odd we had a microwave and no refrigerator. I would recommend this establisment.

Downtown location a plus. However, the pillows and blankets smell like they haven't been washed in a long while.
Breakfast is very good, thought.

The room we had was large and clean. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up! The restaurant had good food too. Ate dinner and breakfast.

Here for a group event. Very nice staff. Continental breakfast was excellent. Rooms were very comfy.

Had a luncheon in a small banquet room downstairs. Room was nothing special but did was much better than expected, good enough that if it had been a resident might go there again.

Lobby and room interior was clean and tastefully decorated. The rooms had wonderful full-length windows. Staff was cheerful and helpful when I needed more blankets and pillows. The king bed suite felt sightly more spacious than the online pictures suggested. This hotel is situated near the top of a hill and so there is unobstructed view. One negative thing is that the sounds of emergency vehicles were quite clear many times. It is near to a major intersection which is great.

I want to say the staff was all very nice but this hotel is pretty dirty. The bathroom had mold and mildew around the shower area. The room felt very damp. I was expecting something better than what I got. Also the food here is disgusting. Don t do it.

Facility was great and so was the food. The hotel was packed due to the hurricane Matthew so the hotel offered free valet

I booked this hotel for my family, decided to dine in, upon arrival the bartender rolled his eyes at us, we did arrive at 9 but kitchen was open until 11pm, still no need for a bad attitude. We had to clean our own table, all tables were dirty, the young lady that helped us was great, definitely trying her best, clearly she was not provided with any training but with a good attitude. Lastly we had to get up to find utensils ourselves. Overall the place has potential, nice clean rooms, but this is when management MATTERS. We are certain that we won t be coming back to the Sheraton Tallahassee. Lesson learned.

We love Four Points and are so excited for the renovation! Tamara is the best and is always so sweet. Outstanding food! Great meeting spaces for any size. Perfect location.

I ve enjoyed solid stays here every time I pass through Tallahassee. Friendly, courteous staff at check in. Free parking. Twelve levels with nice views of the town from the top floors. Good sized rooms. The highlight is the bar and outdoor pool area, which is a sneaky little oasis.

Mediocre to blah. Just a quick overnight stay for our trip to Charleston. Hotel came up our BonVoy search thru our membership. Sheraton should not have stick their name to property like this. I guess at $149/night I would expect cleaner room, hallway but both seem to be completely outdate & need major update. Bed, cabinets & lamps inside room are rusty, dusty. Sheets,towels feel/look old, smell old. The pics of the hotel look shiny online but in person, the hotel is old, need major update.

Unique round hotel, bar/restuarant was located inside the hotel, fast internet, well priced, very good water pressure in the bathroom. Staff was extremely nice and helpful.

We stopped in to eat at the restaurant in the lobby, the menu was small and the prices were higher than I was anticipating, but then again what did I expect...

The staff was friendly at check in and check out. The room looked nice and was clean. The reason for the 1 star was because the beds in the room was horrible. When you go to s hotel you expect to get a good night's rest and ultimately that was not what we received. There was also a huge bug in the bathroom but this is Florida. The shower fixtures needed to be tightened up and the hot water in the tube was lukewarm but in the sink it was extremely hot. I did not enjoy my stay at all.

I am a magician and I was performing for a corporate event. The company arranged for me to stay at this hotel. Great hotel and friendly front desk people!

Great and clean hotel with a nice swimming pool and decent gym.

Staff was great. I had a small bump checking in but the manager was quick to address it and correct it. They went above and beyond. Hotel was clean and whatever I needed, they provided. Pool/ hot tub was well maintained. Will definitely be going back.

In addition, the pool and hot tub was filthy. There was no outdoor poolside bar like they advertise. It was closed and Looked like it hadn t been used in months. Another guest and I had to skim the pool and hot tub ourselves just to manage to swim in it and I spent about three minutes in it before I was so disgusted I had to get out.
