The hotel itself is nice. I do think for the price of the stay, the rooms should have a refrigerator and microwave. It seems as though all the rooms in the hotel are connected to other rooms. Doesn't seem safe to me. So, I didn't get much sleep due to the joining rooms. Not sure who is next door. I hate the area. Too close to University and Downtown, too many people for me. It seems a bit compacted. If it was a walk in choice, I would never have chose to stay here. Don't think I'll be staying here next time, because of location.

Comfortable. No HBO on the rooms. Private exterior parking available for free. Wifi speeds were acceptable.

Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Coffee pot, Bible, and WiFi in room. Nice stay.

Really friendly and cheerful staff, they do a great job of making you feel at home. Rooms are clean and comfortable and look pretty modern. I slept well. Also, the location is great. It's really close to the FSU and FAMU campuses not to mention the capitol building. Also close to midtown bars and such. The hotel is also LEED certified and they also put a solid effort into environmentally sustainable practices, like using using biodegradable straws in their restaurant for example.

Speaking of which, the only problem is that their dinner/lunch menu is kind of lacking.

That aside, this hotel is a really great, affordable place to stay in Tallahassee. I really enjoyed it. Highly recommend it.

Had lunch, very good Ceasar and egg rolls. Ryan was a great server. Also, Rebekah and Beth go above and beyond to ensure that my candidates and guest speakers are well accommodated when I book their stays.

I was told exactly where I could find the room I was looking for. Very helpful staff

Nice place to stay. Convenient to FSU. Comfortable beds. Needs some maintenance in the bathrooms. Can be expensive. Staff is great!

DO NOT stay here. The workers are thieves. Left a shirt hanging in the closet when we switched rooms, went back 20 mins later after it was cleaned and it was gone, no one could find it. The staff was really annoying about helping us and took forever to even look for it in lost in found. They didn't act like they cared at all. The person that cleaned the room definitely stole it, it was an expensive shirt. Rooms were not that clean just over all awful experience.

Cool building design, rooms are pretty nice - especially nice work area in the room with a big desk to work on. Lost a star for the shower not being spotless, but it wasn't gross either.

A bit taken aback by this hotel. Front staff never stated amenities; cleaning staff removed towels, but, never replaced them. No refrigerator, nor microwave in the room. Exceptional location however

Best amenities, bell service and beautiful pool area. Enjoyed my stay when I evacuated.

The hotel is centrally located. The place is clean as a whistle. I would pop for the breakfast at the hotel. The don't charge for parking which really nice in a city. The only downside was the kids racing their cars late into the night. That's not the hotel's fault. I will definitely choose this hotel again again.

Lovely hotel, courteous staff and the shuttle makes getting around a snap! I will stay here again. Only downside is that there is no refrigerator in the room.

Lots of traffic noise because of the location but a good hotel. I might have been unlucky but I had sirens wake me up multiple times.

Loved the layout of the building. It was almost like you weren't in the city of Tallahassee, surprisingly quiet and calm.

I went to meet up with a friend so the lobby and downstairs bar are all I can comment about. From the outside it looks like a fancy hotel from the 80s. However the inside was completely redone and contemporary. I was definitely surprised by the decor and would definitely recommend it to people who are visiting.

Very nice room, large comfy bed with 4 huge pillows. Friendly staff, very clean throughout. 12pm check out time.

The beds we're nice and comfy it was a bit small for two people however it was good in all other categories.
They have a pool that is decent size which lots of chair surrounding it. We didn't go into the pool because it was chilly outside. They also had towels at the pool that you can use. There is ice on all the odd floors. When you come to your room there is 2 bottles of water that are complimentary with you paying to stay in the hotel. We got another 2 bottles of water after that however, that was it. If you ask them again they won't give you any more water. Overall this is a good hotel for your money.

Room is nice, however they don't have a microwave or refrigerator. They will charge you 10.00 per day for the use of a refrigerator and 5.00 per day for the use of a microwave. I think that's a ridiculous expense. I will be staying there for 6 days.

Everyone was nice the room was great. The only complaint that I have is that all rooms did not have a fridge and that they got rid of the soda machines the pantry was too expensive. One other thing I would say is the body wash dispensers are great but the body wash and shampoo all smell like men soaps.

Had a great stay. The room was immaculate. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Attended a private event. Pleasant atmosphere with accompanying outdoor seating. An adequate and clean kitchen use was provided. Good experience.

VERY overpriced. $561.00 a night for this! Not enough towels, linens, and pillows in the room for reserved guests. Didn't discover this problem until it was time for bed. Road noise from Tennessee St. at night is extremely loud. You can hear every motorcycle, loud exhaust car, car stereo and siren driving by like there are no windows on the room and we were on the 7th floor. Restaurant seating is to small and had to miss breakfast both mornings due to overcrowding. Waited 25 mins. for shuttle(van) to FSU campus. We were the first ones in the line for next shuttle, van pulls up late and staff lets the newest people waiting board, leaving the middle and front of the line still standing there. POOR planning and system in place. Confronted van employee (Cody) about their mistake. Instead of doing the right thing he told us we could wait for the next shuttle. We ended up walking to the game so we could make it in time. Given a mere $61.00 a night discount for a horrible stay, with lack of sleep, a place to sit down and eat breakfast and no shuttle service. SKIP this old one and stay at a newer Hotel.

It's luxury in every since of the word. One of the best in Tallahassee.

SO FRUSTRATING. I booked because this hotel has a free hotel shuttle and I was getting in late. When I got my confirmation, it said that "check in" ended at midnight. I immediately called the hotel because my flight gets in like 11:30 and I have checked baggage, so I might miss the midnight cutoff (which hotels have a cutoff?) The woman assured me that there would be a night check-in guy (So why did my confirmation email say there was a deadline?). However, she also told me that the shuttle stops running at 11pm, information which would have been very useful BEFORE I booked. Now, even though I literally booked within the last 30 minutes (all of which have been spent on hold), they are telling me that I cannot cancel. (still on hold while they talk to a manager.)

Summary: Even though I'm in the same hour which I booked, they are refusing to let me cancel due to information that was not listed on their site that greatly influenced my decision to book in the first place. Or maybe they will. I'm still on hold 33 minutes in.

Amenities as described. Gravity intact. Rumors of zombies mostly untrue. Staff acquiescent. Fun!

They gave me a late check out which was nice, but walls were thin. Could hear everything in next room. Sheets and spread were damp. Not so good breakfast was $12!!!.

Place has a good restaurant but could come down a little bit on the prices for alcohol

Kendyl Jarvis is the absolute best. I have lots of meetings there and she makes sure that the rooms are perfect. The place also has super clean rooms and a great pool for lounging. I cannot say enough good things about Kendyl and 4 Points. Also the food is excellent.

Beautiful place to stay at, great customer service.

Lovely stay, nice rooms, but my water in the morning would not get warm and I tried everything, so it was a cold shower for me. I told the GM when I checked out and he said, "Did you turn it 3 times?" and I said I turned it every which way but loose and he gave me a look like "owell, it's your fault for not doing it right" and I then said, "You should have instructions up if normal hot water does not work". WOW.

3 stars, would have given it 5 but they lost 2 because GM was not friendly.

Room is shaped like a piece of pie. Kinda small for your money, but overall the staff is pleasant and I was very comfortable.

With its circular form and blue floor to ceiling glass windows, it is hard to miss this hotel when you are traversing Tennessee street in Tallahassee. Check out was painless, and there is ample parking space. They also have 2 restaurants on site. But what we really love about this place is not the spacious room or the small size bathroom.. it is their free shuttle service within a mile radius from hotel. So if you are attending ceremonies at the Ruby Diamond auditorium but not sure about parking situation, call the front desk to reserve your spot on their air conditioned comfy shuttle! And when you are ready for pick up, call front desk again and they will be right there in 5 mins or less.

Hotel staff is very friendly and I've never had any issues.

Attended a conference for work here recently. Staff was very courteous and directed me appropriately to my meeting room. Catered food was also excellent!

I stayed at the Four Points Downtown on my last business trip to Tallahassee. It was a great experience at a great price and I will definitely stay there again. The staff was very attentive and nice. The rooms were very new, clean, quite and comfortable. There is a nice pool area to relax in. Downstairs there is a cool bar and a place to eat. The food was very good. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area.

Rooms were stylish and peacefully quiet and comfortable. All facilities were satisfactory. No complimentary breakfast, but the food was worth every penny. This was a wonderful experience for me, and I would recommend it to others.

I visited Four Points Sheraton Downtown Tallahassee for a 2-day workshop. I decided to have lunch at the Juice Bar Cafe . The food was outstanding as well as the service I received from Lametra. She was very courteous and attentive to my needs. She went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my meal. I was so impressed that I decided to have lunch at the Juice Bar the next day. I m certain Four Points Sheraton Downtown Tallahassee is proud to have Lametra as a member of their team. Because of the outstanding service I received I will recommend this location to family and friends.

We stayed at this hotel because we had points for it and they have Tesla destination chargers in the parking lot. The room was nice and clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was decent food and reasonably priced. We would stay here again. We do definitely appreciated the availability of the electric car chargers.

Called about a room and was told there was one available. Drove all of the way through downtown Tallahassee in a work truck only to be told when we showed up that they already booked it. Next time maybe you could take a reservation over the phone like the classy establishment you promote yourselves as, instead of keeping your loyalty members on hold for almost 10 minutes.

There rooms are clean, room service brings what you requested to your rooms immediately and the staff were always smiling and polite.

Dirty and no towels. I had no towels in my room when I checked in just 1 washcloth. I asked a cleaning lady in the hall for towels. Returned 2 hours later no towels. Called downstairs asked for towels returned at 10 p.m. No towels. I finally went downstairs tracked down the manager who promptly brought them up. The tub was not very clean carpet was filthy including a breath mint. Picked up the chair cushion looking for an item I dropped it was loaded with a sweet tarts candy someone had spilled. Friends were in another room dirty too.

It was by far the best Thanksgiving Buffet we have experienced in a long long time The food and staff we're fantastic, the good was so good we ask our server of we might talk with the chef and thank him personally for the wonderful meal he had prepared
