The rooms and location is good. Standard is also courteous per se but what s really undermining this wonderfully maintained spacious property is the random unpleasant surprises They seem to want to charge for minor amenities that are considered customary in hospitality industry. The absence of which and wanting to charge for it is rather rude if not shocking. For eg. minibar was empty despite the fact they want to have your card swiped at entry. I booked through Expedia so I was punished at higher rates below their rack rates sans the privileges that you find across the globe. And if you want to increase footfall, regular occupancy and repeat traffic. I was amazed that breakfast was excluded from my package despite being charged a higher rate. Even hi volume tourist hubs like NY, Dubai and even bacpacker hostels offer courtesy continental breakfast if not full range. I am not sure if I come here again or should recommend.
