Good service and ambience. Banquet hall and the settings was awesome. The only bad thing i had is that my room was not ready to check in at the check in time. 2 o clock was the check in time and i got the room key by 3.30. Which was really unmatching the standards. They gave free airport drop from the hotel.

Very good experience with this hotel. Staff is curtious and helpful. Delicious food with very good taste.

Good Ambiance and strategically located near Pune Airport

A Star hotel conveniently located on highway and a good proximity to the most happening Eastern part of town.

We had a office workshop here. Good food served by the hotel.

Well maintained rooms, very courteous and welcoming staff, good spread of breakfast, great service and Phoenix Market city and Rude Lounge located at walking distance.

It's fantastic hotel and there staff so copra re with the client.

Though I have not stayed here but I visited one of my friends who stayed. So my review is based on that visit.
I really liked the ambience inside despite it's not so welcoming entry. The place is really spacious inside. Rooms are properly managed and room service is also good.

Less fancy but a well appointed 4 star hotel. Has everuthing you need. Very comfortable beds. Well worth it and has a more homely feel to it rather than over the top glitz and glam. You'll see me again.

Excellent hotel. Good food.It is located at prime location on Pune nagar road. Spacious conference halls and good arrangements of lunch and dinner.

Value for money place which caters to both business and pleasure needs. Located in Nagar, has a nice view depending on which room you get. Has 9 floors with very courteous staff including housekeeping and chef's. Has a decent gym, spa and a small swimming pool as facilities to offer. Decent spread for buffet for breakfast in which the live counters didn't disappoint.
Overall, thumbs up Four Points. Cheers.

I went for dinner at the hotel, food is quite good and service is also good. You must try it once.

Location is difficult, in peak traffic time Nagar road is all packed

It is owned by Starwood Hotels and Resorts, which is a subsidiary of Marriott international. It is a five star hotel. A luxury one. Interior is awesome. Staff is very polite. Service is top notch. Rooms are excellent too. Good and clean ambience. Ample parking space. Four Points hotels also have a "Best Brews Program" and a chief beer officer, Scott Kerkmans, who selects Craft beer to serve in their hotels

So Four Points has always been my favourite when it comes to amazing brunch or sundowners or just a simple meal! And with newest addition to the property, these guys have come up with alfresco which is a super chill and cozy corner in the hotel where you can have a drink or two with your buddies and unwind and relax. The open space is just beautiful and the well concocted drinks and delicious food makes it the perfect place to chill.

When are you visiting them?

Have had a good experience staying at this place. The rooms have all the necessary amenities - iron, multiple plug points, refrigerator, hair dryer, Iron board... There are inputs to use the TV in the room as a secondary monitor.. Wifi seeps is decent as well... Overall a good stay
