Good quality and testy food but very less options in non-veg.

Good breakfast buffet, Spacious rooms, but dingy lights at night

Average rooms n entrance lobby... Not at par with other 5star hotels

5 star hotel with great service and room type selection. Dining options are great with good taste and service.

Hotel is great. Reception staff is rude and really really slow, you might just have to wait a day just to check in, that slow.. one of the main reasons I choose good hotels is for their breakfast and Four Points disappoints in the breakfast domain.. it's that bad, even poha from a Rs. 500 OYO tastes better, trust me.. Rooms are really good and cozy.. room service is to the point.. so I will give 3 points to 4 points..and that damn rude receptionist though..

Highly understaffed and poorly managed!

We took a Christmas weekend stay and booked two serviced apartments. The check in time was 2pm but we got our rooms at 4 and 4:30pm.

The lobby was extremely crowded, the staff couldn't handle the crowd.

The first serviced apartment we got had really lousy furniture in the hall. The sofa seemed worn out and slumped as soon as we sat.

The second apartment seemed nice though.

The completely breakfast buffet could best be availed extremely early in the morning, just when they open up. Otherwise, especially in the times of social distancing, it was a crazy crowd queuing up all the way till the elevator to get inside the dining hall to have their breakfast!

Very good experience , restaurant staff have done a wonderful job to make my stay unforgettable. Housekeeping managers should get more involved in matters where room hygiene and maintenance is concerned.
Overall a wonderful experience.

Four points by Sheraton is one of the best accommodation solution in Pune for people traveling for business purposes , ambiance is good, I mostly see business oriented people prefer this place as it is near to the airport , IT park is very much near. Over all an awesome place at most prime location in Pune.

Somehow from the last visit I am not satisfied with the kind of room maintenance they have kept...it should be a 3 star place for the toiletries and the room maintenance...the buffet is decent...but the restaurant staff is very good and hospitable....so points for that.... overall a very 3 star experience

Rooms were clean and breakfast was delicious however room service was too slow, so reducing one star for that.

Nice hotel and staff but poor covid sanitation facilities. No one is bothered.

Very good for a quick stay. Not so much of a fun place for families with kids.. the rooms are neat and big, amenities are good too..
Upside- covid safe
Downside- short staffed, mostly no one answers the phone, no matter how urgent, self help everywhere.. no help with baggage /luggage..

Definitely a value proposition, and I would stay again after this experience. They have a nice gym and were accommodating with packing a breakfast for us as we left for the airport before breakfast began. Shuttle service to the airport was also a perk as it was hassle-free.

Hospitality at the Best!!! Clean and Spacious Rooms...Delicious Food. Right from the Front Office, Abhay Nene,Tejas, Rishikesh, Suman the resturant team are the best, extremely Humble and caring.. Good spread of Breakfast and Dinner..

I visited Four Points by Sheraton on 24 and 25 Jun to attend the sangeet and marriage of friends. I found the arrangements impeccable in standard. The venue is ideal for a smaller gathering of about 200 people.

They barely manage to set up all equipment like ,we called it Indian Jugad , every thing is messed up and they need improvement in their management.
