Highly understaffed and poorly managed!

We took a Christmas weekend stay and booked two serviced apartments. The check in time was 2pm but we got our rooms at 4 and 4:30pm.

The lobby was extremely crowded, the staff couldn't handle the crowd.

The first serviced apartment we got had really lousy furniture in the hall. The sofa seemed worn out and slumped as soon as we sat.

The second apartment seemed nice though.

The completely breakfast buffet could best be availed extremely early in the morning, just when they open up. Otherwise, especially in the times of social distancing, it was a crazy crowd queuing up all the way till the elevator to get inside the dining hall to have their breakfast!
