Hotel is great. Reception staff is rude and really really slow, you might just have to wait a day just to check in, that slow.. one of the main reasons I choose good hotels is for their breakfast and Four Points disappoints in the breakfast domain.. it's that bad, even poha from a Rs. 500 OYO tastes better, trust me.. Rooms are really good and cozy.. room service is to the point.. so I will give 3 points to 4 points..and that damn rude receptionist though..
