Starting with the entry unlike other 4/5 star hote...

Starting with the entry unlike other 4/5 star hotels there was no car check done we entered like 8 times in 2 days, after the entry there was some issue with a wedding guests that stayed in the hotel a day before due to which there was a lot of delay in checking in some guests were waiting for almost 4 hours, only the body temperature was checked at the entry , guests were not sanitized and at the checking counters social distancing were no were to be seen, room looked good but again there were some issues with the bathroom although it was taken care at one call but still not expected from a 4 stat hotel, breakfast menu was an average hence did not try for lunch or dinner. Overall experience was not so good.
