A magical place. More to meets the eye as well. Did you know they have bees on the roof? Amazing.

A lovely place to visit, friendly staff, great products, however the breakfast was a bit limited with when they serve food. We came at the opening time adn there were no eggs offered etc. It took a very long time to get two pieces of break with avocado served. I'm happy to wait, but not being able to order warm food was just not a good impression for a breakfast. Hope you take it onboard and look forward to see improvements.
Ok firstly if your hoping to pick up a bargain....it's not the place to go, it is pricey. But if you want to give someone a nice treat or purely treat your self when it comes to food and drink, then this the place to go...picked up some lovely cheeses, meats, teas and biscuits to make up a quality hamper. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would advise you go in the week, rather than a Saturday as it's a very popular place for tourists.
Stunning old world splendour!! Stylish and very friendly shop assistants.
A wonderful experience to see all the fantastic food items available. A great lunch in the Wine Bar.
Has to be the place to go in the run up to Christmas, even if the budget only stretches to their cranberry sauce and brandy butter!
Look out for very expensive wines and brandy. "How much?"
The chocolate biscuits are delicious in the box that is the music box. Seen about 15 euros ... excellent Lemon curd. The shop is very nice and well-kept. Magnificent cups for you.
Amazing service, lovely staff, brilliant quality of teas, coffee, chocolate and so much more. Well worth your time and money.
Fortnum & Mason's tea is a good excuse to enter the store ... At Picadilly St
I always want to cry because everyting is just so beautiful
Wonderful store. Great service and fantastic Christmas window displays and gifts
Many years ago when I was a child, I had a Wombles book by Elizabeth Beresford. In one story, a harsh cold winter has starved the Wombles, and Orinoco is sent on a mission in search of food. He finds himself at Fortnum and Mason and so overwhelmed by the glory of it all he is accidentally locked in overnight and gorges himself. as a kid in Australia F&M seemed like an unreachable luxurious palace of delicacies that one day I had to visit. I did come here as a poor student in 2000, and had no money, so just had to dream as I caressed the packaged. This time, two decades later though, I could afford to go a little nuts buying shortbread, smoked earl grey tea, maple and pecan fudge, jam, chocolates, and cheese knives. oh my goodness - just walking in the door is an experience. the packaging is so beautiful and we skipped with delight from display to display. my partner, who is a huge fan of fudge says the clotted cream fudge is sublime, and he demolished a whole package of it in a day or so, so we had to go back for more. Honestly, I couldn't imagine a more deliriously satisfying shopping experience if you have the money to spare. I just wish we had the entire range available in Australia.
Such a beautiful place... so many different things...the sweet's was amazing
My all time favourite place to have high tea, not just in London or the UK, but of all the places I ve tried. This is the best for quality of sandwiches, scones and sweets. The tea selection is excellent. The teacups are so delicate. The interior design might make your heart flutter. Then, to top it all off, there s a massive goodie and gift shop where you can get the cutest teas and treats. It s one of the most lush ways to spend an afternoon in London.
CRAZY busy in Saturday trying to buy a gift box for some friends
Christmassy. I went to christmas room with lots of decorations and baubles. magical and the christmas shop filled with with mince pies and puddings. Lovely
The place feels special and here you will probably find most of it.
Fortnum and mason promote the systematic abuse of animals. They market and sell foie gras, which is completely illegal to produce in the UK on the grounds of animal cruelty.
Go to Harvey Nichols or Selfridges instead.
Plenty of staff and good social distancing. We with what we bought in the food hall as we always are.
Nothing like it. Displays are beautiful. Offering is exceptional. Prices were steep.
For English tea, biscuits and jam are very beautiful
Iconic store but really decent dessert options at diamond room. I have tried all menus however total disappointment except teas.
Are you on Piccadilly Road? Go to this great and classic London shop to bring home a good tee or some delicious butter biscuits.
Excellent place! You can buy the best varieties of tea. Cookies, chocolates and several floors with a lot of things. Beautiful local
Nice staff right down to the doorman. Tasty snacks and very chic. A must when in London. Great to see everything, even if it is too expensive for you. An experience.
Changed in the past 10 years becoming an expensive place for tourists. The quality of the products has dropped. Taking tea has become impossible and it seems to be in Mc Donald's. Cute the second floor, the one they dedicate to Christmas.
Stunning shop finds everything a little worth visiting
Surely one of the best places to shop if you are in London! The tea is excellent and if you want to innovate try the lemon curd! On several floors, this gallery-like store la fayette also offers certain special levels such as the one dedicated to food, reminding the inexpensive.
One of my most favourite places to visit when in London, a must visit and the staff are just lovely and so helpful.
Absolutely love Fortnums, high quality products, today had afternoon tea & was amazing. Staff fantastic friendly & food delicious, highly recommend & look forward to going back
Lovely time here. Great selection, great food, atmosphere was ok, however it needs a lift a bit I think. All in all we had a good time.
Beautiful place, went there for afternoon tea with couple of friends. It was lovely, will go back again.
If u want a convenient, high class(which means atas in Singlish and (gao ji) in Chinese ) place for high tea and more convenience inside, this will be the perfect place.
There s 2 floors on this building which u can have your high tea. One in front of its shop which sell tea and its traditional and modern cups, tea filter, etc in front of the entrance and another on the highest floor.
If u are even more high class with high expectations when it comes to food, I would recommend u to go to the one on the highest. If u were to come in big groups, I would recommend u to go the one on the ground floor at the entrance and shop. Because the one upstairs usually cater to a maximum of 5 people.
This place is more than just a London institution; it has a many useful source of high quality food. For my opinion, the food is loose leaf tea, for which there are unexpectedly few suppliers in London, definitely for infusions like my favorite, (Rose Pouchong (strong rose aromatic flavored black tea with dried rose buds mixed in with leaves). Just one aroma of the paraphernalia and you know you're buying quality, not too stout, simply peppermint leaves with very little if anything added. Don't like peppermint tea? Try one of their others, of which they appear to have close to 100, or their coffees which I've heard good things about too.
It's a fun spending experience, with good knowledge, beams and favors. With confidence I'll go back more often besides the tea and bread. Great!!
Grab afternoon tea and experience posh the entire time! And a beautiful historic building to wander around to pick up souvenirs!
A high-end department store dedicated to two types of people: 1.) People who want to try high-tea, and 2.) People who want to bring something back home to friends/family/coworkers, but aren't sure what's in the airport. Pretty good stop for both types.
Beautifull place! Lots of tasty treats, teas... pretty displays nice and polite staff! X
Food was great, they have a vegetarian and vegan afternoon tea menu, as well as the traditional. The service was a little slow, but the food was yum!!!
Fantastic, impressive, beautiful, I run out of adjectives to describe one of my favorite places in London. A spectacular delicatessen where you can buy gourmet products and also has a restaurant area where you can taste magnificent dishes with exquisite attention. That if quality has a price and here you pay
One of the oldest shops
Nice to visit and get some chocolate
Excellent selection of high quality teas and biscuits. Such history and provenance in their flagship store. We pickup new supplies whenever we come to town.
An infinite variety of teas for all tastes. Elegant and comfortable shop
Open now so Christmasy at the moment London is one of the best cities in the world for Christmas decorations and Christmas windows
Lots of tea to pick up, can be crowded at peak hours
Wonderful to visit, love all the history and atmosphere, just totally out of my price zone (from the Midlands)
A bit overcrowded, great for window shopping as well as for special and Christmas gifts. Great selection of teas
Amazing food hall - fantastic selection of what Britain can offer. The tea salons offer a good value option for those wanting to try afternoon tea, as this can be wickedly expensive in London hotels, but then again, "good value" is a relative concept. A good option to consider nonetheless.
Great customer service and good choice of products.
I didnt expect to like this store, i went there with my wife. It is an extremely large store with alot of different things in it not just tea an coffee! It is a little pricey but it was a neat place to check out and we did grab a few things while we where there
Barnaby was his usual amazing self and was accommodating with all of our numerous requests and demands. The tea was to its usual high standards and the champagne and trolly desserts were wonderful. Service is what makes this place so special. Can't wait to return and thanks for a wonderful afternoon.
I never went in , just stared in the window dribbling
Premier shopping experience but hard to find the toilets
First time in this shop. Not sure what I expected. It was a brief visit.
Absolutely beautiful staff and service. Far far better than Harrods (who putting it politely were a bit stuck up). Completely first class shopping experience. We couldn't carry it all so they will deliver it to us in time for when we are back home.
Just the most gentile, quintessential English experience
A trade worth visiting. Unique stuff and a particularly good delicacy section, where you can find souvenirs.
