Great tea shop and ideal for tourists. Large selection and very helpful staff.
Great tea shop and ideal for tourists. Large selection and very helpful staff.
Great department store with good gift ideas on upper floors
I love the restaurant here, the breakfasts are fantastic!
The paradise of tea, chocolate, jam, biscuits, candies etc ... all according to the English tradition!
Very chic and clean place.d great politeness helpful discretion the staff just perfect..the tea excellent salty too..the sweet..not worth that of French pastry..and 65 euros .. a bit expensive for better bread in small toasts ...
This place is FANCY!! We loved walking through all the areas. The food area was my favorite but I m a foodie.
Delicious biscuits placed inside these beautiful and elegant canisters
Worth making any journey to visit this place. It feels like you enter another world when you walk through the door. Endless gorgeous stuff to look at and even greater if you can afford the goodies! Not presently open due to co-vid lockdown but window displays are mesmerising. Can't wait to get back through the doors!
I came across a video from PEET about foie gras produced for this retail chain.
Never seen anything this upsetting in my life. I will never buy ANY product in this store and never set ONE foot there untill they require animal dignity treatment from there producers. I hope staff is treated better.
Enjoy your ignorant shopping at BUTCHER and TORTURE
I found the selection of foods to be very wide and of good quality.
The chocolates were also lovely.
I enjoyed browsing on the other floors of the shop.
I recommend this shop to everyone.
The Cashiers desk was very efficient and delightfully helpful.
But the 4 different floor staff I spoke to this Christmas-time were not well informed so it all felt like a bit of a mission given that the store was absolutely heaving with customers.
If you want a truly sweet special present than Fortnum&Mason is your place! An exquisite experience even if is just for a visit
Precious stores are great merce worth shop around inside, that if prices are suitable for small pockets we
I came here for the first time & I want to go back! They had a Massive selection of Teas & I mean All kinds of teas & they had a enormous amounts of honey to choose from! It was amazing & it has been here since 1707. Must visit.
A luxury place for afternoon tea and cakes. You will find all the best tea variants from across the world.
Many products all excellent from food to household items. High level
It was just amazing , i just love the place all the staff are very polite with a big smile on there faces and that's really important to me
Very upscale and just gorgeous. I wanted to buy everything here! Amazing selection of chocolate, tea and biscuits.
I didn't go into this place, but there are a lot of people in the outside. It should be very good. I feel that the inside is very full. The high-end tasteful shops that are eaten and worn are very worth visiting
Various store of sweets, coffee, tea and other things .. sweet gifts
Excellent. A beautiful store. Expensive. But a must when in London
Oh boy! You simply have to make F&M a visit on your London itinerary. Walk down Piccadilly and enter the Food Hall and gasp at the vast array of wonderful produce that is on sale. From exotic teas to coffees to sweets to honey (especially that produced from Bees on the roof of the building) to all sorts of yummy goodness. Then take a trip to the upper floors to visit the stylish and sophisticated wares that the store has to offer.
Simply amazing selection of teas, chocolates, and biscuits. High tea is a must do!
I will always make a point of visiting F&M when I m in London. I love the selection of tea and biscuits and soaps and lovely perfumes and - well, everything. The stem ginger biscuits are my new favorites.
Excellent afternoon tea in the upstairs, more casual restaurant (not the ground floor restaurant, which looked stuffy and more expensive.) Our waiter, Michael from Naples, was impeccable. Pricey but worth the splurge. Great views of Piccadilly too.
Lovely but super crowded. Not a place to actually buy anything unless you want to chance half hour lines or longer
Very nice, very British. Bring your slightly larger wallet.
Not to be missed. One of the world's great stores. Good meals available.
An amazing store... excellent customer support... lot's of staff to help you...great high tea..
Mate rated the toilet 10/10 when he dropped the kids off at the pool
Not the same as it was back in the day but still fab none the less.
Always pop in for the chocolates, biscuits and tea. Very attentive staff.
Fortnum & Mason is an ancient department store in the heart of London that embodies the typical and sophisticated chic of England.
There are many typical English souvenirs on the ground floor. Ideal for everyone who wants to bring something high quality home with them at a reasonably affordable price.
Otherwise, the prices in the house are in the very, very high range.
Still worth a visit !!!
Interesting produce.
Pricey but you can understand why.
Nice to walk in for tea, cookies and coffee! Decorated very cool, you imagine yourself back in 1700. Nice and helpful people but at the price. Especially go here for tasty and exotic food. The basement is full of it!
A must in London. Legendary teas and marmalades. But above all a magnificent store with its old staircase and its improbable upper floors with their camping dinners or the typical British bathrobes. For each of my London stays, I take a tour.
Eventually, I bought 100,000 won worth of tea and left it.
Lovely store, plenty of cheese and great wines to buy staff are super friendly. I highly recommend this store. Also a member of your staff called Aman was very helpful and guided us around the store when we was lost.
Full of interesting gifts and lovely products. love the old building and it's a popular tourist destination to shop so does get busy on the weekends.
Shop where you can breathe the English tradition. The ability to enhance your typical products is fully expressed in this 4-storey shop, the prices are certainly not cheap, but the presentation and the environment certainly encourage you to buy because you understand that there is English culture here.
This multi-storey upmarket department store exudes luxurious British charm. The things here are very nice to look at, but super expensive. Nonetheless, the walk through the food hall, the tea department, and perfume counter is very memorable.
Amazing place with noble history. It is worth visiting even as a museum just to see things. In my opinion, the best time to come is around Christmas when Fortnum transforms into a fairytale palace.
Always lovely coming to Fortnum's
For lots of small things. Coffee, tea, biscuits, marmalade... first class.
If you enjoy tea and all things British, well worth a look. Have a huge selection of high quality goods at a premium price. Excellent for gifts to impress
When we arrived in London it was very difficult for us to find a place to have a good tea. Fortnum & Mason is a historic teahouse where you will find a great variety of tea, honey, cookies and coffee. They can have tea right there to know which one to bring.
Recommended tea and cookies, the latter are delicious.
A must for anyone who likes the finer things in life! The ice cream parlour is beautiful!
Great venue, one of the last classic British shopping experiences
Posh shop for posh people with more money than sense .
Very sumptuous but relatively expensive. Otherwise nice ride, on the other hand for parking lively galley. to visit anyway for the pleasure of the eyes.
Simply amazing and staff is so kind and respectful every time i go to london i go there just to buy some chocolate and tea :)
Lovely place to go for that little bit of luxury. Friendly staff and good selection of treats and staples.
Store offering very good products.
Tea room on the 4th floor. Excellent welcome and service. To test absolutely.
Nice to have a wander and see the goodies. I like the tea and jam and great as small gifts. Restaurant is a treat with a nice varied menu. Worth a visit if in the area.
What is Tradition? Go and find it on Piccadilly... Afternoon Tea is a must... with or without Champagne.
British high tea at its best. Tea and gourmet snacks are just my version of heaven. Really great high tea and diverse selection. I really enjoyed the antique atmosphere and the British charm.
I really enjoy Fortnum & Mason. This quintessentially department store has the most amazing products and impeccable service. Everything from beverages to quality clothing to a delectable meals and traditional afternoon tea can be found under one roof. The windows are very inviting and magnificent specially at Christmas! highly recommended even if only on pay-days only.
What's not to love...? Rhetoric.
Beautifully designed and presented with friendly helpful staff.
Great selection of teas, jams and chocolates. Some lovely cards on the first floor.
Superb shopping. Have to visit. Very luxurious. A feast for the eyes!
We visited Fortnam's 10 days ago with the family ( 3 daughters ) It was magical with
polite staff, quality products at fair prices, even bought some Xmas stilton for a bargain price !!
Also went for a meal in one of the eateries, again friendly service.
Cannot fault the place, love it.
Without a doubt this is my favourite department store in London. The staff are happy and courteous
My first time in this store. I will be returning, hopefully when its quieter. It is lovely to go at Christmas time as it even put a grinch like me into the Christmas spirit.
