If u want a convenient, high class(which means atas in Singlish and (gao ji) in Chinese ) place for high tea and more convenience inside, this will be the perfect place.

There s 2 floors on this building which u can have your high tea. One in front of its shop which sell tea and its traditional and modern cups, tea filter, etc in front of the entrance and another on the highest floor.

If u are even more high class with high expectations when it comes to food, I would recommend u to go to the one on the highest. If u were to come in big groups, I would recommend u to go the one on the ground floor at the entrance and shop. Because the one upstairs usually cater to a maximum of 5 people.
