Very easy and relaxed shopping experience. The selection and quality of produce and goods is excellent along with various dinning options and wine bar downstairs. Ground floor tends to be busy, other floors much more relaxed.

The large variety of teas makes this place a must for any tea lover. I am not one, but I do enjoy cakes and traditional sweets, and their small cakes are so good! My favourite is the small baklava. If you like pistachio, make sure you try it!

Always a joy to be here, service staff permitting. The decor and atmosphere makings shopping an enjoyable experience. Worth visiting during Christmas especially. Pricey British tea and things but worth the premium you pay. Highly recommend afternoon tea at the upstairs tea room, you'll be stuffed!

An amazing building hosting an iconic range of food and drink products. Lots of ideas for (somewhat pricey) presents for people who will really appreciate them. Also some really unusual items: it's the only place I've ever seen sparkling alcoholic tea!

At the Gallery.

Feeling parched shopping downstairs so went upstairs where the air conditioning was better. Decided to refresh ourselves and orders a couple of teas as the tea-room was relatively empty.
Waiting staff was exemplary, very courteous, attentive and assiduous but the opposite can be said of the female duty manager in black uniform who was bantering with the beverage man over the counter. They were so engrossed in light conversation that he forgot our order. Twenty minutes later we looked up at him and only then did he realised his mistake, it took him less than fifteen seconds to prepare our teas.
The teas dully arrived but were so weak it could only be described as bland, either contained insufficient tea-leaves or more than likely refilled used tea-pots.

We surmised that a greasy cafe would more than likely offer quicker services and better quality teas at a quarter of the billing.

Two stars is for the waiting staff.

Never again !

Superb London store, very chic with high quality products, a great gift idea! The house is especially well known for its tea as well as its tea room on the top floor (price 81 per person). Attention the prices are at the height of the place is high. For my Parisian friends, it's an equivalent of cheap in terms of price.

Lovely service and lovely tea. Very attentive staff but not to the point where they won't leave you alone or seem eager to turn the table over and get you out. Nice atmosphere, only downside would be nothing particularly "stand out" unique about their afternoon tea food selection other than lemon curd.

I went to care their Christmas Windows, lights and decorations..I just missed the clock chine the hour.
They do the front of the shop up really nice and the windows above become an advert calendar.this years Windows mark dates of Fortnum & Mason.
The shop itself was closed due to covid
But I know that you can buy lots of different things there.. items from around the world

Love looking at the wonderful selection of high end stuff. It's honestly a bit out of my usual price range, but you can be sure that the quality is guaranteed. Truffle salt highly recommended.

This place not only have history, it has very good luxurious and quality products, customer service is excellent, is not cheap but believe me it worth it, if you want to indulge yourself or give a very special present to someone, this is the right place. Recommendation, you cannot leave the place without buying the signature chocolates of Fortum and Mason, like Royal blend dusted truffles and the Heinz baked beans truffles, amazing!

Fortnum & Mason is an institution in London. First of all it's like stepping into a fairy tale, a magical world. On the ground floor there is an amazing collection of tea, coffee, biscuits, jams, honey and chocolate. If you are ready to splurge, then head to the last floor for one of the city's best afternoon teas.

Nice

A London institution and a wonderful place to visit and buy special treats. Wonderful atmosphere and everything is beautifully presented. Not cheap, but considering the quality and experience not that expensive either. The staff are very welcoming and professional and despite the up scale nature of the shop everybody is made welcome and made to feel very comfortable. A shop you have to visit.

A wonderful place to splurge and have afternoon tea in London! We left there surprisingly full, as they offer you more food after you finish your initial servings. Everything was delicious and the service was great. Afterwards we enjoyed shopping the the stores and the food halls. The prices are definitely expensive, but the quality seems worth it if you are looking to treat yourself or someone else!

Made advanced reservations online through OpenTable. The place was pretty much empty, so I doubt the reservations were needed if you plan to get there early when they open.

They didn't enforce the time limit on us, but it was very hard to get the attention of the servers. Felt like only one person serving the entire area at any given time. The strawberry black tea was very nice. The scones were good, but everything else was mediocre. Expensive and not really worth the all you can eat. $122 USD for two people.

Everytime I come to London, it is not complete until I have visited Fortnum and Mason. I love to eat upstairs in the Diamond Jubillee for afternoon tea. But if that's booked up the Gallery is a great second choice.

Also do not ignore all the shopping you can get done here! I love loading up on tea for my friends when I'm here, as well as anything else I can get my hands on. I guess it's good I can only get to London sporadically. ;)

In the beginning I only expected tea and accessories, but I thought wrong! There is much more than just teas and delicacies to buy here, but also a few other things such as clothing, accessories and other (luxury) items. Yes, it is more expensive here, but there is a lot that is special about what you can buy here. The teas are not exactly to my taste, but all products are beautifully packaged and good for giving away. You can also get Maitre Choux Eclairs here, which is really great!

What I also like is that attention is paid to details here. The stairwell is also elegant and chic, as are the doors. Overall, the house is a great shopping experience.

All tourists from all over the world
There are several types of afternoon tea.
Sabori is not so good and classic is not bad
Each price is 60 pounds.

And the dish can be refilled one more time, so it is recommended to do one afternoon after two
When you get a refill, you end up eating two.

Fabulous artistry in displaying all their wonderful products, whether luxury food or beautiful glass and china, let alone wonderful linens, kitchenware, cosmetics and soaps. No visit to London is complete without sitting down to a pot of specialty tea in the Gallery restaurant.

Very nice place too bad the staff is also rude, really! We have been there 2 years in a row and we will not be going back. I recommend, on the other hand, that of Saint Pancras station where the staff are charming and do not hesitate to advise you.

Although it's world famous for it's tea, as a Londoner I'd never been. The tea section is really incredible you can smell all the different flavours and even have a taste of some. As Easter is approaching the floor was stocked with amazing treats. We headed into the tea room for more tea and some tea cakes, served with butter and jam,as they should be. I had some of the Christening tea designed for the christening of Prince George while my friend had an English Breakfast. The Christening tea was light and fragrant.
