A nightmare of a customer service experience in one of the world s classiest cities. Very unfortunate. Pushy, rude employees and overpriced chocolate. Enjoy the many other great sites or Piccadilly, but not this pompous outfit.

The perfect place to pick up some traditional british treats to take back home with you. Home to three floors of teas, coffee, preservatives and biscuits. Perhaps avoid the week before christmas as it was extremely busy and we weren't able to sit down for tea.

First time I had been to this landmark establishment. Loved it though pricey, my mum loved the birthday groceries I bought her there especially the individual cake for her birthday. Hasn't stopped talking about it.

Amazing place to buy Christmas presents and still open! The charming old lady in the til on the menswear floor made my day as she was very nice and helpful. I appreciate the store having senior elderly staff as well as it reminds me of the old world charm and traditional British manners, a shop fit for the Queen herself. Shopping here is an experience, like being transported in a beautiful Victorian setting, well worth a visit!

Simply the best shop in London, their Christmas displays are fantastic outside in the windows and also throughout the store.

Even if you don t buy anything this is a must visit, especially for tourists!

The service was excellent and the waiting staff was pleasant and attentive. That said, I found the overall experience unfulfilling. It lacked intimacy and was too busy and noisy for my personal taste. I prefer places with more ambience and personal space compared with sitting in what felt like a large function hall with back to back tables. The afternoon tea was of standard quality and nothing to write home about from my perspective and experience.

It seems to be a place. Choose from many different types of cars
You can. It is also worth a visit for tourists.

One of the loveliest places to go for afternoon tea. Service is fantastic and you feel like royalty being served the most delicious teas of every variety you could want and endless sandwiches, scones, and treats. A bit pricey but entirely worth it for the experience and the tasty food and tea!!

Fantastic department store. A must visit for tourists, locals and workers alike. There is something here for everyone. The food department is probably the most popular place in the store and you can find a present here for just about anybody. If you want to eat here, it can be a bit pricey but a nice thing to do as a one off. All in all, a very unique store that is an essential visit when in London.

Their preserves are just fantastic. We always pick up a few bottles every time we visit. Generally quite expensive but you definitely get good quality. It s a shame that last time we visited they seemed to have stopped making our favorite preserves - the four berry. We really hope this will come back on their shelves soon...!

Awesome wine selection and spirit selection in the basement. Love the tea selection on the ground floor as well. Super pretty store to go in and walk around to be honest with lots of yummy biscuits and chocolates. The grocery section is sooo nice. You'll see so much delicious food you are bound the get hungry.

A lovely place in a beautiful building. Prices aren't cheap, but there's a lot of luxury goods there. It tends to be quite busy, and the shop itself is quite small so it can be difficult to navigate. It's worth going for the building alone though. The staff are lovely.
