I'm here all the time getting tea! It is a magical department store. Every floor is perfectly presented and the staff immaculate! Even for a browse it is worth a visit!

Beautiful shopping experience... Christmas shop is lovely less expensive than Harrods

My 4 year old had a small family birthday here. They treated her like a princess. And we ate and ate and ate. Delicious food. Scones, clotted cream, and jam are a dream. And...just...a life experience for sure. Even though we do it every year.

The staff is very friendly and approachable so in need of directions, questions about the ingredients, etc, they are very helpful. The chocolate pearl shortbread rounds are my favourite! The dark chocolate ones with Macadamia nuts are also fab! I tried their freshly baked brownies which turned out to be great as well. They are a bit pricy but worth it!

A pleasure for the eyes as usual. You pay the name and the quality.

The paradise of English tea and biscuits, but not only. A ride is a must!

Top flight......everything - a must to go down to the basement / lower ground ' grocery' evel where everything that is not good for you is so well presented and heavily priced ......that it must in fact be good for you after all !!!
Always visit F&M when in town .....and especially before Xmas !!

Very expensive I wish it was cheaper so I could buy something because it looked really nice.

F&M is definitely one of my favorite places in London. You can go for a delicious cupcake or for fresh pasta or a tea tasting. And as well you can find traditional teas, and sophisticated gift.

The problem with F&M is that once I go in I don't want to come out again..... Forget the tackiness they Harrods has become, the is quality and class and a lovely quiet place to shop for high quality items.

Visited the store two weeks ago, the male sales assistant in the men's grooming was arrogant and very unhelpful.

What a beautiful store this is. You can see the opulence as you walk in, from the stunning decor to the beautifully dressed staff.
Even the toilets have high polished walnut seats and are spotless. You can easily see why this store has endured for many, many years.
This may have been the first time we have visited, but it certainly will not be the last.

Black tea is a famous department store for the British royal family. High-quality food items such as tea, coffee, chocolate, jam, and biscuits are spread throughout the store. It's a great souvenir in England, but you need to be careful as you buy too much (laughs).

Have visited many times for jam and other stuff and I've always been pleased with what I've bought. I've also had afternoon tea here. It was excellent. Great range of sandwiches and cakes and a table groaning with good if you could fit a bit more in, I couldn't. Got a little tin of their tea on leaving. What a treat!

Even if it's very expensive but it's worth every penny you spend there especially on the LG and G floors (excellent chocolate, biscuits and tea selections) as well as in it's restaurants. Professional and friendly staff

Quite a magnificent afternoon tea, basically desserts are considered a joke, I don t want to think about what I ate. Scone s level is okay. Others make me wonder about the taste of European and American people. After weighing 50 pounds, I got snacks that I didn t want to add.

But the service staff are very kind and will ask you if you want to take anything out. Very kind, but I really don't want to see those things again. In addition, the piano sound in the store is well matched, and the service staff are well-trained and elegant like a refreshing breeze. With the elegant decoration in the store, you can gritt your teeth and hungry, and only drink tea and Skon s. Experience it. The Earl Grey tea is very delicious. After drinking, I rushed downstairs to buy two boxes.

Obliged to go to the 2nd, the salon des glaces which is too noisy.

Walking into Fortnum & Mason is like going to an amusement park for me. The beautiful seafoam green of everything, and floors of teas, kitchenware, etc. is so much fun to walk through. I recommend going to the ice cream parlor, they have some very unique flavors available!

Impressive its windows and good selection of tea, not in vain are the providers of the English royal house. All its plants are worth visiting: accessories, perfumes, wines ...

One of the best shopping experiences ever, i highly recommend you visit.

Incredibly shocked and disappointed by customer service from here. My kids got me a hamper as a mothers day gift and after repeated confirmations from the sales person that it was alcohol free we found it had produce with alcohol! We left these inoriginal untampered packaging and contacted them immediately to exchange for non-alcoholic substitutions but was just point blank refused that it was against the policy!!!?

Not only that, I then looked at the substitutions that they had made in the hamper and learnt they had replaced 2 items with items which were of less value (half the price!) and that were not even on the list of hamper inclusions of any type of hamper they produce. No explanations given for why they made the substitutions, it was simply because they were skimping and saving!

London's institution. Mostly overpriced but some great ideas and inspiration to be found.

One of the great London stores. Classic elegance on 5 floors. Perfectly curated selection in every department. Not cheap but very good, and tea on the top floor is a great gift for someone older

Pricey, but beautiful. Ideal for Christmas presents - in particular gift baskets

The aristocratic store, the official supplier of Buckingham Palace, is very close to Piccadilly square. Prices are a bit expensive, but some things can only be found there, selection is very good. Even if you don't buy anything, it should stop by for the atmosphere.

Personally, I did not feel that it was a very delicious tea. Although the price is considerable.

True landmark of British empire, full of tasty souvenirs

Nice store to visit if you want to feel traditional Brittain, or to go shopping if your wallet can handle it.

If you are going to England, be sure to visit this place, which is an icon in London and they are also official suppliers to the Queen. A multitude of items can be purchased at this store, from a simple can of cookies that becomes a music box to the finest set of dinnerware for sophisticated dinners.

If visiting London this is a must see location. They are the purveyors for the Queen. Make reversations for High Tea, enjoy shopping for British delicacies, tea, China, accessories and many other things. It is amazing!

Typical London department store. To visit almost like a museum. It is also a good way to let a downpour pass. :-)

The institution that is Fortnum & Mason you don't need to have money to visit this very special shop. It's worth going just for the experience of the food hall and just look and enjoy all the wonderful foods.
I always buy a little something to enjoy.

It s a beautiful stores filled with beautiful things

When you say elegance. The quintessence of English: a round table to be able to feel the aroma of their selection of teas, an infinity chosen between biscuits and typical English (and not) biscuits of all kinds, pay attention to their wonderful packages! On the second floor there is a large collection of precious and beautiful cups and teapots. The experience continues on the second and third floors with jewelry perfumes accessories for men and women and a tea room ... the wonder! Their staff is infinitely kind and the atmosphere is heavenly.

You expect from a brand like Fortnum&Mason to have all the nutritional information easy to access and staff knowledgeable but it was a pain to know if the fruity summer tea contains any Carbs .

THIS SHOP HAS NO MORALES AT ALL BECAUSE IT SELLS FOIE GRAS.
Do not even go anywhere this promoter of pain and suffering.

Buy my soap from here. Great choice and superb quality; as one would expect. The famous hampers are particularly good.

The area we were seated was really cold. Rose tea was great. Cups and plates looking a little worn.

We came here to watch a band play a quick gig. The staff were extremely helpful and polite because I didn't know where or what floor they were playing. Bought some green tea which tastes really good.

Went for lunch at 45 Jermyn Street yesterday, the food, service and atmosphere was excellent, highly recommended if you're visiting Fortnums and fancy a treat.
