Very unique place. Have the best range of tea in London. It can get very cramped at times and also very very busy so you may need to queue for a while or wait to get help. Would be nice if they had samples you could try before you buy.

Very traditional British shop with the best from the UK.Went to buy gifts and to have delivered, Painless experience, friendly, efficient staff , nothing was too much trouble. Went back for lunch today, staff efficient warm and friendly. I had the lamb belly salad, perfectly seasoned tasty , husband had the rib eye which was cooked as ordered soft, tasty , in fact best steak he has had in UK. Worth going to for the experience

Visited for tea. It's better to go to the first store. During the daytime, it is crowded with people, perhaps because it is before Christmas. Tea is on the G floor (1st floor in Japan), kitchen miscellaneous goods and kitchen towels are on the 1st floor, food items are in the basement, and there are other floors.
There are different types of black tea, so it is easier to shop if you decide on the website beforehand. You can purchase 100g of black tea. The staff will fill the bag when you tell the type and grams at the counter. Many cans have cute designs, so if your luggage is okay. If you get lost or want to try various things, we also have tea bag assortment, so it is recommended.

If you drink your tea weak (and are able to get the subtle flavours) then even the higher isn't that high anymore. If in doubt, just buy a small quantity (like 25 grams). Very polite and knowledgeable staff. Worth a try, Christiaan :-) :-)

Lots of products besides tea are offered here. I ve been to London a couple of times and this is always a must-visit every time. Some of the teas are amazing as well as the chocolates. There are also festive products during holidays. Definitely recommend for buying gifts or for yourself!

It's beautiful on the outside but personally when you enter everything is disappointing
It might be it isn't the same for everyone, but in my opinion it was disappointing and I would say boring

For those who want to try and feel the ceremony of drinking tea there is a cafeteria, the store has a huge selection of tea (you can buy by weight) and sweets, on the floor above amazing dishes. The prices for tea are acceptable.

It is a wonderful place!!! It has all kinds of teas, chocolates, sweets, etc. Very pleasant, above average service, fair price, in short, the store made me smile like a child. The care you need to take is to blow your credit card. It has a cafeteria with all the possible delicacies and the teas invite the tasting. I recommend.

Fortnum & Mason is an exceptionally good department store. It's worth visiting just to experience what up market traditional shops used to be like: soft red carpets and beautifully exhibited goods. It's over my budget but it's a perfect place to buy high quality condiments, teas or biscuits for presents.

Good

A classic British stop for anyone visiting London. I highly recommend picking up a jar of their lemon curd as well as a loose leaf tea hard to find a better souvenir. If you have the time, book an afternoon tea on the top floor and don t be shy to ask for seconds. Things are a tad on the pricey side but it s part of the experience.

pretty. It's worth going. Instead of buying a lot, I replaced it with eating and drinking. The tea room on the 4th floor is large enough to go alone. If you go up to the 2nd floor, you can enjoy tea and duoscon in a more comfortable atmosphere. Enough.

In this huge boutique with refined decorations, you can imagine the beautiful ladies and gentlemen who came from another time to browse the aisles. The storefront looks magical during the Christmas period. This timeless place is definitely worth a visit.

A mecca for foodies and connoisseurs of dinning. Their food is an exquisite quality with a delicious range of items. Their cafe offers an amazing ginger beer float as well as the ultime tea experience in their tea room. Definitely makes Harrods dining hall look like inferior.

Brilliant place to visit for all things British, so much better for tourists to buy something than tacky London shops and excellent quality.. A must see on the tourist trail.. You cannot leave lo Don with F & M tea.. Breakfast, Queen Anne and Jubilee

Authentic English afternoon tea experience, the afternoon tea restaurant is located on the fourth floor, and the souvenir shop is downstairs.
Three layers of English afternoon tea (sandwiches, scone, snacks) + tea can all be renewed,
For the tea part, first order a pot, and then you can punch back or choose other flavors,
Drinking strawberry black tea and Queen Anne on the day were very good,
Got downstairs and bought strawberry black tea,
Afternoon tea is not cheap, but the overall taste is different

Incredibly expensive shop, the better Harrods variant but still outrageously expensive. Maybe the quality is right, but as they say, if you ask about the price, you don't have enough money anyway.
So, get the Black Amex out and shoppsing until the doctor comes.
