The store as a whole is incredible. The tea was great and the service was very good. Worth it!

I really do like this place but it is just sooo touristic. Almost impossible to move! Some great value snacks in the food hall where you can get lunch for the same price as pret. Definitely worth a visit both for locals and tourists. The stores is also beautifully decorated for Christmas.

Hype is real. It's expensive (but most afternoon teas are in London?) but I think it's worth going once.

Visited the Foodhall for Christmas. Great selection of family favourites as well as some new flavours. Purchased a few sweet treats for the holidays.

I can definitely recommend the afternoon tea in the Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon. Yes, it is a little pricey but you can request extra sandwiches and pastries plus other cakes from a selection, unlimited top ups of your chosen tea and when you are finished they will box up any remaining goodies for you to take away. The service was amazing, as you would probably expect, but I have to mention our server Adam because he was so friendly and does a fantastic job.

We had the afternoon tea at the top floor. Great tea.. Don't miss the tea Fort Maison.

Wonderful place. An Aladdin cave of great christmas gift ideas. I can't recommend this place enough. I buy the mince pies and Christmas chutney every year, plus more. Great Christmas decorations. And it doesn't break my budget. And have the quality of high end products. Fabulous Christmas window. And the staff don't make you feel as if they want to get you in and out as quick as possiable as to get a quick turn around of customers. Will be going back again very soon. As I saw more stuff I want to buy. But even if you don't go to buy anything, the children will love the window, and decorations inside. There's a large clock next to the lift, the staff can tell you the history of it, fantaszing. Go you won't be disappointed.

Went in just to see all the nice things,the food hall is amazing, and if you have the money can get anything you want .I don't so just brought a nice beer for Christmas.

Difficult to decide between so many delicacies. Premium products. The excellent atmosphere and the very predisposed staff.

I visited for the first time two months ago and it was already "beginning to look a lot like Christmas" ... 3 stars rather than 5 because I'd expected the highest of standards, so was surprised to see empty boxes on the shop floor, layers of dust on the shelves and sullen-looking staff - not at all in keeping with the F&M reputation.

I come for the finest wine and the finest cheese. I get them here, and now.

Superb bar. Staff and Manager work in tune. Champagne of the month is always a great choice.

Best chocolate cake I have had. Lovely tea but could have flowed more freely.

The famous Queen's grocery! There are a few people but the prices are not indecent. If you are a tea lover you will be in paradise!

Time to find a new place to buy tea. It s sadly over-commercialise. It remains nice to the eye but eludes the atmosphere of a supermarket.

Oh my goodness! gorgeous food we had a Christmas lunch 3 set courses polite prompt amazing staff. Heavenly . Combined with store of festive seasonal goodies I'm full of good cheer!

Shopping here is an experience. Such quality things and one feels happy to buy from this shop. The food hall is the best in the world. Don't forget to take tea and scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam. Staff are a delight to talk to. Sheer joy.

Terrible afternoon tea. Dishes were very dirty, gold lining of tea cup and dishes were almost rubbished out. Too expensive. Not good space to enjoy.

A super treat as a one off, as you would expect it's very expensive and we had quite a long wait for our lunch in the ice cream parlour.

A wall of jams and marmalades, a purely British institution! A large store where you can find good products, although a little expensive.

The only affordable thing to do is go to the bathroom. Everything very clean and stately.

A must visit. Whether on the ground floor with an array of F&M goods and famous teas. Or upstairs for afternoon tea or in the restaurant, where you can enjoy freshly cut roast beef.

please don't sell FoieGras and the support of geese and ducks. How horrible. Do you really need to sell that to make money.please don't support the abuse of ducks and geese by buying from this company. They buy the stuff from people who hurt, really hurt defenseless animals.

Delicious food one two levels. For the tea lover one of the best locations in London due to the many varieties. Very friendly staff.

What can I say, it's Fortnum and Masons. I love this shop. Bumped into Woopie Goldberg in the food hall.

Beautiful place, amazing experience and sublime teas

I hated this place. Not sure what all the hype is about, maybe fake reviews. I was really turned off when I saw the Foie Gras on the menu. This is one of the most cruelest food products ever produced. They force metal tubes down ducks throat and over feed them. They give them an unnatural high fat diet. They get sores on them and can't even walk because their legs can't support their overweight bodies. They are forced feed three times a day and kept in dark rooms with no life at all. Many die during the feeding process. It is an awful thing and only to harvest their fatty livers. I really don't see how anyone could eat this product and it not bother them. I don't care how good or bad the place is, if they don't have the decent humanity and some basic standards, I don't care to support them.

When I went to the holiday season, the tea room on the top floor was a reservation failure on the day. Not to mention black tea, the items are also very cute. You can also buy it at a much lower price than you can buy in Japan.

Great food, a lot of choice. Many luxury item. A must-see for shopping.
