My husband and I were looking to down size so we thought we would see what Audi Fort Worth had. All I can say is it was meant to be...I ve never had a sale representative as knowledgeable as Ben Garcia. Ben drove the car first to point out so many features then I got behind the wheel and Ben is still pointing out all the bells and whistles this car has. After we left the dealership we stopped by Lexis and Mercedes and nothing held all the candles to the Audi Q7 and those sales representative were not very knowledgeable. Two days later Audi Fort Worth gave us a great trade-in on our Denali and we drove home with a new Q7. So, if your looking to buy a Audi go by Ft. Worth Audi and ask for Ben Garcia. Love my Q7!!!!

Disappointing Experience.

Disappointing Experience.

I leased a new 2019 Q7 in July, which I really love the vehicle is fantastic and has wonderful features. But the experience left much to be desired.

First, the car was not properly serviced prior to delivery, as the annual oil change was required after only 3 months. The first service should have been 12 months or 10,000 miles, not 3 months and 4,000 miles. Likewise, I had to refill the windshield wiper reservoir in just 3 months nearly 2 gallons of fluid that clearly was not added before I received the car.

Second, the lease experience was awful. I traded my previous Q7 three months early in order to receive the new vehicle. Audi was to pick-up the final three payments of my original lease, as part of the new lease agreement. Three months after taking delivery of my new car, I received a mail from the bank noting that the lease had matured; that I still owed 3 payments; and that I needed to decide how to terminate the lease (purchase the vehicle or trade for new lease). A significant oversight, which I m still trying to resolve.

I definitely recommend the car, but would go elsewhere to purchase an Audi... I ve never liked purchasing new vehicles this experience only reinforced my attitude.

Update: it is now November, and the issue with my lease remains unresolved. I ve tried contacting Audi Fort Worth numerous times since my original posting, including the General Manager, without success. The customer experience is terrible. I will never use this Audi dealer, for any of my needs, ever again.

I purchased a vehicle here a little over 3 months ago and until now I still haven't received the liscense plate, I talked to a lady 16 days ago and she told me she was sorry for the confusion and the lateness and that she had the plates there on the counter and that she would be sending them by next day delivery so I that would get them the following day, I don't know if this company is serious enough to do business with but I'm strongly disappointed that they don't have responsible employees working there, there was no excuse for them to miss the point twice and I still do not have my liscense plate.

I am at a loss for words at how exceptional the customer service and care is, at audi fort worth.
I wish every dealer would do business this way. Every employee I had the pleasure of interacting with. Was genuine, compassionate, and just awsome.
I called them on a Tuesday to see if a car I seen online was still available. I live in Florida. They gave me a great price without me even having to ask for it. The paper work arrived the next day. I had the car by Saturday as promised. Every one I share this story with is in disbelief. They even filled the car with gas. Which most dealerships have seem to not do anymore. I can not tell them how appreciative I am for making this risk I took, absolutely flawless. Thank you guys! From my heart...

I am not accustomed to writing reviews but here go...

I am not accustomed to writing reviews but here goes. I purchased my 2013 Audi RS5 in August 2016. I am an out of state customer (California) who did everything by text email and over the phone. This as it turns out is a relatively rare car especially given all the options and a CPO. There was none available from a dealer in California or any other state as far as I knew. Alex Jaeger who was my Audi Fort Worth contact was professional throughout the entire process, starting with the initial telephone call to confirm the specs and get photos to the final text message after the car was delivered. I made the trucking arrangements but Alex did all the leg work. Alex was patient, cheerful always, and making good on anything that was not right. If Alex is involved, I feel no doubt he will ensure the customer is happy. He is a customer service professional that I'm sure is greatly appreciated by Audi Fort Worth or anywhere he chooses to work in the future. I hope Audi Forth Worth gives Alex special recognition. I am a very satisfied customer. All the best Alex.

I have driven an Audi TT since i bought it in Germany in 2000. The past four years I have had it serviced at Audi of Ft Worth. My service experience is what keep me coming back. Then last Thursday 1 Dec 2016 my engine quit out on I-20 just east of Weatherford. I had the car towed to Audi of Ft Worth and after several days of mechanical investigation I decided it was time to move on from my TT. That is when the experience got even better. I worked with DJ Camp on a lease package to get an A3 2.0 and what a great deal they made for me. After working with DJ and the finance agent Seth White in the late morning, they made it all work out and I was driving home by 2:00 PM with a brand new A3. Thank You Audi of Ft Worth!!! }:0-

From the sales department to super care from Tim Riley in service, this is a wonderful place to deal with and everyone makes you feel like they have known you forever. I bought a used 2010 S4 from this dealer about two months ago. The car was sold to me with a few rock chips and was missing a little button in the navigation wheel. They replaced the button for free on the spot under my "factory warranty". Which I was told had another 3000 miles left on it. I noticed the coolant was a little low and my salesman told me the system was just checked and was fine and it was ok to be a little low. I knew that wasn't accurate but I figured it would be ok as I had 3000 left on my factory warranty. I drove my car home about 270 miles away I noticed the car was slightly lower on its coolant. I went to my local dealer and topped it off about a month later I noticed it was low again, so I decided I should bring it in for service under my factory warranty. It was then brought to my attention that my warranty actually ran out 2 months prior to me buying the car. I brought that to the attention of Ft Worth Audi and they didn't care at all and offered no compensation. After further investigation I found the leak was coming from a cracked radiator that was never repaired after an accident. So now I have a busted radiator and no factory warranty not that the warranty would help, but I was lied to every step of the way. Audi should be ashamed to have their logo on this dealers sign and you should steer clear of them.

Best Audi! out of Dallas area!

I have been shopping for Audi A5 sense August to January, went to Audi of Dallas, Plano, DFW & other and I didn't receive such excellent customer service as Forth Worth, especially from Ryan Ziegler.

I am Engineers from Puerto Rico, buy a Audi A4 in small dealership, one week later find out that the car was a lemon car, sense then I was looking for help to get off that car.

I took the car more of 20 dealership in Dallas, Austin, Houston and others area, trying to trade the car for a good one that I can drive safe and almost everyone the close the door at me or they offer not a good deal, INTO 01/25/15 I decide to visit Audi of Forth Worth, my pain end that day, with the support of Ryan Ziegle, Brooke Dobbs and dealership team.

I really appreciate the help me getting the car I want and they Help end with the nightmare I life for 5 Months. Please anyone fallow advice (so you don't live the same nightmare), if you are interest in Audi, you first option need to be Audi of Forth Worth, they will do they best to get you a good deal.

Alex helped us and he was nothing short of amazing. He was personable, kind and patient. He was never pushy or salesmen like. I sent a request to test drive the vehicle. They had it ready before I arrived. I never had to sit waiting during any part of the process. I financed outside the dealership and Alex was in contact with me every step of the way. He insured that when I came to pick up the vehicle everything was ready to go. I literally signed and drove. The dealership was spotless. Once I purchased the vehicle they had it washed and the gas tank was full. Every person I spoke with was attentive. This was by far the best car buying experience I ve ever had.

Came in for a used SQ5 but after time with Ben and driving new cars and talking benefits, I am thrilled with my new 2019 Q5 purchase, it has all the options and FT Worth Audi was easy to work with on purchase!

I came in for a 50,000 mile checkup and they discovered that the engine mounts were cracked. They wouldn t cover it because I was 500 miles over the warranty limit. Also, the loaner car was dirty on the inside. There was a sticky residue on the center console that I got on my hands. I thought it was odd that my service advisor was the one giving me updates when she was sick and couldn t speak. I appreciate her following up but the dealership shouldn t be making her do that if she is sick. I was charged $300 for an alignment that wasn t in the initial invoice to replace my tires but then appeared on my final bill. The final bill was higher than it should have been and the interim service advisor took off $130. I also had to remind them about the $100 tire rebate that we discussed previously. When I finally got my car back, I noticed a dragging noise coming from underneath it. I checked under my car and it looks like the engine splash shield is loose. It wasn t loose when I originally took it in. Will be taking my car back so they can address the issue.

Update: Spoke to the service manager Veronica and she was very accommodating. Problem solved.

Audi is a GREAT car ! The Fort Worth Audi Dealers...

Audi is a GREAT car ! The Fort Worth Audi Dealership unfortunately, (based on our experience) did not live up to the great reputation of Audi. Take the time to read earlier reviews and you will read two of the concerns many reviewers write. One, the lack of communication with the staff after the sale. The second is the poor workmanship performed by their service department.
Our experience was that we were treated fairly during the buying process and treated like an enemy afterwards.
UPDATE: The general manager and the service manager did work to complete all of the promised repairs (a headlight lens), and we are grateful for their efforts. There's still is a concern that they reported an oil change, but it wasn't completed until we pointed out that old oil was still in there (and still a third low).
I would buy an Audi from the Fort Worth Audi, (if it s a good price), but from our previous experience, I would probably find a reputable dealer for service that will be honest and will communicate with you.

Had very poor experience last year with the service department. Started a little rough initially after arriving for my appointment (been waiting 3 weeks). My whole situation and availability to get my car serviced is unique. I had a conversation with the (new general manager) Alex. He was very receiving and wanted as much feedback as possible. After that conversation, my experience was very satisfactory. Every service member I encountered on this experience was eager to help. Thank you.

Very professional dealership with a great selection of new and used cars. DJ was a pleasure to work with. We didn't find what we were looking for (it's me...I'm to picky) but DJ stayed in touch and went out of her way to help us find the right vehicle for our needs. I would definitely do business here and feel that DJ wasn't just trying to sell us any car, she really cared about what was in our best interest. Definitely trust worthy and that goes a long way in the car business. Thanks for all of your help DJ!

This is a rating for the Service department ONLY. I can't comment on the sales department. I've been a loyal customer of Audi Fort Worth for nearly 4 years (2012 Q5) everything was fine until 2016. To be honest, the dealership sales have outgrown its service capabilities. Before Christmas I booked 2 weeks in advance for a minor repair (replace an aircon vent handle and fix a door rattle). Long story short - I was left without my car (or loaner) for 1 week (multiple excuses), $800 out of pocket and they did not fix the door rattle.

This is not a rant but a genuine disappointment with the way we were treated by a Luxury brand and all due to the service department working at over-capacity. I've provided this feedback to Audi and asked them to never contact me again - I'm done with Audi Fort Worth and I will take my future business to Dallas (including the purchase of 2 new vehicles this year)

My recommendation: don't bring your Audi here if it is not for routine work - otherwise, you'll be up for a disappointment.

The customer service rep Thai was great however, every other service member I spoke with over the phone was snooty. I get it it s Audi but I didn t buy an Audi to deal with stuck up people. Same thing happened when I went to ask about prices for an oil change and basic service for the service light, as soon as they knew I didn t have the service plan they went nose up. This never happens at the Volvo dealership down the street, they ve always been more than nice.
As far as the repair, I know for a fact the fuel pump wasn t bad, I had it tested and replaced with the same issues so I took it in. The control unit was the bad part but they said that the fuel pump was also bad... no it wasn t I actually put the original Audi pump in that had been tested and worked fine. There was no need to make me waste extra money on the pump too. Saying that both went bad at the exact same time is like saying that my computer monitor and computer both went out and need to both be replaced, I would hire a new IT person... maybe you should just spend the extra time properly trouble shooting for the lowest cost repair instead of just throwing parts at it. If a tires leaking air you don t replace the time because it may be leaking too.

I had a window replaced and the car could not be washed because the glue had to dry. There were metal shavings in both the front and back seats as well as the floors. Someone should have checked to see that the car was as clean as it could be before pickup.

Had my car for 7 days and not once did someone call me with an update. When I by an $80,000 car, i expect better service.

Tie Johnson went above and beyond on a busy Saturday. I stopped at the VW Dealership (around noon) (my car is a VW Passat) down the street for a rotate and balance & wiper blades. Granted that I didn't have an appointment but the Service Advisor at VW told me that they couldn't have the work done same day. So I left not too excited about having to leave town the next day with steering wheel shake at 75 mph. So I turned onto University and saw Audi of Fort Worth and said what the heck, let's see not only if they want to work on "the poor man's Audi" but could they fit me in. Sure enough Tie greeted me on the drive and assured me that she would take care of it. One of the best dealership experiences I've had in years!! Thank you Tie Johnson for your commitment to excellent customer service!!

I had the BEST car buying experience with Ben from Audi Fort Worth. I was unexpectedly on the market due to an accident, and walked in without an appointment. Ben took his time to highlight all the important features of the Q5 and thoroughly discussed every detail on alternative options and different upgrade packages, as I mentioned I have never owned an Audi. I went to several other dealerships that week to perform my due diligence and did not receive half the customer service experience (all luxury car brands which I will leave unnamed). Ben followed up with me through the week and once I returned, I was ready to purchase. I arrived a little after 6pm (they close at 7pm) and the manager spent even more time discussing and educating me on the advantages and disadvantages of leasing/pre-owned/new vehicles. Even the gentleman who took care of the financials was very accommodating. Once I purchased the vehicle (around 9 pm), Ben spent extra time to make sure the car was gassed up, my phone was set up, and INSISTED we did an entire photo shoot :)
The car buying experience is very stressful and the entire team at AUDI FORT WORTH made it absolutely painless, dare I even say... enjoyable. Could not recommend enough!

Terrible experience, literally zero effort to try ...

Terrible experience, literally zero effort to try and make a sale. A vehicle that books for 16k and is priced at 19k and refused to discount a single penny. OFFERED A DEPOSIT AND SENT IN CREDIT INFO to ensure they knew we were serious, still very little effort and overall just not a good experience. Usually dealerships who hold their prices can say they are the cheapest or have the best valued vehicle. Not the case here, save your time and go to any other Audi dealer besides this one.

My sales guy, Ivan Matijevic, was efficient, professional, friendly and warm, totally understanding what my situation was, and what I was looking for, including working within my budget. This has been my favorite and best car buying experience to date!

We were treated very courteously by everyone at the dealership and he patiently answered all my questions during the test drive with great follow up later (I felt neither pressured nor ignored). I've had excellent experience with their service department as well! All round good people to work with.

I was an out of town buyer, and was mislead & lied to about vehicle inspection. After talking to several supervisors & visiting several body shops, I was offered a low ball settlement for the damage to my car when it was delivered. I am in the process of taking dealership to court now. Which is inconvenient but necessary. OUT OF TOWN BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Bought a CPO 2019 A6 from this dealership and ever...

Bought a CPO 2019 A6 from this dealership and everything went smoothly initially.

I bought the car out of state and had it shipped to NJ. When I asked the salesman the process for handling the titling and registration etc for my car he told me not to worry and everything would be taken care of.

However I don t have an inspection sticker for my car neither is it registered in NJ. After researching myself I found out I m responsible for this, fair enough I can handle that. However 2 weeks on and numerous calls and a couple of emails still haven t been able to get a copy of any of the documents that should come with a new car purchase. No proof of tax being paid no McO etc.

Car is currently sitting at home now for 2 weeks because I cannot legally drive it.

Johnathon Top was the salesman handling the sale.

Hopefully this gets resolved ASAP. Will update on the outcome.

We drove from Houston to Audi Fort Worth because of the excellent service and price they provided us which we couldn t get in Houston.. Jonathan our sales person was excellent, honest and upfront. Did not play sales gimmicks like we saw in other dealership. In short time they put together a deal with price and package we wanted. Marc in financing was excellent as well. No pressure and explained things calmly and we were in and out quick.
