As all poor reviews coming from the service department, be carful they won t fix your car, and they must do something about this ridiculous service. I took my A4 for service on the 28th of June till the 10th of July, and they didn t even check the problem with my car. I received a text saying thank you for returning the loaner car but I didn t have a loaner car. All this time I was trying to reach my Advisor, his voice mail is always full when I leave a message with anyone else for a call back he never call back. And after many attempts all he can tell me that let me check with the technician and I ll get back to you and nothing. The next day same thing till I asked for a manager on the 9th of July, they told me that one part needs a replacement I said ok do it. When I went to pick up my car I see the same problem after I paid. I spoke with the manager and she took it to the back to see then she called me to the back to speak with the technician. I found out that the technician haven t even looked at the problem that I brought the car for. So after two weeks in service and nothing. They were just trying to bush me out by telling me your car is fine. No my car is not fine, it Vibrates, shakes, turns of when I m stopped. So I called the manager today the 11th of July and she told me that they don t have a loaner car and they will charge me again for checking my car again to find out what s the problem. Simple don t buy Audi, I m selling this car and I m going back to Mercedes-Benz or BMW. I know my review means nothing to this place but it could help someone to be more careful when they deal with this dealership for service. Thanks!

FW ice storm--My Audi A 6 - NEVER once slid on the ice we just had in Fort Worth TX. I saw pick up truck and pre runners sliding, fish tailing and stuck. I was so impressed with my AUDI A6, I felt so safe.
My Audi A 6 will be one year old the end of March 2015. I have had PERFECT Service. I had a great sales experience from Ryan Z and 3 of my friends have now purchased from him. Every time I call him he answers my questions about my AUDI and he is patient with me and teaches me something new everytime I talk to him. There is a service girl named Tie - she is fantastic. She is very thorough and always does little extra things for me when I go in to the dealer. I am so pleased. I had a lexus before and I bumped my head every time I got into my car and my right side of my rear end hurt if I drove for a long time. This has Never happened in my Audi--this alone is a reason why I LOVE my AUDI Thank you Arlene Kwaw

I would give zero stars if I could. I bought a used car and got a code P0299 one month later for the turbocharger. It had a new design and the catalytic converter needed to be changed also because of new design. I was told by manager Ivan that he could not do anything unless it was pre-existing condition. The guy who inspected it said the code first set 23,000 miles back. I haven t even driven 1,500 miles.

Very disappointing service appointment.
I scheduled my Q5 to have a recalled part replaced. When scheduling the appointment I was informed that they were only able to replace one of the two recalled parts. The reason given was that they didn t have the second part available. I asked about safety concerns and if I should contact another dealership to have both parts replaced at once. I was assured that I would be contacted if the second part became available. I was further informed that the one part would be a quick fix, and that I wasn t eligible for a loaner car.
I arrived at the dealership before 8 am on a rare day off, and had arranged childcare for my small children at home. Upon arrival I was informed that the second part was available, but it would take in excess of 3 h to repair, and there were no loaner cars available. I reviewed with the lady assisting me that I was told I would be informed if there was a change/if the part was available, and expressed disappointment that was not the case. We rescheduled to another date when a loaner is available and they can fix both parts at once.
So that the visit was not a total loss, I asked if there was a particular model on the showroom floor that I could see. I was told maybe if they aren t all sold! And that was the end of the exchange. I walked over unaccompanied and assessed the model on my own. This car is an upgrade from my current model which I am looking to trade in as we are expecting another baby the in the coming months. Obviously this is something that the representatives didn t know, and I realize they are the service dept and not sales, but it seems odd that there would be no interest in assisting an inconvenienced customer. There were no other customers waiting aside from one woman seated and waiting for her car. One associate was busy replacing bottles of water.
Overall I continue to be disappointed by the lack of respect for my time and money. I repeatedly get the impression from Audi of Fort Worth that my time is not valuable, and that they would not care to sell me another (more expensive!) vehicle. I am bewildered by these customer service practices, especially at a luxury dealership. It is enough for me to not only avoid buying a car here in the future, but to encourage others to avoid this dealership as well.

I've been doing business at Ft. Worth Audi since 2009. Lots of service, a lease, and a recent purchase. I recently bought a new car and someone backed into me while the dealer tags were still on it. Not only did they suggest THE body shop, but they gave me a loaner car for a week. This is way above and beyond. They're always helpful and professional. Highly recommend to purchase your Audi here.

We had an amazing experience purchasing a certified pre-owned Audi Q5 from Audi Fort Worth this past weekend! Our sales specialist Jonathan was incredible to work with - making us feel as special as if we were buying a brand new model. He was knowledgeable but not pushy - providing the perfect customer service experience. Finance manager David worked with us on the numbers to help seal the deal. We will definitely come back to Audi Fort Worth for our next purchase!

I guess I was just blown away that it took about 2...

I guess I was just blown away that it took about 25 minutes of me sitting in my car or standing around in the lobby of the service area for someone to even ask me what was wrong with my vehicle.

Then I immediately got an attitude from one of the service guys because I asked if a rental car would be available while they fixed the issue with my car. The wait to even look at my car was 3 hours and there was zero seating available because apparently everyone and their mother was also having issues with their Audis.

I will definitely be going out of my way to find another Audi dealership next time if I have any further issues. Overall I felt like I was a burden to even talk to and nobody really wanted to do their job. Get it together.

Great customer care. Did not know what to expect taking my Audi to the dealership instead of an oil change outlet. What I got was a competitive price, and very good service. They did a 50 point complementary inspection and a suggestion on future preventive maintenance services. No other pressure at all. I ll be back for sure!

I've owned a Lexus, Mercedes, and BMW, and FW Audi is hands-down the worst service department I've ever dealt with. Unless you are at the service department face-to-face, you do not exist. Voice mail, email, and text messages are of no use. Total negligence. Good luck reaching anyone by phone. They absolutely refuse to respond unless they have your car or you're driving their loaner. I've come to the conclusion that this is by design, notwithstanding that it's ultimately bad for business. It seems their service advisors are trained to ignore. I've experienced this time after time after time. Absurd. If you want to see how service departments should be managed, visit FW Sewell. I've really enjoyed my Audi, but will never buy another one for this reason alone.

Not unlike most people, buying a new car is not on...

Not unlike most people, buying a new car is not one of my favorite things to do. While I certainly enjoy driving and owning a new car, the environment and negotiating for same is often less than pleasant. Tony Moloku at Audi Fort Worth changed all of that for me. Not only was Tony extremely professional and enjoyable, he was transparent in everything we discussed related to the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Should I ever purchase another car from Audi, Tony is the only person I would consider using to assist me. His technical expertise was matched by his warm personality.

It woud be a mistake to not mention the genuine interest in my well-being if I did not mention David Baillargeon. He too was very receptive and eager to make my buying experience an enjoyable event.

In conclusion, buying a vehicle at Audi Fort Worth was truly an enjoyable experience. Plus, Tony put me in an A8L that I expect to drive for many years.

Sales won't even look at you if you don't look like you have money. I HAD a q5 looking to upgrade to a new q7 and went in with workout clothes on because I just worked out. Stood around for 30 minutes actively looking at the q7 before I left. No one helped or even talked to me.

Waiting area is comfortable and has food and beverage and the car wash after service was an added plus. I had a fabulous experience and would recommend this facility highly.

Again i cant really say much more than if you are looking for a new car there is nowhere else in Fort Worth thay has the type if sales reps and friendly staff as Audi Fort Worth.

This is a beautiful dealership. I hope today was an off day, since our salesman was not very professional. My husband and I went to look at a preowned car. It was a 2 seater so I drove it first, he drove it second. As my husband and the car sales man were walking out for him to drive the car, the salesman made the comment about my husband being the one with the money.
I m hoping this was a tasteless joke, but I won t be going back.

I called last week to schedule service. I needed a loaner because I live almost an hour away from the dealership. I was promised LAST WEEK that I would have a loaner IF the service work would take more than 90 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes prior to my 11:00 AM appointment. I was immediately told that they had no loaners EVEN THOUGH I was promised one IF the service would take longer than 90 minutes. Luckily my wife was in Fort Worth that day also running errands in another vehicle of ours. So I called her and left with her to run errands and grab lunch. I rec'd a call 2+ hours AFTER I had dropped off my car only to be told that the part they needed to fix my car was not at their dealership and that it would arrive the next day. No problem. Right? I will have my whole fe drop my off late in the day and grab that promised loaner and come back the next day to get my car. Simple. NOPE. they still had no loaners available. So I asked if I could wait until the end of the day (which was getting close)and grab one as it was returned. NOPE. because all of those cars were promised to someone else tomorrow. So basically they would inconvenience me today and tomorrow at the risk of NOT inconveniencing someone else. They offered to let me take my car home UNFIXED and then maybe.......hopefully next week they would call me and bring a loaner to my house.......an hour away and then take my car back to Fort Worth for service. Then they will allegedly return my car to me. Meanwhile, my car remains UNFIXED while I wait. These guys are a joke. And after owning a vehicle purchased from their dealership for almost 6 years???? I can tell you that over 80% of the tine I have requested a loaner.......I ALWAYS get the runaround. Sadly, their remorse was not heartfelt. And we have taken our Audi to them 100% of the time it has required service. My suggestion is to buy your Audi in Dallas? Or steer clear of Audi altogether. I bet a Dr. Pepper and a Baby Ruth that I do NOT get a call back from them next week. Ultimately I will be forced to follow up with them and Lord knows the odds of a loaner being available are slim to none. I LOATH giving negative reviews by the way. But this one HAD to be done. Oh, and if I could give a 1/2 star rating? I would.

Update on my situation: Audi reached out to me via a phone call within 24 hours of me posting the review above and set an appointment to bring me a loaner to my house today (Tuesday the 6th) at 9:30 AM. I also rec'd an e-mail confirmation. But no shocker.........it is now 10:40 and I just called the dealership and they have not even left yet to head my way. I asked the service technician why they were not here time as promised and he had no answer. And once again, no apology for their snafu. Now looking like they will arrive at Noon (2 1/2 later than promised) assuming they even arrive at all.

My review is probably a little different because I actually went in to sell a car, rather than buy one. That being said the short version is that Luis, Ivan, and Bill were awesome and if you are going to buy an Audi come here!!

They reached out after I got a price quote from Kelley Blue Book, so I went in to have them take a look at the car. I worked with Luis, who was professional and helpful. We got all the paperwork done, turned over keys, and I was ready to go. Super Simple!

Luis saw me taking a look at some of the cars in the showroom and asked if there was any I was interested in. I let him know that I liked two and Bill ran numbers for me for me. I told them I needed some time to think about it and so they printed everything out and told me to just let them know. It's seriously SO nice to work with people that are not high pressure.

Over the next day or two Ivan and Bill ran numbers for me on these cars given different down payments and terms. Ivan was patient and reassured me that it was fine that I wanted to shop around. It turned out that the cars that I was interested in were a *little* more than I was willing to spend and I'm fairly stubborn about payments. We got close, but more my fault with Caviar dreams and fast food budget .

With all this being said i just know that I am ever in the market, or know anyone else who is, I will be using / referring Audi Fort Worth!

UPDATE: Bill and Ivan continued to work numbers with me and we were able to work out a deal on a brand new Audi e-tron. Absolutely love the car and the level of customer service I received was amazing!

I took my car in due to a recall on A4 and an oil change. I expected my car to be in for a couple of days. To my surprise, 3 hours later I was notified my car was ready. I dropped my car off before work. They got me on and out with a loaner car & got to work early. I picked my car up on my lunch hour. Again, they got me in and out. Everyone was very nice and professional.

I have been to Plano Audi, DFW Audi, and Ft Worth ...

I have been to Plano Audi, DFW Audi, and Ft Worth Audi for service on my car and the best dealership by far is Fort Worth Audi. I had the best Audi experience with this dealership. It really helps when the dealership is family owned because they seem care about their customers, unlike corporate owned dealers where there is no continuity within the service expectation and customer relations that is packaged with the purchase ad service of your luxury car. Kyle Jackson with the service department made sure my 2013 Audi A8L was well taken of, unlike the other two dealers failed to do. I recommend that if you are unsure about which dealership to use, just sit down, google each dealership with coffee in hand and start reading like I did, and then make your choice. Trust me the negative reviews are very entertaining and the issues at the Corporate Owned Plano Audi and DFW Audi dealers seems to be identical.

Deb, Johnathan, and David were amazing. I was purchasing from another state, and was able to negotiate everything, including getting top dollar for my trade, over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership, I was there for under an hour because everything was so well prepared. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an Audi or quality pre-owned vehicle.

Outstanding service! Took our Q5 in for a check engine light. Audi of Fort Worth s attention to detail in diagnosing the true issue was above any other service we have received in the past. We have taken to several other places in the DFW area for service... highly disappointed. Audi of Fort Worth s team were able to identify the route cause. Veronica and her team provided excellent follow up on the path to resolve. They went above and beyond for us. Thank you Veronica! I would highly recommend Audi of Fort Worth s service department for any diagnostics or repairs. They have earned another customer.

The Service and sales staff were helpful and attentive. My car was done in the time span indicated by the service representative Tie.

I opted to forego the complimentary wash due to the strong stale stagnant water smell left in my interior following the wash during my previous service visit.

The building is showing its age. There are plumbing problems in the Men s restroom that were present during my previous service visit. The waiting area is well kept and stocked with snack foods and beverages.

I will continue to use Audi Fort Worth to service my car.

My car was checked in on time and it was finished ...

My car was checked in on time and it was finished by the end of the day as they said it would be. However, I had expected a call to let me know when it was finished but that didn't happen. I had to call them to find out if the car was ready. My car was returned to me in the condition that it was delivered to Audi Fort Worth. I would have expected my car to be washed but that was not the case. Probably because the work they did was warranty work or recall work and I guess they did not feel it was necessary to wash my car. One thing I did appreciate was the interior of my car did not show any signs of mechanics being inside...no dirt or grease. Autobahn Fort Worth has always washed my vehicle regardless of the service performed.

Will never buy an Audi Again and never let any of my friends go with this rediculouse brand. Bought a used A4 two years ago. The price was 5500$. I took it to audi fort worth for oil change six month ago. They checked the car and said it is really well kept and has no major problem. Today I took it for there because the engine light was on and the car reduced oil. The maintainance cost they told me was 5800$. It looks like they want to replace the whole car. I will trash this audi but will not give even one doller to this rediculous company.

The salesman there are freaking amazing Anthony Obaner was top-notch hands down best salesmen I've worked with. Unfortunately my deal didn't work out. I give it five stars but the sales manager implied that I wasted their time and that I should have done more research before coming in. Saying that I cost them a sale. The reason I couldn't buy it no longer an issue but at this point I just can't see myself going back and that's a shame. Could have done without the remarks at the end.

I have been a die hard BMW fan for the last 15 years, I have purchased three new models to back that up. However, I was intrigued by the design of the Q7 that Audi since the 2010 model. So I decided to give the brand a closer look. I contacted the dealership and spoke with Rene Hernandez about what I was looking for. He immediately responded and researched what I was looking for. I was very impressed because Audi Fort Worth wasn't the only Audi dealership I was shopping. (Audi Plano) Rene's assisted me with questions I had even though I would ask him about other vehicles that I had found at the Plano dealership. Even though he knew that Plano dealership was geographically closer to my house, he still patiently called and answered his phone when I called him. Rene was very knowledgeable, he introduced me to how Audi takes care of their customer. To make a long story short, Audi Fort Worth did not allow themselves to be out sold. I was very impressed with the service, two days later I bought my wife in to purchase a Audi for her. Rene Hernandez, job well done!!

Love the customer service at this location. There was an issue, but it was not their fault, it was the part they got from their supply house. The service manager and our service advisor Tie did a great job making up for it. Nice stock at the dealer even for a smaller dealer. Worth the trip from Oklahoma City for the significant things.

The customer service reps at the service departmen...

The customer service reps at the service department are 10/10! Always a great experience dealing with them. They would try to accommodate your service needs as much as possible. Always friendly and knowledgeable. Although sometimes loaner vehicles may not be available due to customer delayed in returning them, they will always make accommodations to solve the situations. The customer service here is just miles and miles better than Audi DFW. I have no problem driving the extra distance for Audi Ft Worth.

Service Department did an awesome job welcoming me when I arrived, and made me feel like they sincerely appreciated business. Ms.Johnson did an awesome job as well.. She was genuine, kind and sincere with all customers she dealt with. Completely positive experience..
Sales staff however, were arrogant and condescending. Despite walking around the sales floor for15 minutes, not one individual asked if they could assist me. I did get a few looks of disapproval, and I'm not sure if they base their time management on how someone looks. Completely disappointed with that part of the dealership. Owning my own business, my staff would be immediately terminated if such rudeness and arrogance were ever displayed to the customer.. I wouldn't be surprised if sales were sluggish due to the attitudes that exist in that department.

No one called to update us. after 2 texts and 2 voice mails and no response I called Friday after the car had been there 6 days and refused to leave another voicemail while I was on hold I received a phone call with and message left by our service person. We picked up the car today Saturday and by the time I got home a cover from under the car was hanging down and came off. I got in the front passenger seat to go out to dinner and went to buckle the seat belt and it was not attached. We took the car in originally to have 2 recalls repairs completed and an oil change. Came out with having to replace the cover from under the car and an unsecure seat belt we had to fix. Of course I called immediately when we got home and again left a message and no call back. I would attach pictures if I had that option.

I purchased a 2017 Audi A6 on Dec. 1, 2018 from Audi Fort Worth (AFW). On Jan. 10 I emailed the salesperson inquiring about the license plates. She stated she or someone else would contact me when they were in. During the sale both the salesperson and sales manager repeatedly stated a recall issue (airbag sensor) was repaired and the car was ready for sale. AFW also promised to provide and install a front license plate bracket when the license plates came in.
On Jan. 23 I was notified by AFW they needed a current inspection to complete the vehicle registration. They waited seven weeks to inform me of the inspection issue, with one week remaining before the temporary tags expire. A current inspection should have been done prior to the sale, and AFW charged me an inspection fee on the bill of sale. I had to have the car inspected myself and send them the inspection report (AFW did reimburse the fee). However, when I contacted the salesperson about the AFW s delay in getting the license plates and the expired inspection, she replied it was not her job.
On Jan. 24 I informed AFW the recall issue remained outstanding. When I told the salesperson by email a VIN search of both the Audi USA and NHTSA website indicated the recall was not repaired, the salesperson still insisted it was taken care of, despite documentation stating otherwise.
On Jan. 30, the day the temp tags were to expire, I called on the status of the license plates and asked about the front license plate bracket. The salesperson claimed she didn t know what I was talking about, forgetting our previous discussions. She handed my call to a manger, Chris. Chris offered to send a loaner car to me and they would take care of the recall and the license plate bracket. I thought that was a reasonable resolution. He took my phone number and said he would call back with the arrangements. I didn t hear back from him.
There are other Audi dealerships in the DFW area; avoid Audi Fort Worth!

Scott was awesome, he answered texts and calls promptly, I was always in the loop organizing documents for the sale. Really transparent about pricing over the phone, trusted them 100%. Jonathan was our salesman and he was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and patient with my wife and I as we looked at 3-4 different vehicles before deciding on a white Q5. David in the finance department was very nice and personable and didn't pressure us into buying anything we didn't want or need! Highly recommend this dealership if you're looking into buying an Audi!
