Worked with Alex to buy two CPOs (A6 and A8). I'm extremely happy with the purchase and with the service that I received from Alex. This is the easiest dealership that I've done business with. Made full deal over text with Alex and was in and out in no time. Honestly and courtesy are high on my list of expectations and Alex didn't disappoint.

Charged me $116 for an oil change, I told them that s all I wanted and nothing else, they cleaned it and inspected it when I only wanted an oil change, not at all happy, and they forgot to put my mats back in after they vacuumed inside (still just as dirty as when I left it) and it took over 3 hours

First time @ Audi of Ft. Worth. I had an early appointment, and right when I arrived I was greeted and my Audi was off to service. Sherry was my service writer and helped me out. I appreciate the attention to detail they took while looking at my car. I was very pleased with how I was treated and how well they do their job. Because of that, I will be using Audi of Ft. Worth for my Audi services and future purchases. Thank you again Sherry.

I reached out to this dealership from my home in Atlanta, GA as they had just listed a car I could not live without. From the very beginning I received immediate responses, answers to all the questions I had (which were many), and everyone was polite and respectful. I want to say I couldn't have asked for more from Jonathan Top and David C. This dealership and its staff has their act together, I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Don't use this dealership if you live out of town. Very frustrating! No one returns phone calls. Poor customer service and had to take my vehicle to a different Audi dealership to get help with it.

Very polite, fast service, they always make sure you are comfortable and will make sure that you re well taken care of. They put me in a brand new vehicle as a loaner I work days and they where patient with me in the loaner and allowed me to return it once I had time. AUDI ft worth has the best customer service I ve experience from any dealership or service department.

This dealership offered the vehicle I wanted and worked with me to get a good deal. I really appreciated the communication and attentiveness of my salesman John Bondurant. He's by far the sweetest salesman I've ever dealt with. Herman in financing was very knowledgeable as well. Both men worked to get me where I wanted to bewith my vehicle purchase. Wonderful dealership, and I would make the long drive to do business with them again!

Andrew was informative and did the best he could to get my flat tire changed. He told me on the phone that it would take 5 minutes to change it out. When I got there, he said it would take 45 minutes, but in the middle of that the service had some kind of meeting so I was there an hour and half. I had purchased a 2500.00 package when I bought the car so tired would be convenient to handle and a loaner car was promised at the time of sale. In reality, that is not really ever what happens. The deductible was 50.00 and they replaced the tire, but I value my time. So I was disappointed about the whole process.

Drove from Dallas to check out a pre-owned certified car in Audi Ft Worth. Ended up getting the car since everything accurately checked out from it's online listing. We called ahead and the car was ready to be test driven immediately upon arrival. Alex took good care of us showing us around, and Seth who did the paperwork- got us out in no time with our new car. First Audi and we love our Q7!

Do NOT use this dealer, use Audi Grapevine (same owner but better people running the place) or use a reputable independent Audi mechanic (several in DFW). My Audi Q5 has been in their shop since September 21 and there is an additional delay because a technician broke a bolt. The work required called for 14 hours in the book but I guess I am not priority enough for them. I counted 60 Audis being dropped off for service within 3 hours. I think you should avoid getting an Audi...I tried to talk to management and Mr. Palenzuela was supposed to contact me by email, never happened.

Up until this morning my best friend Kevin was a huge Audi fan. In the last few weeks he's had more problems with parts and services that he deserves. Long story short he purchased to brand new tires form Audi for the right passengers' side of his Audi A3. When he brought it in to have them find out why it wasn't driving straight they reassured him it was fine and the did all the diagnostics. Coincidentally the service tech had forgotten to reattach the wheel caps so he's had to go back there several times. Last Friday I ran errands for Kevin and the brand new right Front Tire blew out during rush hour traffic and I saw no other option to make a 3 lane change to get to the shoulder to safety. The DPD where astonished that the blown tire had wrapped around the ladie's tire in front of me. Photos were taken and explanations where given but after all is said and done The Service Manager will only replace the faulty new tire but not the Audi Wheel even though the damaged was done as a result of the faulty tire. That faulty tire set off a chain of events that may very well have caused even more multiple problems. Today's call from the dealership was they will replace the tire but not the damaged wheel. Needless to say Kevin now regret's buying Audi parts and wished he went to NTB or Discount tire and they may have had a better chance of not blowing out. I feel Audi could have done better to handle this issue than just put it off on a faulty tire and a neglectful technician who no longer works there and given Kevin the benefit of the doubt that he is the customer and his only error was choosing an Audi and purchasing Audi replacement parts. Lesson Learned: Audi lost a valued customer and does not handle service issues with efficiency and accountability. SO much for dealer transparency.

I've used this Audi service and although I've had a good experience in the past, this last service visit was frustrating. They have been unresponsive for 2 weeks, when my car was with them there was a visible scratch left on the steering wheel, and they have not resolved the issue or gotten back to me. I've notified the Service Manager and the GM, no reply. I'm leaving a review like this only because I've not been contacted back after multiple attempts from my end to the service department. Very unprofessional.

Great car buying experience!

With the assistance of Tony M & his sales management team we were able to trade, test drive the new 2018 Audi A3 & make a fantastic deal within two hours of arriving at the dealership last Thursday afternoon 11.16.2017.

The Audi A3 is our third vehicle from Fort Worth Audi...both the sales staff & service staff, especially Tie are absolutely the best in wanting to serve the client! They make one feel welcome & valuable!

I couldn't be more happy with the service I received from Baillargeon Audi in Fort Worth. DJ Camp provided me with excellent service and overtly prioritizes her customers satisfaction over all else. She was very atentive and kept in constant contact with me even when needed outside of normal buisess hours. My expectations were exceeded and no question went un answered. I left the dealership with a beautiful car and felt like I made a few new friends as well. The staff there are so kind and tended to my every need. I LOVE MY NEW CAR

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. We had issues with noisy brakes, and we returned multiple times to have them inspected. We were told that it was just brake dust, and Audi brakes squeak because they are "high performance". We recently tried a different dealer, and they are now repairing the brakes due to faulty pads. I will never return to this dealership due to the lousy service department.

I dealt with Andrew, sales manager. Unfortunately, the day I was making my decision, a recall on the car happened. I was sad it didnt work out becuase out of alllll the audi dealerships I contacted, Andrew was by far the most straight forward and helpful that I dealt with (as well as the dealership I ended up getting my car at, who were equally as helpful). I dealt with about 12 different dealerships, and most of my experiences ranged from neutral to predatory/horrible. Andrew was just great. He didnt play games. Didnt beat around the bush. Answered all of my questions. Didn't try to get over. Didn't try to rip me off. and he gave me an incredibly reasonable price and was just really, really helpful. I have a distrust for car salesman, but after the first conversation, I knew I was in the company of a man of integrity. That is hard to find, and thats sad. I would recommend Audi Ft Worth and Andrew to anyone looking to purchase an Audi. Even if its further away. Doesn't matter. Just make the drive and deal with honest people. Thanks again Andrew!!!

If I could give them a zero, I absolutely would. Worst experience ever. Scheduled service to program an additional key that I ordered for my pre-owned Audi A3 through their parts department. Was supposed to take 1.5-2hrs. After my spouse was waiting there for 2+ hours, we started asking questions about how much longer it would be. Absolutely no communication about what was going on behind the scenes. They were having issues with programming and the car now basically had a check engine light on. After nearly 5 hours there, they discovered a coding issue had previously been addressed at Audi Grapevine and basically wanted $400 minimum to even look into it further. The service manager was EXTREMELY rude to both of us AND a service advisor I had called at Audi Grapevine. Long story short, they gave me back a broken car with no explanation on how to fix it. So, on my way home, I called back the advisor from Audi Grapevine, apologized to him for how the FW service manager, Veronica Zamora had treated him and asked for his advice. He said to bring the car to him and he would get it fixed at no charge to me because it was a coding issue that Audi specialists in Germany would help with. He was baffled that Audi FW let me drive away with that check engine light on unresolved. Hard lesson learned on my very first experience ever with an Audi dealership in the DFW area. I took my car to Audi Grapevine and had the BEST white glove experience. They fixed the coding issue and I ve since taken it back for an alignment. They are top-notch in Grapevine! Everyone wants to feel valued and I didn t get that at Audi Fort Worth, was not even greeted when I walked in the door. If I broke down on the street in front of Audi FW, I would have the car towed to Audi Grapevine. I ve never been made to feel so insignificant and unimportant as I have at Audi Fort Worth. Don t waste your time. Your money is better spent in Grapevine. It s worth the drive.

Great experience at Fort Worth with a very polite and knowledgeable staff. They make buying a car easy and straight forward. They made the numbers easy and didn't lie or misrepresent any figures to me. In today's world you can't because you can find all the numbers out as well.

Hancock in sales was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all features of the car.

Murad is by far the best salesperson that I've met in the car industry. This guy was real and I appreciate that when buying a car.

The day after we bought the car, they called to see if everything was okay with the car, and I mentioned that there was an mechanical issue. They said they would look into it, no call back and won t answer my call or return my call. Not a good customer service experience after the purchase. If you have issues, good luck

I set up.my appointment online. A little disconnect between what cars I wanted to drive and what was actually available when I arrived but they were very accommodating and pleasant to work with. They weren't pushy at all and my salesman Jon and I actually just ended up chatting for a while. They gave a fair price for my trade-in and for the car itself. Definitely a pleasant car buying experience and I was out of there quick once I had made the decision.

I just left the Audi dealership after being told I could not test drive ANY of their cars unless I committed to buying one beforehand. I have shopped and purchased from countless other luxury and non-luxury brands and have never been denied a test drive or basically been asked to leave if I was not intending to purchase day of. Quite frankly, the service and attitude were appalling. I will be taking my business to any other brand besides Audi in the future based off this extremely short and abrupt experience.

Tim Riley and his team at Ft Worth Audi have taken superb care of me. I have a 4.5 hour drive in to get my car serviced, and they always fix me up same day and provide a loaner car while they work. I am currently in a position where I unexpectedly need to turn my lease in early at 9 months pregnant, and they are taking care of everything! Between the service and used car departments, I couldn't have asked for better service. They are mailing me the paperwork to sign and then they are taking care of the rest so I can focus on my growing family. Thank you Ft Worth Audi!

I cannot say enough about how well I was treated by this dealership. From start to finish they kept me informed and up to date about my vehicle. My car was stolen but found just few miles from the Audi FW dealership, I asked Audi FW to tow my car which took calling their tow service 3 times & 6 hours to pick up my car because their 3rd party kept cancelling on me which I was told was out of their control...

I asked for a full detail of my car which ran me $170 and they did not even attempt to vacuum my trunk or even notify me that they were not planning to.

If you plan on leasing an Audi I recommend anyone other than Audi of FW.

My wife and I were new to Audi and had no idea we needed to schedule an appointment to come and look at cars. We just showed up and that's when we met DJ Camp. DJ is the best salespersons I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Zero pressure and very attentive. Buying our first Audi from Audi Fort Worth with DJ at the helm was hands down the easiest experience I've ever had when buying a car. So much so, that when we brought our Q7 in for its first scheduled service, we bought an A8 that same day (again, unannounced!).

Sales, service, finance, all of the areas you will interact with as a customer will perform above and beyond your expectations. Seriously. We love our vehicles that much more because of the positive experiences we had when we bought them. I think we'll be life-long customers, at least for as long as we live in DFW.

Go see these guys! Ask for DJ!

They are amazing!!!! Not only did I feel appreciated, I was greeted by every person that came into eye contact with me. They really are an amazing place to purchase a vehicle from, because you feel more like a family member that a dollar sign. For that reason alone I highly suggest you all to go check them out!!! They even remembered I had a beast of a dog named Cooper, and that was one of this reasons I was getting another vehicle.

I have had very good service at the Audi dealership in Fort Worth Andrew is very good at his job, always kind and helpful and takes good care of me. The only reason I m not leaving five stars is because every single time I ve tried to leave my car for the oil change, and need a loaner car there s never one available ,being that I live and work six hours away we have to drive two vehicles to town so we re not left without anything to drive while we leave my car for service at Audi.

I went to this dealership for two years to get my vehicle serviced, and I had great experiences each time until the last. I thought maybe it was a one time issue, so I scheduled service again hoping for the best. I had a couple of questions and asked for an adviser to contact me when I scheduled the service. After three weeks I had not heard any, even after calling the service department 3 times requesting a call back. So terrible service before the appointment along with bad service in the last experience when I was there means I will not be back. I know the dealership recently changed ownership, but that is no excuse for bad customer service.

This business is a Nuisance to the neighborhood from the Audis that speed around the neighborhood to the crowded parking situation where I cannot park in front of my own apartment because they abandon their own vehicles to the point code compliance has to write them up, but it does not compare to the security intercom that alerts the whole neighborhood that your are being watched for your safety and protection that goes off at 3am. I m just glad that that broken back Door that slammed back and fourth is finally fixed.

After calling ahead to make sure the car we wanted to see was there, we drove an hour to see it. We had to wait almost twenty minutes to even take the test drive. Then, after making us wait for another half hour, we were told the car was no longer available. The sales manager gave some lame excuse that he'd sold it to a sister store for the retail price. Certainly would never trust this company to be honest and open about anything. :(
