Recently, several small issues have popped up with...

Recently, several small issues have popped up with my A7 (mostly tire related) and I have to pay the highest of compliments to the service department for the work they did...specifically Tim Riley. Tim's communication, professionalism, and timeliness is amongst the best that I have observed in the business. No one ever wants to spend time with a car getting serviced, but Tim makes that experience one to look back on in with a grateful perspective instead of one of inconvenience. Should my car need service in the near future, I know that it will be in the best of hands with him at the wheel.

My agent pointed out that my oil was in need of changing in four days and I reassured her I had set an appointment up for the following week. I thanked her for noticing that reminder on my dashboard and was delighted she was so observant to my needs and safety.

I didn't even spent a half a day total at the dealership in order to purchase the new A3 TDI. I am a satisfied customer.

I'm in love with my new Audi Q8! Chad was extremely helpful in locating a car that met my specifications and in working with our schedule to accept delivery. He arranged for Mustafa to help train us on all the new features and I can't rave enough about Mustafa's knowledge and patience. David helped us with all of the paperwork and was very knowledgeable about the various purchase options. I'm confident that we will have a great relationship with our new dealership.

Called in the morning of to make sure that the car I was driving two hours for was still available. Was told it was available and they would take it out of the warehouse for me to test drive. I am an Active Duty Military Member who is stationed two hours away, I don't get many free weekends. So when I saw my dream car online and was told it was available I was ready to upgrade. When I showed up the car I was shown was nothing like what was being advertised online in their pictures. The front plate was drilled off centered into the grille, pictures showed it didn't have a front plate. The inside of the car smelled like urine and the back seats were stained green. The online pictures did not show these flaws. I will never take my vehicle here for service or even decide to buy a car from here. I am very disappointed and the fact that they didn't try to make it right was terrible customer service on their part.

We have purchased two vehicles from Fort Worth Audi and the experience in both cases has been wonderful. These folks treat their customers with dignity and respect. Their product pricing is fair and is designed to build a long-term client base and not just maximize profit on one deal. The service department is great and their service manager, Kyle, is wonderful. He is very honest and straightforward about the service process.
The best thing about Fort Worth Audi; however, is our sales consultant, Zoran Gutic. Zoran is from Germany and his knowledge of the Audi car line is unsurpassed. He has a unique perspective of the European car product that the typical American car salesman just does not have. He is one of the few sales consultants that we have worked with that actually takes the time to ensure a great vehicle delivery process.
And the Audi Q5 and Q3, in a word - awesome!

Auto dealerships are notorious for underhanded sales tactics, ridiculously high prices and shifty sales negotiations. Not so with Deldon Krueger. From the moment I introduced myself by phone to when he shook my hand after I purchased a beautiful new Audi A4, Deldon was personable, professional and made my car-buying experience a pleasure. I've owned two Audis, and this one is better because of the car itself, as well as the knowledge that it came from an honest sales representative who truly values his customers.

Wonderful experience with Audi Fort Worth, one of the best dealerships in the metroplex. Custom ordered my Q5 from the factory and it arrived three months later, which is the standard lead time. Made a very last minute change before the car went into production and I couldn't be happier. I was kept updated all throughout the build and shipment. Once the car arrived I got a very in depth overview of the car and learned how to operate everything. Audi Fort Worth will treat you like family. Again, one of the best dealerships in the metroplex. Audi Fort Worth is making great strides to improve their service by hiring Ethan B. To make a long story short, I sold my Audi A4 because the service I received was really poor. Fast forward 4 years and new owners, I decided to give them another try (I really like A4's.) The leasing experience was smooth with Anthony but the best piece was working with Ethan. He was my Service Advisor at a different dealership and for Audi Fort Worth to snag him is a win. For proof: I dropped off my car recently and he handled managed the service on time as promised. No upselling. No pressure. Just phenomenal customer service. Keep up the great work!

Do not purchase a car from Audi Fort Worth!! We purchased a certified pre-owned 2018 Q5 several months ago. They did not give us our license plates citing a delay with their headquarters and the DMV. We are on our second set of temp tags that are about to expire. We also just brought our car in to get a faulty drivers side window fixed. We are wondering if there was non-disclosed work done on this car before we bought it. We found out that the previous GM of Audi used to own our car and now there is a problem with the title. We get a different story each time from people like Mike McLeod. We requested follow up from Mr. Pedro Palenzuela (GM) with no luck. This is a very frustrating situation because it feels like we are in a stolen car. Please really do your homework with this place! You need to know what you are getting into.

I 100% recommend Audi Fort Worth to anyone looking for a new car! I bought my first car ever from this dealership, and it was one of the best experiences I could have asked for. Zoran was referred to me by a coworker, and I was not disappointed. He showed patience and kindness to me in a process that was so new and intimidating as a first-time car buyer, which I was so pleasantly surprised by. I called Audi Fort Worth and talked with a very knowledgeable saleswoman named DJ about an A8 my wife had seen on the internet. Little did I know, that by the end of the day she would be part of the easiest car buying experience I have ever been part of. DJ said she would have the car ready for a test drive when I arrived. A few texts later I was being introduced to the car and all of its features. I never dealt with any pressure. I told her that I had a few more appointments to test drive other cars and I would be making a decision. DJ told me with a confident smile Okay I ll see you later. After going through the normal high pressure tactics from other dealers I called her back and made the deal over the phone. DJ and the other associates of Audi Fort Worth are truly a symbol of professional excellence.

I went in there with no appointment because my right rear tire was losing pressure rapidly and I still needed to drive back home, nearly an hour away. The service representative Tie (I believe that was her name) acomodated me even when I then request for my oil and coolant to be changed. They made quick work out of it and treated me well. I want to take a minute to tell you about my experience with Debbie Shoemake. She was outstanding, she was willing to work around my weird schedule by corresponding with me via email and even responded after hours. She went above and beyond, not only in helping me find my new car, but having my new car delivered to me in Lubbock and picking up my trade in to take back.
She, David and Dewayne made everything so easy, they did more than I could have every asked for. A rare quality/experience these days, so I wanted to take a minute to let you know how impressed I was.
This is my second purchase from the Audi Fort Worth dealership and this by far was better than the first experience I had and any other car purchase I have ever had.

Prior to getting a letter from Debbie about wanting my 2013 a5, I had reached out to the Audi Plano store as they had a car I was interested in. It was the worst experience, they were not interested in doing anything or helping in anyway. I corresponded with one person, then got passed to second person and then the first person contacted me, it was confusing as to who I needed to speak to so I provided them both with what I was looking for. I requested details, pricing and trade in information but neither of them responded. I emailed both of them a second time (a week later) asking if they had information for me and one responded oh sorry, i'm on it and still nothing. Then Debbie and I connected and had a deal in the works, one of them emailed asking if I was still interested (generic email), more than three weeks after I made the first contact. I responded back letting them know that I found another sales rep that was interested in selling a car. In which he emails, apologies I sent you a trade in appraisal link and was waiting on you (never got that email).

Bottom line Debbie is outstanding and I would recommend her to anyone looking for an Audi. I do hope that you get the chance to speak with her directly to let her know how impressed I was and that I greatly appreciate the customer service she provided, it is rare!

Audi of Fort Worth is a family owned business and you can tell. I felt like family when I walked in the door. Anthony Capuano did an outstanding job of making me feel at home, instead of at a dealership. There was never any pressure to buy right away and he let me test drive any of the cars I was interested in. I ended up going with the Audi A3 e tron model which is a very nice step up from my previous hybrid. The service was impeccable from start to finish. The GM even took time to come over and talk with my wife and me about our new purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for the excellent quality of care and customer service, that Audi of Fort Worth provides. Also, who can complain about free hot dogs? Certainly not me. Check them out, you will not be disappointed.

I was in a HUGE bind and needed a battery ASAP! I had a very long day because I manage a big beverage company for the DFW Area. I called and received the advice to come if I was told they have the battery in stock. I found out they did and I arrived as suggested before closing. Look I know it was before closing, but I'm have an emergency and needed quick service. I'm simply too busy, too far (yet this store was the closer dealership) and in the middle of a move. If I turn off my battery my car will die.

To go through the process of not getting the battery now, I WILL LOSE MONEY and TIME in the morning trying to ask my absent neighbors or distant family members/ friends. I run a business for DFW. I understand I'm no one special but if I say "help I'm in a bind!"

When I was extremely frustrated about the 5 other dealerships I went to, John made it much better. I vented to him about my concerns about the negotiating process and he made it a much better experience by actually working with us and what we wanted. They even stayed more than an hour after the dealership was closed in order to take care of us. We would definitely recommend this place to anybody that has been played with on the car buying process. We very much enjoy our new car and have enjoyed the treatment and care we received at Audi Fort Worth! Thank you John and Brooke!

He made the purchasing of the vehicle quick and hassle free. He is very friendly and experienced. He explained the many features of the car and showed me how to operate it. My oil light came on when I was on my way home from work. I panicked and called in to Audi Fort Worth. Since it was after 4:00 pm they were not able to book an appointment for me but told me to come in as a walk-in. I got excellent service and they helped me with my oil change, washed my car and showed me what I needed to do if the oil light comes on again. I m a new Audi owner so there s still a lot I need to learn about it and I really really appreciate how well they took care of me. I will definitely only go there from now on.

Took my 2011 S5 to replace coolant return housing ...

Took my 2011 S5 to replace coolant return housing and to diagnose a overheating issue on a Monday. After replacing the part and installing a new thermostat under warranty the overheating problem was not resolved. After 5 days of having no car I was given a loaner Friday morning. I called Friday evening to get an update, and was told the techs were going back and forth with Audi support. Supoort had advised to replace thermostat again but the shop foreman said it wasn't the issue. I asked if the radiator or coolant pump had been checked or tested but didn't get any answers. I called again Monday to ask if my radiator and pump had been checked and instead I was asked about my aftermarket grille that was on the car when I bought it. I was told by my service advisor she would talk to the techs working on the car and get back to me. After no returned call I called Tuesday morning. I was told my advisor was busy and either she or the receptionist would get back to with answers to my 3 times asked questions. After another 2 hours of waiting I called again. I was told she was still busy and left another message. Once I got a call back I was asked not to call anymore, that she had other customers and would check on it when she had time. At this point I told my advisor I would be coming to get my car. While picking up my vehicle and asking for the notes on service I finally found my answers *Check pump, check Radiator. Of course instead of checking the major items in the coolant system they were calling and asking about a honeycomb grille insert. While waiting for my car to be pulled around I got to witness another Audi owner talking to a manager about a problem with their car that Audi has been unable or unwilling to fix. To top it all off once I got away from the dealership I noticed a very small ding on my passenger side. I can't speak on the car buying experience from this dealer but the service or lack of was 1 star at best.

Update* I find it highly doubtful you guys changed out my thermostat. The housing is all dirty, the electrical connector is grimey and one of the bolts is stripped out. I'll be putting this review up everywhere I can and calling the BBB.

02/18/2017 UPDATE*. What do ya know! I changed the thermostat and it's all fixed! Thanks for nothing guys. Beware using the service department. Warranty work was billed but never done.

I have a wife and four kids that needs reliable, safe, and etc. He stated we are not doing anything about it. They have not only lost my business, respect, and I will inform everyone of these con artists.

Awesome service all around!
I have been taking my Audi to the Fort Worth Audi for close to two years now. My salesman was Ryan Ziegler and he couldn't have made my buying experience any easier. He had the style and model I wanted and exceeded my expectations.

Anytime I need regularly scheduled service both Kyle Jackson and Tie Johnson are always on the ball with being both thorough and professional. They will provide updates and go above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied with the results.

My wife also brings her Audi Q5 into this Fort Worth Audi and will tell you the same thing.

Its not even a question that we will continue our relationship with this dealer in the future.

I have been coming to Audi Fort Worth since I move...

I have been coming to Audi Fort Worth since I moved to DFW last year for servicing of both my wife s and my Audi. I have never had a problem interacting with the sales team and my review is in no way a reflection of them. I've always had a pleasant time speaking with sales associates while waiting for servicing.

Last week my car's alarm system started going off instantly when I would lock my door and would not silence. Since my car was still under warranty I called in advance and took my car to the dealership for diagnosis and servicing. The dealership's technicians found the problem to be a failed part covered under warranty and stated the part would not arrive until the following Tuesday (which was understandable since it was Saturday). I asked the service adviser if they were at least able to silence the alarm or remove it until the part was in and her response was the technician said there was nothing they could do because the alarm was too integrated to the car and advised to just leave the doors unlocked so the alarm would not sound . I let the service adviser know leaving a $50,000+ car unlocked in the city was a completely unacceptable answer and I was insulted that was even a solution an Audi dealership would present to their customers. I let them know I did not think it was an unreasonable request to have them pull the fuse to the alarm system so I could lock my door safely without the alarm sounding off until Tuesday. The service adviser spoke with the technician and came back and said the fuse is connected to several systems on the car and if removed the car would not operate properly. I immediately became skeptical that the alarm system s fuse would be tied to anything that would affect the car s function and asked to speak with the technician for clarification. The adviser stated the technician was too busy to speak so I requested the service manager. The service director came out and reaffirmed the technician s response and stated the car s horn was on the same fuse as the alarm so it would be a liability issue if they pulled the fuse (as if instructing me to leave my door unlocked for days in the city would not be) so there was nothing they could do about the alarm. I asked for a circuit diagram or a fuse list for my model car to verify for myself and within 30 seconds of glancing at the fuse list I found 2 COMPLETELY DIFFERENT fuses for the horn and the alarm system. I went back and forth with the service director and it was not until the general manager got involved did the service director speak with the technician and found an alternative solution which was pulling the fuse I initially asked about an hour and a half ago.

My problem with the service department is not even that the technician stated there was nothing they could do to stop the alarm (which was either ignorance or willful lying; neither of which is acceptable from a reputable dealership like Audi) but the service director s acceptance and doubling down on the technician s lie just to get me out the door. It shows an extreme lack of care and compassion for their clients and a systemic problem to have someone in management not only continuously reinforce inaccurate information but to not acknowledge the error and not apologize for the inconvenience. I wasted an extra hour and a half at the dealership arguing about an obvious solution to a problem that took no time to address. The general manager was the only person who came out and genuinely listened to my request and helped correct the issue. Again, I have not had any problems with the sales department but my whole experience with the service department has left a bad taste in my mouth about the dealership all together and I d rather drive the extra 15 mins to the Audi Dallas location for servicing and my wife s next car.

I am a return customer after buying a 2019 RS5. Went to look at the 2020 SQ8 and test drive it. I am upset at the new management for having treated me with little respect as a buyer. I will not shop there and i will not buy a car. I will drive to Audi Grapevine for service just to boycott this dealership. In contrast, I went to Audi Dallas. They took a copy of my license and said enjoy your test drive. I was not treated like I was Ferris Buellers parking attendant. Therefore they have earned my business.

This week we stopped by Fort Worth Audi and was impressed with the level of customer service & attention to detail our sales person provided. Deldon went above & beyond to make sure we got the best deal. We bought AND LOVE our new A7!!!

Customer service is not great, not even good. Had poor experiences the past 3 times I took my car in. This last time was the last straw! They messed up my appointment date, I had to wait another week, which was a big inconvenience for me. After paying 1,300 for a repair, the gave me back a dirty vehicle. They changed my plate holder to Audi FortWorth in the front (where the repair was done), but fail to replace the rear (which is Audi Dallas). The service experience was unacceptable. This was not a pleasant experience, I will start taking my car to another Audi dealership. This one disappoints every time!

I've dealt with a myriad of different Audi dealerships nationwide, & I can unequivocally say that Fort Worth Audi surpasses them all. The sales team is friendly, polite, & engaging, but service consultant Tie Johnson is the star who shines most brightly. As we all know, the one occasional drawback of owning such a fine vehicle would be the associated service costs, thereby making a trusted relationship with a service advisor indispensable. Through her unmatched honesty, integrity, attention to detail, & remarkable commitment to client service, Tie has clearly set the standard for all others. She understands the value of relationship-building, & truly goes above & beyond to ensure that I leave the facilities with a properly serviced vehicle & the highest degree of personal satisfaction. At a location with attractive personal offerings, sharp visuals, & impressive assortment of vehicles from which to choose, Tie Johnson remains Fort Worth Audi's greatest asset, & the true reason why I will continue to do business there. The highest marks go out to Tie & whoever hired her!

This is the worst experience I've had with any customer service place, I would choose not stars accept this would not post without a star rating. We had to fight to get updates. We tried talking to the sales manager who we were told was in charge when the general manager was not available only not to get answers. After leaving several messages we were told about updated.

They automatically assumed one thing was the probably because my car had non factory brakes so they charged us an extremely high cost only to find out that the problem was something else and was covered by warranty.

They had to order a part from Germany which was damaged by the first mechanic so then we had to wait on another one so someone else could work my car.

They ended up having my car for over a month. When we were in there to pick up my car, the service manager and a service writer were laughing about a customers question about how expensive it was to get a brake job, the service writer said I should have told him it $6,000 instead of $3,000. That was in my opinion rude and uncalled for. When you buy a luxury vehicle, doesnt mean that your not concerned about cost of work, you want to make sure that you are not getting taken advantage of.

We will never have my car worked on at this dealership again. Plus, my next car will probably not be Audi due this experience..

Again, I would not do any type of business with dealership.
