I want to take a minute to tell you about my experience with Debbie Shoemake. She was outstanding, she was willing to work around my weird schedule by corresponding with me via email and even responded after hours. She went above and beyond, not only in helping me find my new car, but having my new car delivered to me in Lubbock and picking up my trade in to take back.
She, David and Dewayne made everything so easy, they did more than I could have every asked for. A rare quality/experience these days, so I wanted to take a minute to let you know how impressed I was.
This is my second purchase from the Audi Fort Worth dealership and this by far was better than the first experience I had and any other car purchase I have ever had.
Prior to getting a letter from Debbie about wanting my 2013 a5, I had reached out to the Audi Plano store as they had a car I was interested in. It was the worst experience, they were not interested in doing anything or helping in anyway. I corresponded with one person, then got passed to second person and then the first person contacted me, it was confusing as to who I needed to speak to so I provided them both with what I was looking for. I requested details, pricing and trade in information but neither of them responded. I emailed both of them a second time (a week later) asking if they had information for me and one responded oh sorry, i'm on it and still nothing. Then Debbie and I connected and had a deal in the works, one of them emailed asking if I was still interested (generic email), more than three weeks after I made the first contact. I responded back letting them know that I found another sales rep that was interested in selling a car. In which he emails, apologies I sent you a trade in appraisal link and was waiting on you (never got that email).
Bottom line Debbie is outstanding and I would recommend her to anyone looking for an Audi. I do hope that you get the chance to speak with her directly to let her know how impressed I was and that I greatly appreciate the customer service she provided, it is rare!
