Fort Worth Audi

Audi Fort Worth is making great strides to improve their service by hiring Ethan B. To make a long story short, I sold my Audi A4 because the service I received was really poor. Fast forward 4 years and new owners, I decided to give them another try (I really like A4's.) The leasing experience was smooth with Anthony but the best piece was working with Ethan. He was my Service Advisor at a different dealership and for Audi Fort Worth to snag him is a win. For proof: I dropped off my car recently and he handled managed the service on time as promised. No upselling. No pressure. Just phenomenal customer service. Keep up the great work!
