This is the worst experience I've had with any customer service place, I would choose not stars accept this would not post without a star rating. We had to fight to get updates. We tried talking to the sales manager who we were told was in charge when the general manager was not available only not to get answers. After leaving several messages we were told about updated.

They automatically assumed one thing was the probably because my car had non factory brakes so they charged us an extremely high cost only to find out that the problem was something else and was covered by warranty.

They had to order a part from Germany which was damaged by the first mechanic so then we had to wait on another one so someone else could work my car.

They ended up having my car for over a month. When we were in there to pick up my car, the service manager and a service writer were laughing about a customers question about how expensive it was to get a brake job, the service writer said I should have told him it $6,000 instead of $3,000. That was in my opinion rude and uncalled for. When you buy a luxury vehicle, doesnt mean that your not concerned about cost of work, you want to make sure that you are not getting taken advantage of.

We will never have my car worked on at this dealership again. Plus, my next car will probably not be Audi due this experience..

Again, I would not do any type of business with dealership.
