Bought a laptop there a few years ago. Stil going strong. Very good customer service and swift delivery. Also good follow up service whenever it's needed. I highly recommend Format. :)
Format Computers
I bought a Lenovo laptop in Format and asked to have some upgrades made to it. I was told it would take an extra week to source the parts and install them. Fine enough I though. I phoned back a week later, and was told the parts are not in yet, and to call back a week later. I called into the shop one day and was told the parts had arrived but needed to be fitted, this would take a few more days... again was told to phone the shop, giving them yet more time. After three weeks, I needed the laptop for a project. I went into the shop, had a 'discussion' with the owner of Format and felt I was being fobbed off with excuses, the laptap was already paid for at this stage and insisted he hand it over. After waiting nearly an hour, he finally handed it over. WHAT AN ORDEAL... never again.
Paul is always resourceful and helpful when buying a computer.
Had my laptop in for repair. Really nice people to deal with and got it back in good time.
I recently bought a tablet from Format Computers. I was impressed by the customer service and advice I received. Even the aftercare left me with a sense that Format Computers take care with their products and their customers and that a powerful combination. I rate Format Computers a ten out of ten. Aileen Kelly
Expensive for the service i received failed to answer my most important question and failed to listen to their customers. Got customer request all mixed up and failed to address my most request.
Bought a Lenovo workstation from Format Computers using part payment and part one4all voucher. The whole process was great. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Communications were excellent throughout both via email and over the phone. Paul was very helpful in sorting out the part payments. I would highly recommend. Will return as a customer :) thank you

Brilliant staff who don't just try to sell you a computer for the sake of a sale but rather fit the right computer to your needs. Great after care and support, go out of their way to help.
