We switched to Phorest and had been with 2 other salon software companies- one which wasn t keeping up with technology and one that over promised but under delivered. Phorest has been a much better experience for us. We have 2 locations and with Phorest we are able to seamlessly manage inventories between locations, log on from anywhere and the reports have been helpful to manage staff and business. Bravo Phorest!

The folks who are in the customer service department are really great. The only reason I give Phorest 4 stars is because I wish the business hours extended to later in the day.
We love using Phorest Salon Software. The staff can see everything clearly and is able to use the system with easy. Most importantly every therapists and hairstylist can see their appointments without having to crowd reception. Also, it is wonderful to work with a company that has the success of your business at heart.

This is the ONLY salon software you should even consider. Not only is the program extremely easy to use, it also has so many help marketing tools built in as well. The prices are very reasonable for all you get, and the app is built so well. Lastly, the customer service is top notch. Easy to get a hold of and answers every question I have. We came from a very complex bulky system that we weren t happy with at all, phorest has made our lives so much easier. It is a beautiful system that is easy to use and seamless. The support and training is definitely not like any other company I have come across they really want to help you, and grow with you! Transition in a big slime can be a challenge to a new software. Melissa Kelly has been my go to girl and has been a joy to work with support has always been there so far recommending software too high end salons. Only drawback I've seen so far is text confirmations do not tell the client the time of their appointment just the date they need to work on that
