We switched to Phorest and had been with 2 other salon software companies- one which wasn t keeping up with technology and one that over promised but under delivered. Phorest has been a much better experience for us. We have 2 locations and with Phorest we are able to seamlessly manage inventories between locations, log on from anywhere and the reports have been helpful to manage staff and business. Bravo Phorest!

Phorest are really great with their training and set up, they answered all my questions and made sure I understood how to use the system. It was also set up very quickly which was amazing.
The folks who are in the customer service department are really great. The only reason I give Phorest 4 stars is because I wish the business hours extended to later in the day.
We love using Phorest Salon Software. The staff can see everything clearly and is able to use the system with easy. Most importantly every therapists and hairstylist can see their appointments without having to crowd reception.

I am new to the software and was hesitant to switch because...uh, change?! So far I am LOVING it! So many features that weren't available with our previous software. Very happy I switched from STX to Phorest more than a year ago. I can t say enough about the customer support- it is top notch! Very user friendly. Plus, theres a phone app available too! You can do everything from email marketing, to payroll, to automated reports, gift cards, automated reviews and much much more. This software has it all at a very reasonable price . This is the ONLY salon software you should even consider. Not only is the program extremely easy to use, it also has so many help marketing tools built in as well. The prices are very reasonable for all you get, and the app is built so well. Lastly, the customer service is top notch. Easy to get a hold of and answers every question I have.

Then to top it off, I had other members of Phorest reach out to me introducing themselves and their role in my on-boarding processing. The welcome I received made me feel as I was joining a family. Transition in a big slime can be a challenge to a new software. Melissa Kelly has been my go to girl and has been a joy to work with support has always been there so far recommending software too high end salons. Only drawback I've seen so far is text confirmations do not tell the client the time of their appointment just the date they need to work on that
