I have been in the studio's care for just under a year. In addition to the professionalism and competence of all the staff (of everything: dentists, assistants, hygienists, secretaries) I was extremely pleased with the kindness, helpfulness and friendliness that surrounded the visits and interventions!

The treatment plan was defined from the start, so I knew what I had to do and when. However, whether it was devitalization, obturation or anything else, it didn't matter, I sensed that I was part of a project that had the goal of improving my health. This led me to give complete confidence to the care of the Firm.
Before each appointment, I received a message that reminded me of the day and time. Facebook posts are always published on dental health and via WhatsApp I received some videos with post-operative instructions (cool, isn't it ??).

I still want to go back to the relationship that has developed between patient and staff, between people, because at the Studio you can breathe a totally informal atmosphere, in which you give yourself something, which has always put me at ease.

The Dental Studio Associato has for many years now been my point of reference for my dental hygiene. Despite having lived in Milan for four years, I cannot rely on anyone other than the Associated Dental Studio and in particular Dr. Salmi.
It is not only impeccable professionalism and competence, but above all humanity, courtesy and ability to communicate with the customer. The staff is always friendly and attentive to the needs of the patient. Machinery is at the forefront and cleaning is unmatched.

For years I feared the dentist and I tried to stay away from him. Then, later on, I was forced to go and I chose you.
The first 10 minutes of the first appointment were enough for me to begin to dampen the tension accumulated in the days before the visit.
The professionalism of the studio and of those who work there (in all departments), but above all the sensitivity and attention that you put into every detail, make the patient feel pampered, calm, aware and serene.
The music you put on, the attention to never make you feel any pain, the management of the patient during the interventions, the explanations of what you are doing while you work, the publication of informative videos that you publish on the social networks to spread advice and to explain the reasons , now senseless, of why one is afraid of the dentist and why there is no longer any reason to have any, etc., etc., etc.
All this is not so obvious, but it is what I think places you one step above other alternatives.
You managed to let me live an experience that I imagined an ordeal (extractions, fillings, devitalizations, etc.) with serenity.
But above all, besides having given me a new mouth, which is obviously fundamental, you managed to get rid of my foolish old fears.

Sometimes it happens that even dentists need a dentist! During my vacation in Tuscany I had a dental emergency and by chance I discovered the practice in question. I was there just yesterday and I must say that I was pleasantly satisfied with the professionalism and courtesy of all the staff and in particular of Dr. Rustichini who did the job. As a dentist I highly recommend it and will keep it in mind if I ever come back to these parts.
