Poor customer service and quality of work is not up to par. Had them replace a roll up door at our place of business. They didn't do that right. 2-3 weeks after replacing the roll up door. It comes off the track. Still waiting for them to fix that door. Thought I would give them another chance at a different door. They come and do an inspection and perform no work at all because the door is functioning. According to their photos attached to the invoice. The tech's arrive at 2:06 PM and leave at 2:11 PM. Receive an invoice for $298. Billing for 1/2 an hour of work when all I wanted was an estimate. Take your business elsewhere.
