I have been prescribing Foot Levelers Custom made Orthodics for over 22 years now and have nothing but great experiences with their products. What other orthodic company gives a guarantee for at least a year on Orthodics ? After prescribing over 600 pairs of Orthodics, I am happy to say almost all my patients have been thrilled with their Orthodics. In the very rare instances they haven't been happy, Foot Levelers refunded their money 100%.

Foot Levelers caused me more harm than good by making my ankles turn in and my knees out, leaving me with no muscle torsion and only my joints to rely on. After 10 months use this resulted in severe knee pain, weakness and wearing away of my cartilage. I have since got orthotics from a real podiatrist and have started rehab. Chiros can be great with backs but just because they think it's all related doesn't mean they're qualified to treat feet.

Beware: Patient ordered custom orthotics, which were not properly fitted to her feet. The orthotics caused much pain and actually worsened the patient's condition. After two calls asking Foot Levelers to rectify the situation based on their "guarantee" the request was denied and I was rudely dismissed. I can not recommend this company or their products as a conscientious doctor of chiropractic.

I am a chiropractor that not only uses Foot Levelers in my shoes everyday, but also pay for my staff to have them in their shoes as well! And of course recommend them to patients that would benefit from their products. What I like the best is that after a 90 day trial period if you or the patient is not satisfied you can return for them to remake the product or for refund. They provide customized inserts made from the digital scan that we do at our office, unlike Dr Scholls that sell more of a "one size fits all" insert.

I have been using Foot Levelers Custom Orthotics in my practice in the neighborhood of 25 years. I believe that their orthotics are the best that you can use for your patients. I use muscle testing to determine if they are changing the structure of the foot and improving proprioception and function and they always do, whereas I have patients using orthothics they bought from a podiatrist or other supplier and they don't do what they are supposed to do. Also, I find that the orthotics generally last for years, so they are a great value for the money. I've given the par flex to professional golfers and they say they have definitely made an improvement in their game.
Foot Levelers as a company is also great, they provide you terrific trainings and seminars that help you become a better clinician and improve your practice results and income and they do a lot to give back to the profession. I highly recommend you give them a try.

Do not use these 3-D designed footlevers if you have supination problems. I have very pronounced supination and these expensive orthotics were completely useless. The fancy 3-D imagining system failed to detect supination.

I began wearing Foot Levelers in college because of a knee injury. I have moderate pronated (tilted inward) feet due to loss of arches. I was told because of my pronation my knee was rotating inward and causing more stress. I began wearing them 14 years ago and haven t went a day without them. My knee never swells up anymore and I can walk much further than I ever could

I m not sure why there are any negative reviews about Foot Levelers. We ve been using them for over 12 years in our practice and they ve helped tremendously for foot pain, knee pain, hip pain, back pain and even neck pain. I ve attended several seminars as well and the research proves just how important proper foot biomechanics are. Personally, my entire family uses them and my flat-footed 6 year old son, who had been complaining of knee pain and fatigue in his legs for months, has stopped complaining about his pain after only a week of wearing them. After graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic and being in practice for a short time, it was evident after evaluating my patients that over pronation of the feet truly was an epidemic. I've used every possible "insert" and all commercially available "comfort" insoles. NOTHING COMPARES!!! Personally, I did not feel any difference in my shoe comfort. The biggest difference was and is the colossal fatigue reduction. Previously, I would need to "rest" my legs or take it easy a day after I ran, played basketball, rowed or lifted heavy on my leg day at the gym. My knees and/or my achilles tendon would feel so inflamed regardless of how much impact I had on my intended muscle group. NOT ANY MORE!!! With my FootLevelers I can repeat any workout all week, if I feel crazy enough... WELL WORTH TRYING!!!

I have worn Foot Levelers orthotics for about 15 years now. I also prescribe them to my patients. As a healthcare provider I am on my feet all day at work. Terrible company do not buy from them! First pair of custom orthotics I received were made incorrectly. Aside from that there is an extremely hard plastic material directly under the heel which makes zero sense considering that is the part of the foot that hurts the most if your have your typical foot problems such as plantar fasciitis. I had them sent back and readjusted and they did not help because there is a rock hard material under the heel and most people with foot pain will have extreme heel pain...

It is vital in the complete correction of a patient s posture and spinal misalignment that they wear orthotics in all their shoes. I find adjustments hold better and correction occurs quickly and more permanently when a patient commits to wearing orthotics. What happens when you drive your car without an alignment and don t rotate the tires? The same thing happens to the joints in your body. Approx 2.5 years ago I ordered my first pair after Footlevelers orthotics was recommended by my chiropractor. I am a runner and put on approx 300-500 km per month. I had been in physio therapy for nearly a year with severe knee pain from the way my feet would land (having flat feet) when I was told about orthotics. I got my first pair and loved them, my collapsed arch now had support and the orthotics allowed my feet to land without twisting and going through excruciating pain. I had found my solution and was thrilled. Fast forward to March, 2019 I started to notice my knees start to hurt, just slightly. I went back to my chiropractor and yes, he confirmed that the orthotics will start wearing down or out after a couple of years. I had a scan redone and new ones came. The minute I put them in my shoes I knew they were not right. The arch was so pronounced that it felt like a rubber mallet beating the inside of my arch with every step. I immediately went back to my chiropractor and told him... Footlevers said i had to wear them for a least a month to break them in?? This did not make sense to me, a computer scanned my feet for custom made orthotics and i have to wear them in? Secondly, there was no "wearing" in period with my first set. This made no sense, but in order to get another pair I continued to wear them although they were causing me pain! 3 weeks into the 4, i went for another walk (not run, too painful) and I ended up with blisters on both feet in my arch exactly where I stated the pain was coming from. Back to the chiropractor and he told Footlevelers that I now had blisters and they agreed to make another pair. They said they would use my original, first scan from the first set made. Another several weeks go by and they finally come in. I didn't even have to put them in my shoes to know they were AGAIN WRONG!! They are almost flat and just visually you can see they are not the same. I put them in my runners anyway as i was instructed and went for a walk. I felt no support for my collapsed arches and set off to walk 5 km (again I can't run and that is why i need these), at about 2 km my right knee start to pain and i started limping, at 4 km my left knee started to hurt terribly as well. This is the exact place in my knees that caused me to seek out physio therapy and spend a couple thousand dollars just to find out my solution would be orthotics.

I now have my original pair that is still better and causes the least amount of pain, even though they are over 2 years old. Footlevellers is telling me wear these for a month again?? Why, so I can bring back old injuries and go back to spending a copious amount of time and money at physio? I called them directly today and they were short and rude simply stating 3-4 times they cannot help me even after I reminded them that their website says they have a 100% money back guarantee.

I am very unhappy and want my insurance company credited the money back so that I can seek out a different company to fit me properly. These are supposed to be custom, yet they cause blisters, and severe knee pain.

I would not recommended this company to anyone.

Please Footlevelers, do not contact me to try to convince me the pain is normal or that I have to work with my chiropractor as you have already told him I need to wear these for a month and go through pain. I think giving you two opportunities to make this right is enough. I would just like a refund.
