Terrible company do not buy from them! First pair of custom orthotics I received were made incorrectly. Aside from that there is an extremely hard plastic material directly under the heel which makes zero sense considering that is the part of the foot that hurts the most if your have your typical foot problems such as plantar fasciitis. I had them sent back and readjusted and they did not help because there is a rock hard material under the heel and most people with foot pain will have extreme heel pain...
