Dr. Bautista is the best! Hi is a perfectionist and is clearly an expert in his field. His advice is always honest and realistic to your situation which is hard to come by with most dentists. The office staff are very sweet and knowledgeable. They are able to help with all my insurance questions and do so promptly. The dental staff are also very gentle, caring and good at what they do. I found my experience with Dr. Bautista and his staff to be very helpful and I recommend it 100%.

It s true that is more expensive than elsewhere but you get what you pay for. I honestly prefer to pay more to get a good traitement.

When I was looking for a new dentist I found Dr. Bautista through RateMDs. I have been a client for a few years now and had a very positive experience with Dr. Bautista and his team. They have always been considerate of what is covered by my insurance and respectful of my wishes when it came to what treatments I received. Everyone on the team is friendly and my hygenist Maria has made many helpful suggestions which have helped with my sensitivity. If you're looking for a dentist definitely give them a try!

Dr Bautista has been my dentist for the past five years. I am very lucky to have such a fantastic specialist, attentive, helpful and very competent. His staff provides a first-class customer service: they are always kind, professional, helpful, and make you feel comfortable in an environment where the patient usually feels apprehensive. I used to be afraid to go to the dentist, fearing the reaction of the doctor and hygienists towards my long neglected dental health, but since finding Dr. Bautista's office I am no longer afraid and actually comfortable going. I have seen steady progress with my teeth and gums since starting my journey in June 2018. The office is lovely and the people are wonderful, it truly feels like a privilege going to the right dentist.

Always such a lovely experience going to Dr. Bautista's clinic, from the receptionists to the hygienists everyone is super welcoming! The office was incredibly clean, I felt safe getting my teeth cleaned during COVID-19 times and the staff took great protective precautions. My hygienist was incredibly motivated and she clearly loves what she does, it was the highlight of my day!

I ve been going to Dr. Bautista s Clinic for the last 2 years, and I ve been extremely happy with the professional, and warm and welcoming environment. The staff is always courteous and polite when I receive my regular cleanings, and in my opinion they are some of the best hygienists in the city. Also, a big thank you to the clinic coordinator for making it easy to deal with my insurance.

More than 3 months after treatment I am told that there is a balance of $ 709 to pay on the pretext that my two insurances did not cover all expenses even if I paid the difference with each visit. They are unable to get me out exactly what I paid for and barricade myself behind the word balance, I really feel ripped off. The person who put together the file to determine what is covered and what I have to pay does not work there anymore.

No one likes to go to the dentist!! But Dr. Bautista and his team make it so much better!!
They are very kind and welcoming. They offered me very a personalized service that made me feel confortable and safe. I visited Dr. Bautista for an emergency root canal 3 years ago and he was able to see me that day and provided me with the best care. I ve spent a lot of time at a multitude of different dentist offices over the years, I ve got to say this is honestly one of the best. Without being hyperbolic the service I ve received from the dentist all the way to the receptionists has been outstanding every single time. You can tell that these people really love the work they do and it shows in the way they practice their craft. Highly recommend giving them a chance and you won t be disappointed.

They get you on a 2-separate-appointment model for an exam, which is already a joke.

Then we got almost 7900$ in "needed repairs" from that guy.

Turns out only 600$ in service was needed by our 2 previous dentists.

I'm pretty sure I've referred at least 3 people to Dr. Bautista, and in turn, they have referred people as well... The office is elegant and welcoming. They use the latest technology. The staff is amazing (professional & friendly). Insurance claims are a breeze. And Dr. Bautista's work is impeccable. Been going there since 2012!

I went to his office to fix a few broken teeth, after years of evading dentists. He and his staff were so warm and welcoming that I am currently getting all my dental work done with them. They are diligent and efficient with their work. It is such a comfortable environment.

Dr. Bautista and his team have always been extremely kind and welcoming with me. Many times I could not make it to my appointments and they always respond in an understanding manner and do their best to accommodate me. My hygienist Marie is the sweetest and she always does the procedure with the best care, I personally requested having her because she has always made me feel super comfortable and always has a super positive attitude which I love. Truly a great clinic and I would recommend without a doubt, best care I ve had in Montreal by far

He's a thief!
Like other people, he told me that I had cavities that I had several problems to deal with.
I found it a little weird so I went to another dentist for a second opinion and he told me that I had no cavities and that my mouth is in perfect health.

Be careful and if in doubt, go check with another dentist.

Addendum: 2 years later, and still great! I wouldn't go anywhere else in Montreal.

Dr. Bautista and his team take fantastic care of my partner and I. This is an extremely skilled dental team, they always take the time needed to make sure we understand our options, and that we are comfortable with the treatment we select. We always feel confident we are receiving the best dental care possible.

When I had made a mistake with my insurance information for my partner, Isabelle at reception went above and beyond to make sure that we were getting properly reimbursed - and even checked through the older records as well to make certain we were getting back the maximum we could from the insurance claims. At all steps, this staff has taken superb care of us.

I really felt uncomfortable there when I told the doctor I don't have money for all these procedures and that I don't see why my dentist in my home country didn't see that. I have been told how everything is urgent, I must do it right away and my dentist doesn't know these things. On top of that when I was persuaded to start with the treatment I couldn't convince them to postpone for one month so that my next insurance cycle start. Additionally, they have overcharged me with the cleaning, they somehow "forgot" to apply student discount. I am also convinced that good reviews are partly paid, partlyade by people who have infinite insurance or money. But still if someone does all these unnecessary procedures only to take money from you, I don't think it is ok.

Simply the best! I feel truly welcomed and in good hands every time I go there. The office is stylish and their equipment is high tech. Everyone there is highly competent and kind. I d recommend Dr. Bautista and his staff to anyone!

This dentist's office over-loads its patients so much that even insurance companies say they are over-charging you. Dr. Bautista's staff told me that $ 2800/3300 would be covered for two crowns. My insurance company said that they would not give $ 2800 because it is too much for two crowns. The insurance company bases its estimates on the provincial dental fee guide, which is what all dentists are supposed to base their prices on.

In summary, Dr. Bautista charges approximately 30% more than almost all other dentists in the province and across the country.

And it is not easy to get to know the provincial fee guide, which is clearly false.

Dr Bautista and his team took good care of me. I am not an easy patient and honestly avoiding any dentist with all my powers. Here atmosphere was friendly and comfortable. Appointments were always punctual and treatment was fully explained. Expensive? well only if you don't take a proper care for your teeth and I had to admit that. Big plus: extraction of my 3 wisdom teeth was painless, fast and professional. Highly recommended!

I went there as companion of my friend, it kind of make me uncomfortable how the Dr. Bautista And the Secretary talk to each other, even when his wife is right there in her office, I guess they didnt know I was Colombian and I understand Spanish, is like they are lovers and when his wife appear they totally change the way they speak to each other. So unprofessional and I kind felt so bad for his wife.

Dr. Bautista and his team put their patients at ease, give them advice and are super-friendly. Dr. Bautista is very understanding with people with sensitive teeth and does everything to make every treatment as pleasant as possible.

I have been a patient of Dr Bautista for several years and from the first I was impressed with his soft touch. Having work done on your teeth is not the most pleasant pastime but he makes it as easy and comfortable as possible. There is a sincere concern for every patient's well-being and time is taken to explain everything to ensure what is being proposed is understood ahead of time.

Staff is all incredibly friendly, and it's a very up to date dental clinic where you can be sure you will receive the best care possible!

As new to the city, I did a review of dentists in my area. Dr. Bautista had high ratings, so I thought I would go when a crown cracked to see if his clinic, and him lived up to the high reputation. They did not disappoint on any level. I have now gone back to start seeing Dr. Bautista for all my dental care. I could not believe how thorough my exam was from beginning to end. It is upsetting when you have been going to a dentist regularly to see that many preventable things could have been done to prevent the problems that are arising now. I also like their payment options. I would just like to not have to wait for payment from my provider and in the future I would like to ensure that visits are coordinated to match with my plans coverage as I have had in the past. This is still minor compared to the care and professionalism of everyone in the clinic.

Maybe educated, but definitely a STREET HUSTLER. I went to see dr Bautista about a year ago. He had one of his employees sit down to chitchat with me and asking me about my life and telling me how she s a single mother. Then he came in and told me I needed 5 root canals plus some other things and that it was an urgent matter or else it would be very bad for my teeth and pressured me to make a quick appointment. The assistant at the desk was fine, I won t lie, and she definitely uses it to her advantage to try to get me to book an appointment ASAP too.

I don t know much about teeth and always make it obvious so certain things can be explained to me. but I m not dumb either. I went to see 2 other dentists. One said I only need one, maybe two root canals and told me the previous dentist (Bautista) was just trying to hustle me. The second dentist I went to told me the same thing.

Moreover, his prices are higher. Go to him if like paying the premium to flirt back with his employees/assistant. I never went back to book an appointment, and my teeth are still just fine when he told me it was an urgent matter of doing it within 2 months. Maybe he s a good dentist, I wouldn t know, but he s definitely not an honest one. Little does he know I grew up around hustlers like him and can smell one from a mile away.

I had my regular cleaning with Marie and I ve never laughed so much at a dentist appointment. The staff are experts in their field and are both experienced and lovely people.

Every member of the team is kind and warm, they put you at ease and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They are always on time and are very accommodating. Dr Bautista is always up to speed with new technologies in dentistry, his attention to detail is outstanding; he restored a tooth I had broken in such detail that I can't tell which tooth it was! You would think a medical professional would work on the right tooth, or at the very least call you back to address your concern and pain after they didn t work on the right tooth, but not this place! Incredible. I will never cease to warn people away from scum like this.

I have never had an experience at the dentist quite like this one. I enjoyed my cleaning at this establishment and the hygienists appear to be very nice. However, I was told I had 11 teeth "affected by cavities" and couldn't be given an exact number of cavities. These cavities were going to cost me over 3,000 dollars to take care of. Only to find out after visiting a second dentist, that I had 0 cavities and my mouth was in perfect health. Manuel Bautista is a thief and he manipulates and takes advantage of anyone he can get his hands on. The positive reviews here are all fake and I unfortunately fell for them before my visit. All of the negative reviews tell the same story. Avoid this place at all costs.

Hands down the BEST dentist in Montreal. Modern, state-of-the-art equipment. The whole office feels clean, soothing and welcoming. Dr Bautista is the NICEST most professional and skilled dentist I have ever met, not to mention compassionate and caring. I am not native to Montreal and as such was looking for a Dentist. I found Dr. Bautista through reviews, and found his office was very easily accessible in the Downtown area.

Let me begin with the facility. The office is very clean, modern, and possesses a beautiful aesthetic. All the equipment is new and state of the art technology.

Since the moment I arranged my meeting the staff(Shana and reception) was extremely friendly over the phone and even more so in person. They were super helpful, quick, and accessible.

I went for a Dental cleaning and as a new patient had to arrange my profile with the clinic which entails X-Rays, dental check up, and cleaning. I was very fortunate to have Marie as my hygienist, and from the moment we met I just got a very positive energy and aura from the office. During this checkup I had urgent issues that needed looking after and Dr. Bautista outlined what I needed, the procedure required, and he even accommodated me as soon as possible with Shana.

Given the pandemic things have been very difficult, however Dr. Bautista went above and beyond to make sure that I could receive the care that I needed. His staff are a reflection of the ethic and professionalism that is expressed throughout his office. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Bautista and Marie and would strongly recommend him to anyone seeking an excellent Dentist!

Today I came into Nuo Dental today for a cleaning with Marie. Super friendly and remembered what we spoke about last time. I was having a bad day today and the team was very supportive during my little breakdown. Thank you to Marie and Dr. Bautista for their professionalism and their help in making my smile even nicer! I have been a patient there for 5 years. Dr. Bautista and his staff has never disappoint me.

I used to hate going to the dentist and he made it comfortable. Very good service and very nice office.

I have been going here from past 3-4 years. They do good treatments.
However, they also want to use all your insurance money.
This was my situation - My insurance cycle is from June 1 to May 31.
Dentist wanted me to have deep cleaning since there "might" be lots of bacteria inside the gums and I might get Alzheimer's, if I don't it immediately. And, the cost of this treatment is around $2000.
I told them that I can wait until next year May, if nothing major happens to my teeth (like accident or cavity or root canal etc), I will use my insurance money for deep cleaning.
But, they argued so much to get it done immediately and I should be paranoid to think that something bad might happen to my teeth.
My only concern was if I use all my insurance money on deep cleaning, then later if something happens to my teeth, I won't have any money from my insurance.
They weren't understanding this. The same happened to my friend who did the deep cleaning and now he is praying nothing happens to his teeth until his insurance cycle starts.

One more situation is - They billed me wrong, i.e., claimed under false insurance treatment. I did basic cleaning with them (I did not ask for the doctor examining me), but he examined and advised (advertised) for deep cleaning. To cover the doctor's examination they billed me wrong - under different claim category.
I got to know about this because I was paid less by my insurance since I have used all of the insurance on something which I did not do. This happens all the time. If you do cleaning with them, check for proper claim name.

If you are in notice period in your company, do not tell them. They will want to use all the remaining dental money from your insurance.

Terrible place. As the others say, you're just a client with a $ Sig on your forehead. Every time I go they try gouging me for more money. Tired of it.

I like these guys. They are pleasant and professional. The office is clean and the equipment seems up to date. The prices are a bit on the upper end and some of the treatments, I am not sure if they are exactly as urgent as they say but my insurance pays 100%, so...

You can feel the positive energy the moment you step in. The service is outstanding from any stand point and the results are just incredibles!! Dr.Bautista and his team are always warm and very nice. i go to see them every six months and every time i go there i had a great time even if going to the dentist is not my favorite activity. They all speak spanish, english and french, that makes every patient feel comfortable and understood. recently, i started invisalign with them and they always helped me with the procedures and they make it always easier. they always have an appointment for you.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bautista for years now, every time a friend is looking for a dentist, I do not hesitate to recommend him. He is very professional, he removed my wisdom teeth that were still under my gums and did a great job, my cheeks barely got swollen. Also, the staff is sweet too, they make you feel at home even if going to the dentist may not be pleasant to a lot of people. Their studio is neat too, highly recommended!

The service from the reception is very sweet, and the dentist is skilled and professional. However, the treatment plan was very expensive - thousands of dollars with aggressive reminders for extra cleanings paid for out-of-pocket. It's also not a great place to schedule appointments if you work a typical Monday - Friday job - this place is not open on weekends or on Fridays. I have recently been going Alpha Clinique Dentaire instead. They took their own scans and came with the same treatment plan for a much lower cost (fillings, crown etc). Hopefully this feedback can help this clinic to improve their practices, and also help patients to make an informed choice!

I am a person who really scared to go to a dentist. I hadn't been to a dentist for 12 years. Recently when I ate a chocolate and suddenly there a small pieces of Teeth come out of my mouth. I called many dentist and this is the one who recommended me to take an appointment. I am scared of covid 19 too since I am a person who has history of asthma, allergy, anaphylaxis and waiting for diagnosis for lupus.I am a high risk patient that i may end up in hospital if i got covid 19. Before the night of the appointment. I am scared and slept only 4 hours. When I first go to the dentist office. I feel warm and being take care of by the team (the receptionist, dental assistant and the dentist) You guys assure me that this is the most safest place not getting covid 19. Yeah you guys are right. I have trust in you guys. Thanks I am a person who scared of needle and pain . I appreciate all the efforts of the team and I did the cleaning on the first appointment. Little bit of uncomfortable but it is ok I book an other appointment for root canals. I did the research for the procedure on the website. For the second appointment I didn't scare anymore. I only feel little uncomfortable for the needle but it is bearable . I just finished the 3rd appointment for putting the crown. I was told I had 5 cavities and needed to make a treatment plan equivalent to $ 2000 when it was completely wrong.

I went to another dentist who told me that I had no cavities and that my teeth were perfect.

Also, pay attention to the reviews you read. They are false and were possibly written by a firm hired by the clinic since we find the same in several sites.

For the sake of your wallet, go to another dentist.

I had a great experience at Dr. Bautista's dental office! I initially came in during an emergency visit, after a piece of my tooth broke. Dr. Bautista was able to accommodate me right away and fixed my tooth the same day. I came in again for a cleaning and a thorough exam and discovered I had to have many of my old fillings redone. I only had a few weeks remaining with my dental insurance and Dr. Bautista and his team were able to schedule all of my appointments before my insurance expired, which was greatly appreciated. Dr. Bautista made me feel very well informed of my dental situation and explained the necessity of each treatment. Having cavities filled in his office was painless and stress free! All of his dental hygienists were very kind and knowledgeable. His secretary was very nice as well and went out of her way to help me with my insurance claims. Would definitely recommend Dr. Bautista!

Was terrified to get my wisdom teeth out. Especially because I have a phobia of needles. Dr Bautista did a fantastic job. He made me feel comfortable and I didn't even notice or feel when the needles were going in my mouth. The extraction was painless and took less than an hour for all four teeth. I iced my face all day and the next day I was a little sore but felt no pain. Three days later and I feel back to normal. Would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs to get their wisdom teeth out. I have heard such horror stories and am glad to say that mine was simple and nothing to be afraid of.

The attention to detail and continuity of care was amazing when it came to fixing my damaged front teeth after a cycling accident. I came in with what seemed to be a growing list of problems (one root canal, then another, then crowns, then whitening) but they made all the procedures run smoothly -- and the crowns fit nicer than my teeth did before! Since then they have continued to provide great hygiene care and great follow up on my crowns. I highly recommend this clinic!

By far the BEST dentist I've had in my entire life, the doctor himself and the entire staff make me feel comfortable and at ease, they always explain step-by-step every procedure and they make sure I am good through the whole process. Greatly recommended especially if you hate going to the dentist/doctor, Dr. Bautista will make you love going to the dentist! Beautiful and super clean place!

I first met Dr. Manuel Bautista about 9 months ago when I was trying to find another dentist to fix one of my so many major dental issues. I was really disappointed in my previous dentists because I felt judged and not listened to; they would literally start working on my teeth without even consulting with me or asking what my finances were. His team Marleny, Erica, Shonna, Vanessa always welcomed me with a smile and made sure I was feeling comfortable at all times. Now the big question Was it expensive? Depends on the price you put on your smile and the value your smile and your health brings to your life. It wasn't expensive for me. I wasn t going to afford it at that time but it wasn t expensive compared to the value it was going to bring to my life.
